本实用新型涉及工具夹片加工技术领域,具体属于工具夹片锯开机的送料装置。 
背景技术
目前在国内工具夹片加工工艺为铣床刀片铣开:使用夹片铣开工装固定在铣床工作台上,分3次将工具夹片铣为3瓣。这种加工方式工作效率低,劳动强度大,并且分3次切割容易导致产品的一致性不高,尺寸有所偏差。如控制不当还有可能导致工装被锯坏以及刀片的浪费。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种工具夹片锯开机的送料装置,工具夹片三瓣同时锯开,上下依次进行加工,保证了产品的一致性与精确性,提高了工作效率,节约刀片。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下: 
工具夹片锯开机的送料装置,包括有套筒,所述套筒内放置有由上而下叠置的工具刀片,套筒的底端开有三个竖向的切槽,切槽内设有切刀。 
所述的三个切槽之间的夹角分别为120°。 
本实用新型的工作原理如下: 
启动三个电机,将套筒内工具夹片向下推进,使三个刀片同时接触根据夹片,开始锯开,当刀片锯开第一片工具夹片末端时,将会接触到第二片工具夹片,刀片的切削力将带动工具夹片,从而使第二片根据夹片自动跟进,形成流水线切割。 
本实用新型的有益效果如下: 
1、工具夹片三瓣同时锯开,保证了产品的一致性与精确性; 
2、提高了工作效率,节约刀片; 
3、产品自动进料,节约了劳动力。

2.根据权利要求1所述的工具夹片锯开机的送料装置,其特征在于:所述的三个切槽之间的夹角分别为120°。
