Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un filtre catalytique pour le traitement d'un gaz chargé en particules de suies et de polluants en phase gazeuse,comprenant une pluralité de blocs monolithiques en nid d'abeille reliés entre eux par un ciment de joint dont la conductivité thermique est supérieure à 0,3 W/m.K, ledit filtre se caractérisant en ce qu'au moins les blocs monolithiques placés dans la partie centrale du filtre, de préférence l'ensemble des blocs monolithiques, présentent suivant une direction radiale une portion périphérique dont la surface de filtration totale est supérieure à la surface de filtration totale de la portion centrale desdits blocs.
