L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire des objets moulés contreplaqués, consistant à relier au moins un support et un placage de recouvrement dans une presse à mouler, de manière plane, pour obtenir une pièce moulée brute. Cette invention est caractérisée : en ce qu'une couche continue constituée d'un produit d'imprégnation visqueux est appliquée sur une surface du placage de recouvrement ; en ce que la couche de produit d'imprégnation est ensuite séchée physiquement de manière à conserver la flexibilité du placage de recouvrement, et ; en ce que la couche de produit d'imprégnation est durcie à une température élevée lors du processus de moulage par compression. La présente invention se rapporte en outre à un produit d'imprégnation conçu en particulier pour être utilisé avec ledit procédé.
