技术领域
本发明涉及一种单板层积材,具体地说是一种高强度单板层积材的生产工艺,属于单板层积材领域。
背景技术
自古以来,木材作为一种自然材料其天然的纹理、色彩、质地都给人亲切感,一直为家具制造的首选材料。然而,我国天然森林资源匮乏,人均森林蓄积量极低,随着天然林保护工程的实施和建筑行业的蓬勃发展,我国建筑木材供需矛盾日益突出,而以杨木为主的人工林虽然资源相对丰富,但是由于人工林速生材生长周期短、径级小、幼龄木材比例大,速生杨木存在材质松软、干缩湿胀、强度低、易变形、各向异性、尺寸稳定性差,在水、热、光、微生物、病虫害等的作用下易于降解、腐朽、易燃烧等问题。另外,按国家标准《木材缺陷》,木材具有节子、腐朽、虫害、裂纹、树干形状缺陷、木材构造缺陷、伤疤、不正常的沉积物和木材加工缺陷等九大类缺陷,这些缺陷大多在树木生长过程中形成,其中对结构用材材质影响较大的缺陷为节子、腐朽和裂纹,这些天然缺陷很大程度上制约了木材在工程结构上的应用。
为解决木材供需矛盾,满足人们对高强度、高性能木质工程结构材料的需求,木材工业将木材加工成木板、木条、单板、刨花或纤维等组元,利用现代技术将木材组元重组为新型木质复合材料,如胶合木梁、单板层积材、定向成材、胶合板、重组装饰薄木、单板层积中空圆柱材、定向刨花板和纤维板等,这些木质重组材料在一定程度上增加了原始木材所不具有的几何性能、同一性、均匀性和曲面成形性等。使原本材质低劣的原料通过加工成为优质人造成材,缓解因木材短缺带来的矛盾,而单板层积材就是一种可以用低等级木材制成的强度高、性能稳定的优质成材。
目前市场上出现了单板层积材(Laminated Veneer Lumber),是以小径材和低质材原木为主要原料,旋切成单板,经顺纹组坯、胶合、热压成型的新型人造木材。单板层积材保留了木材的天然特性,且原木本身的节子、裂纹、腐朽等缺陷随机分散在材料中,强度和其他物理性能均匀且高于原木。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,设计了一种高强度单板层积材的生产工艺,不但结构强度高,稳定性好,不易变形,而且不易腐烂,密度大,刚性强,耐磨性好,增加了使用范围。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种高强度单板层积材的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)原木旋切或刨切工序:将人工林木材软化,杨树原木旋切或刨切成厚度为2.5~10.0mm,宽度为400-1500mm,长度为1000-3000mm;桉树原木经处理后旋切或刨切成厚度为6.0~10.0mm,宽度为400-150mm,长度为1000-3000mm;
(2)防腐剂调制:防腐剂采用铜类防腐剂,主要由四硼酸钠、铜盐、季铵盐、氰基化山梨醇、氨溶液按质量比0.5-1:8-10:30-40:10-15:100-120混合均匀制成,添加适量水控制铜浓度为2-6%,同时控制防腐剂溶液的pH为8-9;氰基化山梨醇主要是提高铜在处理材中的固着;添加的氨溶液主要是增加铜盐的溶解;铜盐与季铵盐组合能够避免微生物侵蚀;
采用自制铜类防腐剂制备防腐单板层积材,而铜具有广谱杀菌性,且对人畜低毒。同时,本发明所用铜类防腐剂成本低,可以得到广泛应用;
(3)单板防腐处理:将准备好的单板完全浸没于盛有铜类防腐剂的容器中,浸渍时间为2-12h;
将单板进行防腐处理,提高了单板层积材的防腐性能,从根本上克服了人工林木材易腐朽的天然缺陷,拓宽了单板层积材的使用范围,增加了单板层积材的使用寿命;
(4)干燥:将单板放入干燥机中进行干燥,含水率控制在20%左右。
(5)整形:将单板放入热压机内热压整形,热压温度100-150℃,热压压力为0-1.5MPa,热压时间为1-5min;整形后的单板冷却至80℃以下,放入自然条件或调温、调湿房内进行养生,使得整形后的单板含水率调整到5-10%;将单板进行整形处理,可以提高单板的平整度,提高上胶的均匀度,提高单板层积材的胶合强度,而且还可减少单板层积材的变形和翘曲,增强结构强度;
(6)涂胶:单板表面施以结构用酚醛树脂,单面涂胶量为120~220g/m2;同时,分别将玻璃纤维布与碳纤维布浸渍于水溶性酚醛树脂胶粘剂中,约15min后取出并晾干或烘干至不粘手;浸渍两种纤维布,有助于酚醛树脂胶粘剂充分涂布于纤维布的表面乃至内里,可以提高单板与纤维布之间的胶合强度,改善单板层积材的力学性能;然后,在两层单板之间加入一层玻璃纤维布和一层碳纤维布进行增强;
其中,玻璃纤维布为E-GLASS无碱玻璃纤维布,碳纤维布为PAN基碳纤维布;
(7)组坯预压:按设计好的单板层积材结构和组坯原则进行组坯,可顺向组坯成厚度为150.0~300.0mm的板坯,配置好的板坯送入冷压机中预压,压力控制为0.6-1.8MPa,保压时间30-90min;组坯后的陈化时间为10~60分钟;
(8)热压成型:将预压好的单板层积材放入热压机中进行热压成型,热压压力1.5~3.0MPa,热压温度115℃-135℃,热压时间根据板坯厚度按0.7~1.7min/mm计算,板坯的压缩率为5%~20%。
另外,在干燥后的单板背面有裂隙的部分涂抹一层封闭浆料,使单板表面平整。
所述封闭浆料是按面粉∶水∶木质素=1.0∶3.0∶0.8的比例,在温度为45~100℃的条件下不断搅拌熬制而成。
本发明的有益效果为:不但结构强度高,稳定性好,不易变形,而且不易腐烂,密度大,刚性强,耐磨性好,增加了使用范围。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种高强度单板层积材的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)原木旋切或刨切工序:将人工林木材软化,杨树原木旋切或刨切成厚度为2.5~10.0mm,宽度为400-1500mm,长度为1000-3000mm;桉树原木经处理后旋切或刨切成厚度为6.0~10.0mm,宽度为400-1500mm,长度为1000-3000mm;
(2)防腐剂调制:防腐剂采用铜类防腐剂,主要由四硼酸钠、铜盐、季铵盐、氰基化山梨醇、氨溶液按质量比0.5-1:8-10:30-40:10-15:100-120混合均匀制成,添加适量水控制铜浓度为2-6%,同时控制防腐剂溶液的pH为8-9;氰基化山梨醇主要是提高铜在处理材中的固着;添加的氨溶液主要是增加铜盐的溶解;铜盐与季铵盐组合能够避免微生物侵蚀;
采用自制铜类防腐剂制备防腐单板层积材,而铜具有广谱杀菌性,且对人畜低毒。同时,本发明所用铜类防腐剂成本低,可以得到广泛应用;

(5)整形:将单板放入热压机内热压整形,热压温度100-150℃,热压压力为0-1.5MPa,热压时间为1-5min;整形后的单板冷却至80℃以下,放入自然条件或调温、调湿房内进行养生,使得整形后的单板含水率调整到5-10%;将单板进行整形处理,可以去除单板内的应力,提高单板的平整度,提高涂胶均匀度,提高单板层积材的胶合强度,还可减少单板层积材的变形和翘曲,增强结构强度;
(6)涂胶:单板表面施以结构用酚醛树脂,单面涂胶量为120~220g/m2;同时,分别将玻璃纤维布与碳纤维布浸渍于水溶性酚醛树脂胶粘剂中,约15min后取出并晾干或烘干至不粘手;浸渍两种纤维布,有助于酚醛树脂胶粘剂充分涂布于纤维布的表面乃至内里,可以提高单板与纤维布之间的胶合强度,改善单板层积材的力学性能;然后,在两层单板之间加入一层玻璃纤维布和一层碳纤维布进行增强;
其中,玻璃纤维布为E-GLASS无碱玻璃纤维布,碳纤维布为PAN基碳纤维布;
(7)组坯预压:按设计好的单板层积材结构和组坯原则进行组坯,可顺向组坯成厚度为150.0~300.0mm的板坯,配置好的板坯送入冷压机中预压,压力控制为0.6-1.8MPa,保压时间30-90min;组坯后的陈化时间为10~60分钟;
(8)热压成型:将预压好的单板层积材放入热压机中进行热压成型,热压压力1.5~3.0MPa,热压温度115℃-135℃,热压时间根据板坯厚度按0.7~1.7min/mm计算,板坯的压缩率为5%~20%。
另外,在干燥后的单板背面有裂隙的部分涂抹一层封闭浆料,使单板表面平整。
所述封闭浆料是按面粉∶水∶木质素=1.0∶3.0∶0.8的比例,在温度为45~100℃的条件下不断搅拌熬制而成。

Claims (4)

1.一种高强度单板层积材的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原木旋切或刨切工序:将人工林木材软化,杨树原木旋切或刨切成厚度为2.5~10.0mm,宽度为400-1500mm,长度为1000-3000mm;桉树原木经处理后旋切或刨切成厚度为6.0~10.0mm,宽度为400-1500mm,长度为1000-3000mm;
(2)防腐剂调制:防腐剂采用铜类防腐剂,主要由四硼酸钠、铜盐、季铵盐、氰基化山梨醇、氨溶液按质量比0.5-1:8-10:30-40:10-15:100-120混合均匀制成,添加适量水控制铜浓度为2-6%,同时控制防腐剂溶液的pH为8-9;
(3)单板防腐处理:将准备好的单板完全浸没于盛有铜类防腐剂的容器中,浸渍时间为2-12h;
(4)干燥:将单板放入干燥机中进行干燥,含水率控制在20%左右;
(5)整形:将单板放入热压机内热压整形,热压温度1100-150℃,热压压力为0-1.5MPa,热压时间为1-5min;整形后的单板冷却至80℃以下,放入自然条件或调温、调湿房内进行养生,使得炭化后的单板含水率调整到5-10%;
(6)涂胶:单板表面施以结构用酚醛树脂,单面涂胶量为120~220g/m2;同时,分别将玻璃纤维布与碳纤维布浸渍于水溶性酚醛树脂胶粘剂中,约15min后取出并晾干或烘干至不粘手;然后,在两层单板之间加入一层玻璃纤维布和一层碳纤维布进行增强;
(7)组坯预压:按设计好的单板层积材结构和组坯原则进行组坯,顺纹组坯成厚度为150.0~300.0mm的板坯,配置好的板坯送入冷压机中预压,压力控制为0.6-1.8MPa,保压时间30-90min;组坯后的陈化时间为10~60分钟;
(8)热压成型:将预压好的单板层积材放入热压机中进行热压成型,热压压力1.5~3.0MPa,热压温度115℃-135℃,热压时间根据板坯厚度按0.7~1.7min/mm计算,板坯的压缩率为5%~20%。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高强度单板层积材的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述封闭浆料是按面粉∶水∶木质素=1.0∶3.0∶0.8的比例,在温度为45~100℃的条件下不断搅拌熬制而成。
