本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种在发动机的凸 轮轴上设置起动减压装置, 降低缸压, 减小起动阻力, 改善起动性能, 提高发动 机的实用性, 在发动机的凸轮轴上设置反转减压机构, 对传动、起动齿轮进行保 护, 提高发动机的可靠性和耐久性。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,它是由凸轮轴,链轮座,垫圈, 单向离合器, 销, 反转减压凸轮, 起动减压凸轮, 反转凸轮限位销, 导向销, 回 位弹簧组成。导向销、 回位弹簧插入凸轮轴上相应孔中, 起动减压凸轮对准导向 销、回位弹簧装入凸轮轴中,销将单向离合器和反转减压凸轮连接,装入凸轮轴, 垫圈装入凸轮轴, 链轮座过盈装入凸轮轴, 在气缸盖设置反转凸轮限位销, 对单 向离合器,销,反转减压凸轮进行限位。单向离合器和反转减压凸轮通过销连接。
凸轮轴静态到 200〜300rpm时, 回位弹簧的压力将起动减压凸轮顶起, 使 起动减压凸轮对应的型线高于凸轮的基圆, 当凸轮轴转速大于 200〜300rpm时,
起动减压凸轮的离心力克服回位弹簧的压力向外绕销的中心旋转,带动减压阀转 动,直到减压阀销转到减压盘座的限位位置,使减压阀扁方部分圆弧面朝向凸轮 轴中心, 减压阀低于凸轮的基圆。
凸轮轴正向旋转时, 单向离合器被超越, 单向离合器的止位凸台碰到气缸 盖上的反转凸轮限位销而被限位,此时反转减压凸轮和排气摇臂的间隙很小,但 排气摇臂不会被反转减压凸轮抬起,一旦凸轮轴反转的时候,单向离合器带动反 转减压凸轮也反转,排气摇臂的台阶立刻与反转减压凸轮接触, 打开排气门, 减 小缸压。
本实用新型结构简单, 起动减压装置和反转减压装置组合使用, 结构紧凑, 起动减压装置和反转减压装置均作用在一个排气门上,当发动机曲轴低速旋转时 开启排气门, 降低缸压, 减小起动阻力, 改善起动性能, 当发动机曲轴反转时打 开排气门, 降低缸压, 减小曲轴反转的驱动力, 功能可靠, 提高了发动机的可靠 性和耐久性。 附图说明
