Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Fluor-Kohlenstoffschichten auf einem Substrat, zum Beispiel einem Metall, Polymer, keramisches Material und/oder Textilien mittels eines Niederdruck-Plasmaverfahrens sowie auf diese Weise hergestellte Produkte.
