Abstract

L'invention concerne un instrument de guidage utilisé en chirurgie de réduction d'angle mandibulaire. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un instrument de guidage destiné au guidage d'un trajet de déplacement d'une scie à découper, dans le but de protéger les tissus mous périphériques et de réduire le temps opératoire lorsqu'une opération chirurgicale de découpe de l'angle mandibulaire est effectuée dans la cavité orale étroite au moyen de la scie à découper. Un instrument de guidage pour chirurgie de réduction d'angle mandibulaire selon l'invention comprend : une plaque de guidage présentant une fente de guidage d'une scie à découper le long d'une direction longitudinale de la plaque de guidage formée, à percer, ladite plaque de guidage présentant une surface latérale incurvée concave ; une poignée mince et allongée, formée de manière à s'étendre à partir d'un côté supérieur, en largeur, de ladite plaque de guidage ; et un crochet formé de manière à s'étendre à partir d'un côté inférieur, en largeur, de la plaque de guidage et présentant une extrémité repliée dans la direction dans laquelle la plaque de guidage est incurvée concave.
