Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de réception, de transport et de transfert de manchons (S) d'étiquettes rétractables à la chaleur et formés dans au moins un appareil de fabrication (1) associé au dispositif, sur le côté inférieur d'une bande de matériau d'emballage transformée en pots (B) disposés en rangées transversales (R') et fournie dans une machine (100) d'emballage par emboutissage, pour l'étiquetage des pots. Le dispositif est constitué d'un transporteur transversal (3) asservi disposé transversalement par rapport à la bande (PB) de matériau d'emballage et adapté à la cadence de la machine d'emballage (100) pour transférer dans un poste de transfert (US) les manchons d'étiquettes sur les pots de bande de matériaux d'emballage. Selon l'invention, le transporteur transversal est formé d'au moins deux courroies sans fin séparées (I, II) qui reprennent au moins une rangée (R') de pots de bande de matériau d'emballage et qui sont guidées sans glissement sur des poulies de renvoi (2) qui peuvent être entraînées par des commandes séparées. En outre, au moins un groupe (4, 4') de mandrins de réception (5) est disposé sur chacune des courroies sans fin et chaque groupe contient un nombre de mandrins de réception qui correspond au nombre de pots d'une rangée transversale de la bande de matériau d'emballage. Les groupes peuvent être déplacés en dessous de l'appareil de fabrication de manchons d'étiquettes à une vitesse adaptée à la vitesse de production de l'appareil de fabrication et un groupe sur deux peut être mis à l'arrêt en alignement avec les pots au niveau du poste de transfert (US) des manchons d'étiquettes sur les pots.
