Abstract
Le couteau d'épluchage de fruits ou de légumes comprend un manche et une plaque active à profil curviligne, raccordée à celui-ci, qui comporte une pointe effilée et une fente de coupe. La fente de coupe est disposée le long du profil de ligne mitoyenne de la plaque et la sépare en deux régions opposées: une partie de guidage et une partie de coupe, qui possède une lame, qui représente l'un des bords de la fente disposée en dessous du niveau de son autre bord à une distance égale à la profondeur de coupe. Le profil curviligne en fin d'extrémité a une forme de faucille. La forme de la fente dans un plan est formée par deux bords en arc ayant une seule direction, qui se rejoignent vers la fin de la plaque. Dans un premier mode de réalisation, en coupe transversale la forme de la plaque de coupe, formée par les régions de guidage et de coupe, a la forme d'un arc. Dans un deuxième mode de réalisation, en coupe transversale les régions de guidage et de coupe de la plaque transversale sont orientées à un angle obtus l'une par rapport à l'autre. Dans les deux modes de réalisation, la partie externe du profil de la plaque du côté de sa région de coupe comporte des entailles.
