Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种设有物位测量结构的液体储罐,特别是适用于易起泡并且溢流口靠近顶部的腐蚀性液体的设有雷达物位计的液体储罐。它包括雷达物位计(1)、雷达物位计探头(2)、储罐的罐顶(3),其中雷达物位计探头(2)高于罐顶(3)。本实用新型在液体储罐上增加钢管,抬高雷达物位计探头的安装高度,使雷达物位计的探头高于储罐的顶部,保证非正常情况下雷达物位计探头不会接触到液体,从而保证雷达物位计不会损坏,减少了维护工作量,减少生产成本。

设有雷达物位计的液体储罐
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种设有物位测量结构的液体储罐,尤其涉及一种适合易起泡并且溢流口靠近顶部的用于储存腐蚀性液体的设有雷达物位计的液体储罐。
背景技术
液体储罐都是非透明结构的,在生产情况下,生产人员在控制室需要知道储罐内的液位,因此需要用物位计进行测量,然后将物位信号传到控制室。对于带有腐蚀性和易起泡的液体通常采用雷达物位计进行物位测量。然而目前液体储罐雷达物位计的安装是在储罐顶部开口,雷达物位计1的雷达物位计探头2的位置低于罐顶3,高于溢流口4,有时会低于溢流口4,如图1所示。正常情况下,液位会被控制在正常的液位范围内,不会导致雷达物位计接触液体损坏。然而即使雷达物位计探头2高于溢流口4,由于液体会起泡也会接触到探头,而损坏探头。当雷达物位计探头2低于溢流口4时,正常液位内不会接触到探头,但是储罐内的液位升高到雷达物位计的探头时,会导致雷达物位计的损坏。由于雷达物位计的损坏,需要维修或更换,增加了费用,影响了生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题提供一种设有雷达物位计的液体储罐,目的是使液体储罐内液体的液位处于任何位置都不会接触到雷达物位计的探头,从而不会导致雷达物位计损坏,减少了维护工作量,减少生产成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是这样实现的:设有雷达物位计的液体储罐,它包括雷达物位计、雷达物位计探头、储罐的罐顶,其中雷达物位计探头高于罐顶。
所述的罐顶与钢管一端连接,钢管的另一端与罐口之间设置钢板,钢板与雷达物位计连接。
所述的钢管的口径为400~800mm。
本实用新型的优点效果:在液体储罐上增加钢管,抬高雷达物位计探头的安装高度,使雷达物位计的探头高于储罐的顶部,使液位处于任何位置雷达物位计探头都不会接触到液体,从而保证雷达物位计不会损坏,减少了维护工作量,减少生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,本实用新型设有雷达物位计的液体储罐结构如下:罐体的顶部为罐顶3,罐体的上部开设有溢流口4,罐顶3与钢管6一端连接,钢管6的另一端与罐口7之间设置钢板5,钢板5与雷达物位计1连接,使雷达物位计1的雷达物位计探头2高于罐顶3。
在选择钢管6时一定要注意钢管的口径,避免过大和过小。口径过大会导致安装困难和材料的浪费,并且消除不了气泡对探头的影响。口径过小则会导致测量不准确。其中钢管6的口径在400~800mm。

1、设有雷达物位计的液体储罐,它包括雷达物位计(1)、雷达物位计探头(2)、储罐的罐顶(3),其特征在于雷达物位计探头(2)高于罐顶(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的设有雷达物位计的液体储罐,其特征在于所述的罐顶(3)与钢管(6)一端连接,钢管(6)的另一端与罐口(7)之间设置钢板(5),钢板(5)与雷达物位计(1)连接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的设有雷达物位计的液体储罐,其特征在于所述的钢管(6)的口径为400~800mm。
