Abstract

雌雄の連結片(2),(3)にて大剣部と小剣部に分割したネクタイを、その略中央部で装脱可能とし、雌雄の連結片(2),(3)には大剣部または小剣部のネクタイ生地と接続される連結布片の挿通用のスリット(22)、(32)を一端に備え、その後方に鍔片(21),(31)を延設すると共に、他端に夫々係合面(20),(30)が設けられ、雄の連結片(2)の係合面(20)に磁石(23)からなる係合段部(24)を形成し、対向する雌の連結片(3)の係合面(30)に磁性体層を有する係合凹部(34)を形成した。また、雄の連結片(2)の係合面(20)には磁石(23)の上下位置に係合ピン(25)を立設し、対向する雌の連結片(3)の係合面(30)には係合凹部(34)の上下に係合ピン(25)が嵌入する受孔(35)を穿設した。これにより、結んだネクタイを首回りの背部で、容易に正確な位置で装着でき、容易に外せるようにした。

Description

明 細 書 首回りの連結部材を有するネクタイ
技 術 分 野
本発明は、 雌雄の連結片にて大剣部と小剣部に分割されたネクタイを、 その中央 部分で装脱可能とした連結部材を有するネクタイに関する。
背 景 技 術
ネクタイを大剣部と小剣部の略中央部分で切断し、 夫々の切断端部に連結部材を 取り付けて装脱自在としたネクタイは、 例えば特許文献 1乃至 3のように知られて いる。
特許文献 1は特許第 3 0 7 5 2 7 9号公報、 特許文献 2は特開平 1 1— 3 1 5 4 0 8号公報、 特許文献 3は 実公平 3— 2 4 5 6 9号公報である。
し力 し、 これらの場合、 実際に首回りに装着されたネクタイを外す際には容易で あるものの、 装着する時には首回りの背部で指先だけの感覚で雌雄の連結部材を正 確に連結するのは難しい。 特に、 前記特許文献 1及ぴ 2のように連結部材が面ファ スナ一であると、 雌雄の連結部材を正確な位置に接合することは困難であり、 連結 部がずれてしまう欠点がある。 しかも、 面ファスナーではー且接合すると接合位置 がずれていても、 連結作業中にそのズレを直すことは不可能で、 連結位置の修正は できない。 従って、 ずれて雌雄の面ファスナ^"が装着されると首回りが不体裁で、 且つ着用者に違和感を与え好ましくない。
また、 特許文献 3のように弾発性を有する狭持部材と、 これに係合される扁平な 係合ピンを備えた雌雄の係脱具にて装脱可能としたものもあるが、 狭持部材に扁平 なピンを係合し、 爪で保持する構造であるため、 装着したとき首回りが嵩張り、 不 体裁であると共に着用感を損ねるものである。 また、 狭持部材に偏平ピンを差し込 む必要があるため、 首回りの背部で後ろ手による装着が円滑に行いにくい欠点があ る。
発 明 の 開 示
本発明は首回り背部で後ろ手によるネクタイの装脱が容易で、 装着の際に雌雄の 連結部材が正確な位置にて容易に連結され、 着用に際して体裁がよく、 しかも容易 に脱落しなレヽ連結部材を有するネクタイを提供するものである。 本発明の首回りの連結部材を有するネクタイは、 ft雄の連結片にて大剣部と小剣 部に分割したネクタイを、 その略中央部で装脱可能としたネクタイであって、 雌雄 の連結片には大剣部又は小剣部のネクタイ生地と接続される連結布片揷通用のスリ ットを一端に備え、 その後方に巾広の鍔片を延設すると供に、 他端には夫々係合面 が設けられ、 雄連結片の係合面に磁石からなる係合段部を形成し、 対向する雌連結 片の係合面に磁性体からなる係合凹部を形成したことを特徴とする。
また、 雄連結片の係合面の中央部に磁石を接着して係合段部を形成すると共に、 該係合段部の上下位置に係合ピンを立設し、 対向する雌連結片の中央部には、 前記 磁石が吸着して嵌入する磁性体からなる係合凹部を形成すると共に、 該係合凹部の 上下位置に前記雄連結片に立設した係合ピンが嵌入する受穴を穿設するようにした。 また、 前記雌雄の連結片の鑠部は、 夫々の係合面とは反対方向に延設されるよう にした。
本発明のネクタイによれば、 雌雄の連結片の一端に、 切断したネクタイの大剣部 及ぴ小剣部を接続し、 雄の連結片の係合面には磁石の係合段部を立設し、 対向する 雌の連結片の係合面には磁性体からなる係合凹部を形成したことで、 雌雄の連結片 が対向したとき、 磁石の係合段部が磁性体の係合凹部に瞬時に嵌入して、 雌雄の連 結片は容易に接合される。
従って、 首回りの背部で、 後ろ手でネクタイを装脱する際に、 連結片同士の位置 合わせをする必要が無く、 簡単に装脱が可能となる。 また、 連結片の一端には巾広 の鍔部が延設されているため、 この鍔部を摘むことで容易に装脱できる。 しかも、 連結片同志は偏平で嵩張らないため、 ワイシャツの襟回りに装着した際にも体裁が よく、 装着感がよい。 従って、 夏場などで、 ネクタイの装脱を繰り返す必要がある 場合には極めて都合が良い。

発明を実施するための最良の形態
以下、 本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照しながら説明する。
第 1図は、 本発明の実施例に係る首回りの連結部材を有するネクタイの全体を示 す斜視図、 第 2図は、 このネクタイを結んだ後、 首回りの連結部材を外した状態の 説明図である。 第 3図は本発明の連結部材の斜視図であって、 ネクタイ Aは一般の 形状のもので、 大剣部 A aと小剣部 A bを有し、 大剣部 A aと小剣部 A bの略中間 部分で切断され、切断された夫々の端面に雌雄の連結部材 1が取り付けられている。 この連結部材 1は、 第 3図、 第 4図に示すように、 互いに対称形状を示す雌雄の連 結片 2 , 3により構成される。 更に、 雌雄の連結片 2 , 3の一端には、 平坦な係合 面 2 0 , 3 0を形成すると共に、他端は外方に延設する鍔片 2 1、 3 1が形成され、 係合面 2 0、 3 0と鍔片 2 1、 3 1の間には長溝状のスリット 2 2 , 3 2が形成さ れて、 雌雄の連結片 2， 3は係合面 2 0 , 3 0に対向して対称形状に形成されてい る。 ここで、 連結片 2は雄の連結片を、 連結片 ·3は雌の連結片を示す。
また、 雌雄の連結片 2， 3のスリット 2 2 , 3 2には第 4図及ぴ第 5図に示すよ うに、 大剣部 A aと小剣部 A bに切断されたネクタイ Aの切断端を連結片 2 , 3に 取り付けるための連結布片 Bが挿通される。 該連結布片 Bは、 該スリット 2 2， 3 2部で折り返され、 連結布片 B端は切断された大剣部 A a、 小剣部 A bの袋状の生 地中に揷入され、 切断された端面 A cを適宜縫着されて大剣部 A aと小剣部 A bに 夫々連結片 2 , 3が取り付けられる。
また、雄の連結片 2の係合面 2 0には略中央部分に平板状の磁石 2 3が突設され、 磁石 2 3の厚みを以つて係合段部 2 4を形成している。 また、 該連結片 2に対向す る雌の連結片 3の係合面 3 0には、 前記雄の連結片 2の係合段部 2 4が嵌入する係 合凹部 3 4が形成され、 該係合凹部 3 4の底面には、 雄の連結片 2の磁石 2 3が吸 着可能な金属からなる磁 1"生体層 3 3が形成されている。
雌雄の連結片 2， 3は上述のように形成されており、 連結片 2と連結片 3の係合 面 2 0、 3 0を対向させようと接近させると雄の連結片 2の磁石 2 3が、 雌の連結 片 3の係合凹部 3 4の底面に配設した磁 1·生体層 3 3と吸着し、 吸着力で磁石 2 3の 係合段部 2 4が係合凹部 3 4内に嵌入し、 雌雄の連結片 2， 3は瞬時にごく自然に 固定される。
即ち、 連結片 2， 3の係合段部 2 4と係合凹部 3 4を正確に位置合わせして嵌合 させるまでもなく、 ただ連結片 2， 3を対向させるだけで磁石 2 3の吸着力にて瞬 時に係合凹部 3 4内に係合段部 2 4が嵌入するため、 首回りの背部でネクタイを装 着する場合に簡単で、且つ装着箇所がずれずに正確な位置で連結することが出来る。 しかも、 係合凹部 3 4内に係合段部 2 4が嵌入することで、 横方向、 即ち、 着用 者の首回り方向への引張り力に強固に対抗し得、 着用中にネクタイを引っ張ても係 合面がずれたり、 外れることが無い。
また、 逆にネクタイを外す場合は、 首回りの背部で雌雄の連結片 2 , 3を、 その 鍔部 2 1 , 3 1を把持して上下方向に引き離すだけで、 磁石 2 3の吸着はとけて係 合段部 2 4は係合凹部 3 4力 ら離脱し、 容易にネクタイを外すことが出来る。
第 5図は雌雄の連結片 2， 3と分割したネクタイの大剣部 A a、 小剣部 A bの敢 付け状態を示す。 第 6図は、 連結片 2と連結片 3が対抗する係合面 2 0、 3 0にて 係合している状態の拡大した断面図である。
尚、 第 7図は他の実施例を示すもので、 雄の連結片 2の係合面 2 0の係合段部 2 4の上下位置にピン 2 5 , 2 5を突設し、対向する雌の連結片 3の係合面 3 0には、 ピン 2 5に対応する位置にピン受孔 3 5， 3 5を係合凹部 3 4の上下位置に形成し ている。 これにより、 雄の連結片 2の磁石 2 3の吸着力にて瞬時に係合段部 2 4が係合凹 部 3 4内に嵌入すると共に、 ピン 2 5 , 2 5も他方の雌の連結片 3のピン受孔 3 5， 3 5中に嵌入し、 係合を確実なものとしている。 特に、 ネクタイ Aを首回りに装着 した場合に雌雄の連結片 2 , 3同志の係合を確実とし、離脱しないようにしている。 第 8図は第 7図の実施例で示す雌雄の連結片 2， 3の係合状態の拡大した縦断面図 である。
第 9図は更に他の実施例を示すもので、 連結部材 1を構成する雌雄の連結片 2、 3自体を細巾に形成すると共に、 鍔部 2 1 0， 3 1 0を長手方向、 つまり大剣部 A aと小剣部 A bが接合された場合のネクタイの長さ方向に延出するように形成され ている。 雌雄の連結片 2 , 3を細巾にすることでネクタイを装着したときにヮイシ ャッの襟の中に揷通し易く、 且つ襟の中からはみ出ないようにし体裁を良くしてい る。 又、 延設した鍔片 2 1 0， 3 1 0は、 雌雄の連結片 2 , 3を装脱する際に、 後ろ手にて指先により摘み易く、 装脱を容易にしている。 その他の構成は前述の実 施例と同様であるため、 同一符号を付して重複した説明は省略する。

請 求 の 範 囲 、 雌雄の連結片にて大剣部と小剣部に分割したネクタイを、 その略中央部で装脱可能 としたネクタイであって、 雌雄の連結片には大剣部又は小剣部のネクタイ生地と接続 される連結布片揷通用のスリットを一端に備え、 その後方に巾広の鍔片を延設すると 供に、 他端には夫々係合面が設けられ、 雄連結片の係合面に磁石からなる係合段部を 形成し、 対向する雌連結片の係合面に磁性体からなる係合凹部を形成した首回りの連 結部材を有するネクタイ。 、 雄連結片の係合面の中央部に、 磁石を接着して係合段部を形成すると共に、 該係合 段部の上下位置に係合ピンを立設し、 対向する雌連結片の中央部には、 前記磁石が吸 着して嵌入する磁性体からなる係合凹部を形成すると共に、 該係合凹部の上下位置に 前記雄連結片に立設した係合ピンが嵌入する受穴を穿設してなる請求の範囲 1に記載 の首回りの連結部材を有するネクタイ。 、 前記雌雄の連結片の鍔部は、 夫々の係合面とは反対方向に延設されていることを特 徴とする請求の範囲 1に記載の首回りの連結部材を有するネクタイ。
