本发明涉及秸秆物料在进入加工主机前的预处理装置。
背景技术
将秸秆等直接送入加工主机比如揉搓机里加工，成为饲料或饲料 的原料， 是目前普遍采用的工艺。 实践表明， 秸秆直接送入加工主- 机里加工工艺存在的问题是： 首先是加工效果不理想， 成品质量差； 其次是加工主机需配置的动力较大， 机械磨损较重， 效率较低。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种秸秆物料进入 加工主机前的预处理装置， 为秸秆物料在进入加工主机前进行预处 理。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：在工作台上依次有送料辊、切条器 具、 二次送料辊。工作过程是： 将本发明置于加工主机的前端， 秸秆 物料通过送料辊送入切条器具，将其切条，完成对秸秆物料的预处理， 再由二次送料辊送入加工主机。
本发明与现有技术方案相比， 由于它把秸秆物料作了预处理，使 其进入加工主机后， 不但大大提高了作业效果，还减轻了对加工主机 的磨损， 提高了生产作业效率。

具体实施方式
在工作台上依次有送料辊, 6、 切条圆锯片 2、 二次送料辊 7、 拉 丝辊 8， 送料辊和拉丝辊由各自的齿轮副 1、 3和 4驱动， 二次送料 辊齿轮副依次与中间齿轮 5、 拉丝齿轮副 4啮合， 拉丝齿轮副与拉丝 辊同轴， 拉丝辊上有钉齿 8。 为提高拉丝效果， 拉丝辊齿轮副的直径 小于二次送料辊齿轮副的直径。 圆锯片 2共有八个， 按上、 下交错对 应依次布置。 工作过程是： 将本发明置于揉搓机的前端， 稻秆物料通 过送料辊送入切条圆锯片将秸秆将切条， 再由二次送料辊送入拉丝 辊， 拉丝辊将切成条状的物料挠成丝状， 完成对其进行的预处理， 由 拉丝辊送入揉搓机。

、 按照权利要求 1或 2所述的秸秆物料进入加工主机前的预处理 装置， 其特征是： 拉丝辊齿轮副的直径小于二次送料辊齿轮副 的直径， 所说的切条器具是圆锯片， 它共有八个， 按上、 下交 错对应依次布置。
