设有雷达物位计的液体储罐
技术领域
本发明涉及一种设有物位测量结构的液体储罐, 尤其涉及一种 适合易起泡并且溢流口靠近顶部的用于储存腐蚀性液体的设有雷达 物位计的液体储罐。
背景技术
液体储罐都是非透明结构的, 在生产情况下, 生产人员在控制 室需要知道储罐内的液位, 因此需要用物位计进行测量, 然后将物 位信号传到控制室。 对于带有腐蚀性和易起泡的液体通常采用雷达 物位计进行物位测量。 然而目前液体储罐雷达物位计的安装是在储 罐顶部开口, 雷达物位计 1的雷达物位计探头 2的位置低于罐顶 3 , 高于溢流口 4, 有时会低于溢流口 4 , 如图 1所示。 正常情况下, 液 位会被控制在正常的液位范围内, 不会导致雷达物位计接触液体损 坏。 然而即使雷达物位计探头 2 高于溢流口 4, 由于液体会起泡也 会接触到探头, 而损坏探头。 当雷达物位计探头 2低于溢流口 4时, 正常液位内不会接触到探头, 但是储罐内的液位升高到雷达物位计 的探头时, 会导致雷达物位计的损坏。 由于雷达物位计的损坏, 需 要维修或更换, 增加了费用, 影响了生产。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题提供一种设有雷达物位计的液体储 罐, 目的是使液体储罐内液体的液位处于任何位置都不会接触到雷 达物位计的探头, 从而不会导致雷达物位计损坏, 减少了维护工作 量, 减少生产成本。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明是这样实现的: 设有雷达物位 计的液体储罐, 它包括雷达物位计、 雷达物位计探头、 储罐的罐顶, 其中雷达物位计探头高于罐顶。
所述的罐顶与钢管一端连接, 钢管的另一端与罐口之间设置钢 板, 钢板与雷达物位计连接。
所述的钢管的口径为 400 - 800mm。
本发明的优点效果: 在液体储罐上增加钢管, 抬高雷达物位计 探头的安装高度, 使雷达物位计的探头高于储罐的顶部, 使液位处 于任何位置雷达物位计探头都不会接触到液体, 从而保证雷达物位 计不会损坏, 減少了维护工作量, 減少生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图 2 所示, 本发明设有雷达物位计的液体储罐结构如下: 罐 体的顶部为罐顶 3 , 罐体的上部开设有溢流口 4 , 罐顶 3与钢管 6— 端连接, 钢管 6 的另一端与罐口 7之间设置钢板 5 , 钢板 5 与雷达 物位计 1连接, 使雷达物位计 1的雷达物位计探头 2高于罐顶 3。
在选择钢管 6 时一定要注意钢管的口径, 避免过大和过小。 口 径过大会导致安装困难和材料的浪费, 并且消除不了气泡对探头的 影响。 口径过小则会导致测量不准确。 其中钢管 6 的口径在 400 - 800mm。

3、 根据权利要求 2所述的设有雷达物位计的液体储罐, 其特征 在于所述的钢管 (6) 的口径为 400 - 800mm。
