Abstract

Die Anmeldung betrifft ein Ophthalmoskop (10) zur Untersuchung eines Auges (12) eines Patienten, umfassend: eine Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (14) zur Erzeugung eines Beleuchtungsstrahls (19); eine Beleuchtungs-Abbildungsoptik zum Abbilden des Beleuchtungsstrahls auf das Auge, und Mittel (18) zum Scannen des Beleuchtungsstrahls über das Auge, sowie eine Beobachtungsvorrichtung (30); eine Beobachtungs-Abbildungsoptik zum Abbilden eines durch Reflexion des Beleuchtungsstrahls am Auge erzeugten Beobachtungsstrahls auf die Beobachtungsvorrichtung, und Mittel (32) zum Ausblenden von Streulicht aus dem Beobachtungs strahl, wobei die Beobachtungsvorrichtung einen elektronischen Sensor (34) mit einem Feld von fotosensitiven Pixeln (36) umfaßt, die jeweils zeilenweise aktivierbar und/oder auslesbar sind, und dass die Mittel zum Ausblenden von Streulicht aus dem Beobachtungsstrahl eine elektronische Steuerschaltung zum Auslesen wenigstens einer Pixelzeile des Sensors umfassen, wobei das Ophthalmoskop eine elektrische Kontrolleinheit (38) umfasstjdie dazu ausgelegt ist, die Mittel zum Scannen und die elektronische Steuerschaltung derart zu kontrollieren, dass das Scannen des Beleuchtungsstrahls über das Auge Synchron mit der Änderung der aktuell auszulesenden Pixelzeile erfolgt.
