Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture and can be used for feeding broiler chickens throughout the growing period.
Full feeding is essential in realizing the genetic potential of the bird. At present, limited feed resources and their appreciation as a result of economic transformations in the agricultural sector is the main obstacle to the development of industrial poultry farming. In conditions of disrupted economic ties, it is difficult to provide poultry with high protein feed, which is the most scarce and expensive.
The lack of protein components in the diets of modern highly productive poultry crosses leads to a decrease in its productivity and an increase in the cost of feed for its production. To ensure high productivity of poultry, complete balanced feed is needed.
The main source of food for poultry, as you know, are cereals. However, large reserves to reduce the cost of feed are laid in the use of secondary processing products, as well as in reducing the share of grain in the diets of poultry.
In this regard, it is necessary to adjust the rations for poultry taking into account the specific conditions of the country's regions.
In the Lower Volga region, the valuable essential oil crop of Sarepta mustard is successfully grown, used for the production of edible vegetable oil and feed concentrate from Sarepta plant material. In this regard, the study of the effectiveness of the use of feed concentrate from plant materials “Sarepta”, obtained by neutralizing mustard cake during the cultivation of chicken broilers, is relevant.

However, the disadvantage of this food for broiler chickens is that the compounding of the feed to which it is introduced is not indicated. To get a complete and balanced compound feed, you need to know the actual content of nutrients in it, which will allow for more complete realization of the genetic potential of broiler chickens.
Known feed for starter feeding broiler chickens, including corn, sunflower meal, fodder yeast, fish meal, dry back, grass meal, chalk, premix, characterized in that the feed further contains germinated feed barley in the following ratio, May.
20.08.1995).(RF patent No. 2041648, publ. 08/20/1995).
However, the claimed compound feed for starter feeding broiler chickens includes germinated feed barley. However, this technology of germination of barley increases the cost of feed, as it includes the following processes: chemical soaking, germination, drying and grinding.
%:Known feed for broiler chickens, including feed wheat, peas, soybean meal, fish flour, bone meal, sunflower oil, shell, limestone, common salt, premix, characterized in that it additionally contains bee merve in the following ratio of ingredients, wt. %:

However, the disadvantage of the claimed feed is the wheat content in the amount of 54.0-70.0%. It is known that poultry is a competitor to humans in the consumption of wheat grain; therefore, it is necessary to search for other alternative feed sources. Merv bee is an inaccessible raw material, which will determine the cost of transportation costs for the transportation of this feed to regions in which beekeeping is not developed.
За прототип выбран комбикорм для кур-несушек, содержащий пшеницу, ячмень, шрот соевый, муку рыбную, масло растительное, кукурузу и премикс, дополнительно содержит просо красное нешелушеное дробленое, кормовой концентрат из растительного сырья «Сарепта», дрожжи кормовые, ракушку сушеную кормовую, при этом в качестве кукурузы используют кукурузу желтую дробленую, в качестве ячменя используют ячмень нешелушеный дробленый, в качестве пшеницы используют пшеницу озимую дробленую, в качестве масла растительного используют масло подсолнечное при следующем соотношении компонентов, %:The prototype selected compound feed for laying hens, containing wheat, barley, soybean meal, fish flour, vegetable oil, corn and premix, additionally contains unpeeled crushed red millet, feed concentrate from Sarepta plant raw materials, fodder yeast, dried fodder shell, at the same time, yellow crushed corn is used as corn, unpeeled crushed barley is used, crushed wheat is used as wheat, crushed winter wheat is used, and sunflower oil is used as vegetable oil in the following ratio of components,%:
20.03.16).while feed is fed at peak egg production in the amount of 118 grams per head per day (RF Patent No. 2577364, publ. 03.20.16).
However, this composition of the feed is intended for laying hens of the egg direction of productivity, which is nutritionally inconsistent with obtaining a balanced composition for broiler chickens.
The problem to which this invention is directed is to obtain a balanced compound feed for broiler chickens using an alternative feed crop.
The technical result is the introduction of local feed sources into the feed formulation, increasing the meat productivity of broiler chickens and reducing the cost of feed per unit of growth at the end of the growing period.

ROSS 308.at the same time, feed is fed from daily to 37 days according to the normative indicators of broiler production ROSS 308.
The essential distinguishing features of the claimed compound feed is its qualitative and quantitative composition, its dosing per head per day of broiler chickens for the entire growing period.
The period of broiler chickens is from 37 to 42 days and is characterized by intensive growth, high meat early maturity, high feed conversion, good meat qualities, tender meat, soft elastic and smooth skin, soft cartilage of the breast bone. Thus, the poultry for the entire growing period is the most demanding of highly nutritious and high-calorie compound feeds.
Not only the level of its productivity, but also the quality of the product depends on the usefulness of feeding the bird.
The claimed quantitative and qualitative characteristics are optimal. The range of values provides balanced feed for broiler chickens for the entire growing period.
Reducing or increasing a given quantitative interval entails a deterioration in the characteristics of the declared feed, and therefore will not allow to obtain the claimed technical result.
An indispensable condition for ensuring intense physiological processes in the body of broiler chickens is to control the content of exchange energy and crude protein in animal feed.
The components of the feed for broiler chickens should be fresh, sound, without signs of spoilage and rancidity. Compound feed should be of high quality both in terms of digestibility and in terms of physical structure.
According to the Ross 308 Cross Poultry Guide, the degree of grinding of the feed included in the diet depends on the age of the feed to which the feed is intended. The most effective feeding of broiler chickens is through the use of granular feed.
The granulation process reduces the volume of feed, prevents the separation of the mixture and reduces the surface that can be damaged by microbiological organisms, while the proportions of the ingredients are precisely controlled. Feed pellets have the same size and overall composition. As a result, broiler chickens are not able to select the individual components of the feed and eat balanced.
The digestibility of wheat nutrients by the bird is quite high: crude protein - 77-80%, raw fat - 60, starch and sugar - 90-97%. Wheat is included in the feed composition to increase the gain in live weight of broiler chickens.
Barley without films.
