先天性紫绀型心脏病病变之二是肺动脉发育不良, 需要重建带有肺动脉瓣的肺 动脉管道, 通常这类手术中可使用: ①同种异体主动脉带瓣管道, 但因同种材料的 来源有限, 其储存、 运输都存在诸多问题; ②猪主动脉瓣和一段人工血管; 或③人 工机械瓣和一段人工血管。猪主动脉瓣其瓣叶组织易发生疲劳和钙化其耐久性一直 令人担忧, 而机械瓣需要终身抗凝以及不可避免的抗凝相关并发症至今未能得到很 好的解决。 发明目的
本项发明的目的是解决现有技术中的不足, 提供一种用于加宽心脏流出道的带 瓣补片, 这种带瓣补片在加宽流出道的同时较好地解决肺动脉瓣关闭不全所引起的 返流, 更重要的是补片的瓣叶不仅可以明显改善术后患者血流动力学, 同时, 特有 的结构所赋予人工瓣叶具有极好的耐疲劳性, 显著提高术后患者远期生活质量。 依 据与这种带瓣补片类 的缝制结构, 本发明还提供了一种性能良好的带瓣管道。 发明内容

一种修复心脏流出道用带瓣补片, 所述带瓣补片包括内衬片、 外衬支撑片和 瓣叶, 所述内衬片上具有一个近似半圆弧形狭缝, 所述瓣叶下缘沿狭缝穿设于内衬 片与外衬支撑片之间, 且瓣叶上沿与内衬片之间构成一个自然的瓣兜, 缝线沿内衬 片狭缝边缘将内衬片、 瓣叶下缘和外衬支撑片三者缝合在一起, 瓣叶下缘被固定在 内衬片、 外衬支撑片之间。
其中, 所述修复心脏用带瓣补片自瓣叶上缘以上部分为只具有内衬片的单层结 构; 所述内衬片沿瓣叶上缘上延 3.5〜8.5cm, 外衬支撑片与内衬片于瓣叶上缘处缝 合在一起, 所述内衬片和外衬支撑片沿瓣叶下缘向下延长 1.5〜6.5cm; 所述内衬片、 瓣叶和外衬支撑片为同种组织片或经化学改性处理的异种组织片; 所述经化学改性 处理的异种组织片为经抗钙化改性处理的牛心包片; 所述瓣叶下缘置于内衬片和外 衬支撑片之间的部分切有数个切口, 以使瓣叶下缘缝合更加平整。

1、 本发明修复心脏流出道用带瓣补片和带瓣管道的瓣叶与内衬片 /管和外衬支 撑片 /管缝合在一起, 且瓣叶下缘位于内衬片 /管和外衬支撑片 /管之间, 免除了仅靠 缝线固定瓣叶, 使瓣叶的牢固性更好, 可以显著提高患者术后远期治疗效果。
2、 瓣叶与内衬片 /管和外衬支撑片 /管缝合时, 夹于内衬片 /管和外衬支撑片 /管 的瓣叶下缘周边的部分有数个切口, 可使缝合更平整, 减少了应力集中现象。
3、 瓣叶与内衬片均经过抗钙化处理, 可有效地防止瓣叶和内衬片过早发生钙 化。
4、 带瓣补片和带瓣管道自瓣叶上缘以上部分为单层, 无外衬支撑片 /管, 更加 易于流出道的缝合。
5、 修复心脏用带瓣补片自瓣叶上缘以下的部分为双层, 且外衬支撑管外具有 刚性支撑结构, 可以有针对加固右心室, 以消除右室收缩时易出现的反常博动。 附图说明

6、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种修复心脏流出道用带瓣补片, 其特征在于: 所 述瓣叶下缘置于内衬片、 外衬支撑片之间的部分切有数个切口, 以使瓣叶下缘缝合 更加平整。
7、 一种修复心脏流出道用带瓣管道, 其特征在于: 所述带瓣管道由内衬管、 三片瓣叶和外衬支撑管构成, 内衬管壁周向一圈设有三个近似半圆弧形狭缝, 所述 三片瓣叶下缘分别沿三个狭缝穿设于内衬管与外衬支撑管之间, 缝线沿内衬管狭缝 边缘将内衬管、 三片瓣叶周边部分和外衬支撑管缝合固定在一起, 使三片瓣叶的上 沿对称、 平整地对合于内衬管内, 所述带瓣管道的内衬管、 外衬支撑管两端延伸为 上管道和下管道。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的一种修复心脏流出道用带瓣管道, 其特征在于: 所 述内衬管、 瓣叶和外衬支撑管为同种组织片或经化学改性处理的异种组织片。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的一种修复心脏流出道用带瓣管道, 其特征在于: 所 述经化学改性处理的异种组织片为经抗钙化改性处理的牛心包片。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的一种修复心脏流出道用带瓣管道, 其特征在于: 所 述瓣叶周边置于内、 外衬管之间的部分切有数个切口, 以使固定缝合更加平整。
11、 根据权利要求 7所述的一种修复心脏流出道用带瓣管道, 其特征在于: 所 述上管道为内衬管沿瓣叶向上延伸的部分, 下管道为内衬管和外衬支撑管沿瓣叶下 弧延伸的部分。
12、 根据权利要求 7所述的一种修复心脏流出道用带瓣管道, 其特征在于: 所 述外衬支撑管外还套设由医用高分子材料或金属材料制成的刚性支撑结构。
