本实用新型涉及工具夹片加工技术领域，具体属于工具夹片锯开机的送料装置。 
背景技术
目前在国内工具夹片加工工艺为铣床刀片铣开：使用夹片铣开工装固定在铣床工作台上，分3次将工具夹片铣为3瓣。这种加工方式工作效率低，劳动强度大，并且分3次切割容易导致产品的一致性不高，尺寸有所偏差。如控制不当还有可能导致工装被锯坏以及刀片的浪费。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种工具夹片锯开机的送料装置，工具夹片三瓣同时锯开，上下依次进行加工，保证了产品的一致性与精确性，提高了工作效率，节约刀片。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下： 
工具夹片锯开机的送料装置，包括有套筒，所述套筒内放置有由上而下叠置的工具刀片，套筒的底端开有三个竖向的切槽，切槽内设有切刀。 
所述的三个切槽之间的夹角分别为120°。 
本实用新型的工作原理如下： 
启动三个电机，将套筒内工具夹片向下推进，使三个刀片同时接触根据夹片，开始锯开，当刀片锯开第一片工具夹片末端时，将会接触到第二片工具夹片，刀片的切削力将带动工具夹片，从而使第二片根据夹片自动跟进，形成流水线切割。 
本实用新型的有益效果如下： 
1、工具夹片三瓣同时锯开，保证了产品的一致性与精确性； 
2、提高了工作效率，节约刀片； 
3、产品自动进料，节约了劳动力。
