Abstract

L'invention concerne un composant améliorant la sensation en bouche d'un produit alimentaire ou d'une boisson qui est élaboré en rinçant une huile liquide comestible par un agent alcoolique pendant une durée suffisante et à une température suffisante pour former une phase légère et une phase lourde, la phase lourde contenant un composant améliorant la sensation en bouche ; et en récupérant la phase lourde pour l'utiliser en tant que composant améliorant la sensation en bouche.
