兹以大众所熟悉的博物馆为例说明如下: 博物馆在文化、 科学、 教育等方面都有 重要的地位和作用; 实际上博物馆在旅游经济方面也能发挥巨大的潜力。 为了使博物 馆能充分发挥其影响力和旅游经济方面的潜力, 首先必须使博物馆成为一个有趣的且 吸引人的地方, 而事实上博物馆也的确应该是一个充满趣味的地方。 问题是如何将博 物馆的内涵, 活泼、 生动的向社会大众, 尤其是参观者介绍说明。
目前现有的导览方式, 多以文字方式进行, 例如展示的画作或雕塑, 通常只在其 旁有文字说明, 供参观者阅读。 但是文字的阅读甚为耗时, 也无法让多人同时阅读, 且所能提供的内容与语系, 因受场地空间的制约而受限制, 在方便性及内容方面均无 法满足参观者的需求。 其它导览方式则有电子式或由现场人员介绍的语音导览, 现场 专门人员介绍说明的方式, 除了专门人员人力有限、 成本髙, 成群的参观人潮也不切 实际。
比较而言, 在各式各样的导览方式中, 电子式语音导览器仍是最受欢迎的方式。 因为这种方式能够给参观者最大的自主性, 参观节奏完全由参观者自己掌握, 而且不 会影响别人。
遗憾的是, 即使是世界上第一流的博物馆, 也只能对少数展览对象提供语音导 览, 例如由馆方提供的, 一般为可租用的语音导览器, 该语音导览器具有一数字键输 入装置, 在到达附有语音导览标记的展览对象的时, 将其代码输入, 即可听取所选取 展览对象的语音介绍说明。 这些语音介绍说明是预先录制于其中, 因此, 当需要增订 或修改导览内容时, 必须对全部导览器进行批次更新, 给管理者在人力和时间上增加 许多负担, 也因而使导览器的内容无法随时更新, 以满足使用者的需求。 究其原因, 此一现象乃因为目前市面上仍没有一套针对博物馆的实际需要, 以服务为主要标的, 且又易于维护可随时进行更新、 容易使用的语音导览系统所致。 发明内容
针对上述现有导览器的缺点, 本发明提供一种导览系统, 其特征为可将每一展览 对象的导览内容, 以分散的型式分别存置于各该展览对象固定配属的主机中, 参观者 手持的导览器则设有必要的通讯手段,将各展览对象固定配属的主机中预存的数码档, 依使用者的指示, 将选定的语系语音文件下载至手持的导览器子机中, 再行回放聆听。
本发明所提供的语音导览系统及装置对参观者和管理者都提供了方便性和实用 性, 可使博物馆的服务效益因而提高。
本发明的一目的是提供一种语音导览系统, 其特征是可将每一展览对象的语音导 览内容的数码文件以分散的型式分别存置于各该展览对象固定配属的主机中, 参观者 手持的导览器子机, 则设有必要的通讯手段, 将各展览对象固定配属的主机中预存的 多语系语音文件, 依使用者的指示, 将选定的语系语音文件下载至手持的导览器子机 中, 再行回放聆听。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种语音导览系统的语音信息的建立及管理方法, 其可 将每一展览对象的语音导览内容的数码文件, 以分散的型式, 分别存置于各该展览对 象固定配属的主机中, 其数码档是以可移动式存储器, 预先录制, 并于插入该语音导 览数码文件的存储器时, 该主机即自动核对该语音导览数码文件与展出对象的身分鉴 别号码是否相符合。
本发明的又一目的, 是提供又一种语音导览系统的语音信息的建立及管理方法, 其可将每一展览对象的语音导览内容数码档, 存置于一中央计算机数据库中, 管理人 员可通过由一便携计算机或类似工具, 下载该语音导览数码文件, 再将下载至此便携 计算机中的数码文件以无线推入 〈PUSH〉 方式, 传送给各该展览物的配属主机的存储 器中, 该主机同时会自动核对该被推入的语音导览数码文件与展出对象的身分鉴别号 码是否相符合, 以确保一致。
为达上述的目的, 本发明的语音导览系统及装置包括: 至少一主机, 其是依附或 紧邻一展览对象, 并设定与该展览对象相一致的一唯一鉴别号码, 且具有一存储器插 槽及至少一无线收发模块, 于该插槽中插设有至少一存储卡, 该存储卡中记录有该展 览对象的语音导览数据数码文件, 且该存储卡中的数码档可经由该无线收发模块以无 线方式传送出去; 至少一由参观者手持的导览器子机, 其至少具有一无线收发模块可 以自动或手动方式与该主机进行联机, 于联机确认后该主机中存储卡的语音导览数据 依参观者的选择, 下载至该导览器子机并依参观者的指示回放播出。
本发明的语音导览系统的语音信息的建立及管理方法, 其包括下列步骤: 展览场 的管理人员将展出文物的身分鉴别号码以按键方式或机器扫描方式输入至其配属主 机, 以完成该主机与展出文物的配对锁定; 插入预录完成的语音导览数码文件的存储 卡至该主机的一存储器插槽中, 其中该语音导览数码文件的存储卡内并录有该展出文 物的身分鉴别号码; 该主机以其内建的身分鉴别软件, 自动核对该展出文物与该插入 的存储卡的身分鉴别号码是否符合, 若符合则进入待机状态; 若不符合则启动一警示 装置, 提醒管理人员更换该语音导览数码文件的存储卡。 主机尚可具备一文字显示装 置, 以显示身分号码及档案的更新建立日期等以利查核。
本发明的语音导览系统的语音信息的建立及管理方法的另一方案, 其包括下列步 骤: 展览场的管理人员使用一光学扫描读码器或无线电射频身分鉴别芯片 (RFID)读 码器, 将该展出文物的身分鉴别号码读入至该展出文物的配属主机中, 以完成该主机 与展出文物的配对锁定; 该管理人员以同样方式将展览文物的身分鉴别号码读入一便 携式计算机或类似工具中, 通过由该便携计算机搜寻博物馆中央计算机数据库中该展 出文物的语音数码文件,并下载至该便携计算机之中,较佳的方式是以 IEEE802. 11 (美 国电气电子工程师协会的 802. 11局域网标准)无线网络下载,以提高机动性及方便性; 然后, 该管理人员将便携计算机与该展出文物的配属主机接近, 以完成该便携式计算 机与主机均具备的低功率、 近距离无线网络系统如 IrM (红外数据协会标准)或 IEEE802. 15PAN (个人局域网)的联机,并将便携式计算机中的由中央计算机数据库下载 而得的语音数码文件, 以对象推入 (object push) 方式推入该主机的存储器中; 同时 该主机以其内建的身分鉴别软件, 核对该展出文物与被推入的语音数码文件的身分鉴 别号码是否符合, 若符合则进入待机状态; 若不符合, 则启动一警示装置, 提醒管理 人员重新执行该语音数码文件的下载及推入动作。 该对象推入功能 (object push)是 IrDA (红外数据协会)规范的一种无线档案传输方式。
本发明的语音导览系统的主机与参观者手持的导览器子机 (下称子机)的联机及语 音文件下载方法, 其包括下列步骤: 参观者将子机的电源开启; 参观者使用选择钮选 择语音导览数据的语系; 选定语系后按下该子机的一发射按键; 该子机送出其内建的 无线通讯鉴别身分地址 (address)号码及指定语系代码及授权码等数据,以启动由该主 机进行的联机程序; 主机收到子机地址号码后响应该子机, 并直接进入呼叫(page)程 序; 该呼叫程序开始建立联机之后, 该子机的一指示装置变成第一特定颜色, 显示联 机状态; 联机成功后该子机以无线方式从该联机主机下载语音导览数据数码文件, 且 其通讯状态指示装置保持该第一特定颜色, 如蓝色; 该语音导览数据数码文件下载完 成时, 该接收子机的指示装置变为一第二特定颜色, 如绿色, 表示下载完成并已离线; 该子机的图文显示装置, 显示下载的导览资料的语系供参观者确认; 此时参观者可按 下子机的一回放按钮, 开始播放语音导览数据, 并可操作如: 快转、 逆转、 暂停、 音 量调整等, 如有需要可重复回放直至下一次下载。

请参照图 1 , 其绘示本发明的语音导览系统与一展出文物的配置示意图。 如图所 示, 本发明的语音导览系统较佳是被配置于例如博物馆的展出场中, 该博物馆中具有 复数个展出文物 1, 该展出文物 1上具有其唯一的身分鉴别号码 (ID) 11, 该身分鉴别 号码 11可以光学条形码或射频身分鉴别 (RFID)芯片方式为之。而本发明的语音导览系 统则包括: 至少一主机 2; 及至少一由参观者手持的子机 3所组合而成。
其中, 该主机 2, 是与该展览对象 1依附或紧邻, 可被设定唯一鉴别号码 (ID) , 且该鉴别号码与该展览对象 1的鉴别号码 11相同,因而较佳的方法是将文物的鉴别号 码以机器方式读入该主机之中, 以免人为错误。 图 2为本发明的实施例的主机装置示 意图。 该主机上具有一存储器插槽 21、 一第一无线收发模块 22及一第二无线收发模 块 23, 于该插槽 21中插设有一存储卡 5, 该存储卡 5中记录有该展览文物 1的语音导 览数据, 且该存储卡中的内容可经由该无线收发模块 23以无线方式传送出去。为方便 说明, 在本实施例中该第一无线收发模块 22较佳是为红外 IrDA (红外数据协会标准) 收发模块, 而该第二无线收发模块 23较佳是为 IEEE802. 15 (美国电气电子工程师协会 的 802. 15个人局域网络标准)收发模块, 但并不以此为限。
图 3所示为本实施例的子机装置示意图, 该子机 3, 其具有一与主机 2相同的第 一无线收发模块(IrDA) 32及一第二无线收发模块 33 (IEEE802. 15) , 子机先以第一无 线通讯模块, 亦即 IrDA 红外模块以无线方式传送其第二无线通讯模块, 亦即 IEEE802. 15的地址码 (注: IEEE802. 15的地址码有 48比特, 在工厂中即设定)及选定 的语系代码至该主机 2, 以开启联机程序。 主机 2依据子机的地址码, 设定其呼叫跳 频规律, 对子机进行呼叫(PAGE)程序, 以利迅速联机并于同步联机微微网(piconet) 建成后,从主机下载其存储卡 5中预存的语音导览数据数码文件至子机中并予以储存, 再依参观者的指令以音频回放播出。
于使用时, 参观者利用子机 3上的卷选按键 432, 433及显示装置 41 (请配合参照 图 3)选择语音导览的语系, 并将手中的子机 3的红外收发装置端, 对准欲选择的展览 文物 1的配属主机 2的红外收发模块 22后, 按下发射按钮 431, 将子机的身分地址号 码及选定的语系代码传给主机(见图 1), 主机 2 的第二无线收发模块 23 即依 IEEE802. 15通讯标准设定跳频规律, 对该启动下载程序的子机进行呼叫联机程序, 联 机完成之后 (微微网 piconet建立)便立即将参观者所指定的展览文物 1的语音导览数 据数码文件传送至该要求下载的子机 3的语音文件存储器中, 下载完成时, 该子机的 指示装置 37或显示装置 41会产生告知信号, 并同时离开其微微网, 此时参观者便可 利用按键 425自由回放聆听, 并可用音量调节器 426调节音量。
请参照图 2, 其绘示本发明的主机 2的方块示意图。 本发明的主机 2进一步包括: 一存储器插槽 21; 第一无线收发模块 22; 第二无线收发模块 23; 微控制器 24; 存储 器 25; 电源模块 26; 以及指示装置 27等。
其中, 该插槽 21是供至少一存储卡 5插设于其中, 该存储卡 5中记录有该展览对 象 1的语音导览数据数码文件, 例如中文、 法文、 英文及日文等各种语系的语音导览 数据, 其语系及内容可视需要而增加或减少, 且该记忆卡 5中的数码档内容可经由该 无线收发模块 23以无线方式传送出去。其语音文件是采用压缩文件方式, 以节省存储 器容量并减少传送时间。压缩方法为 MP3 (注: MP3是活动图像专家组 MPEG标准 MPEG - 1 及 MPEG-2的音频压缩规范第 3层的习称)但不以此为限制。
该第一无线收发模块 22, 是为一红外收发模块, 其具有收发装置 RX 221 TX 222 及 IrDA模块, 用以与要求下载的子机 3进行红外通讯。 红外 IrDA的通讯角度仅为正 负 15度的角锥形, 且距离有限, 标准为一公尺, 因而指向性很强, 不会误选。 其有效 通讯距离, 可用提高功率的方式增加。
该第二无线收发模块 23, 是为一 802. 15收发模块, 其无方向性、 低功率、 近距 离(10公尺), 穿透性强的网络特性, 可在参观者任意移动的状态下, 传送该语音导览 数据数码文件至该接收子机 3。
该微控制器 24, 是耦接至该插槽 21、 第一无线收发模块 22及该第二无线收发模 块 23, 执行运作软件 0S, IrDA及 802. 15标准, 用以控制该主机 2的整体运作。
该存储器 25, 是耦接至该微控制器 24, 供微控制器 24运作之用; 该电源模块 26, 用以供应系统所需的电力;该电源模块 26可具有交流电源供电或直流电源供电两种模 式, 视现场情况而为选择, 其包括供电电路 262, 电池 261及充电电路 260, 充电电路 260 是可耦接至一充电座(图未示)其可为无接点电感式充电系统, 用以对该充电电池 261充电。
该发光二极管 LED指示装置 27, 是用以指示该主机 2的工作状态, 该发光二极管 LED指示装置 27是可为单封装的多色发光二极管, 其是位于该主机 2的侧方或后方以 免干扰参观者视线, 供必要时检视通讯状态侦错之用。
此外, 该主机 2上进一步具有一防盗射频感应芯片装置 28及一蜂鸣警示装置 29, 以供展场内自动检测安全系统(图未示)检测示警之用。 此外, 当语音数码文件存储卡 5插入插槽 21时; 或当管理员以无线方式将语音数码文件以对象推入方式推入存储器 时, 主机将自动检査档案身分号码与主机内的文物身分号码是否相符, 若不符合, 则 可通过由该警示装置 29发出警示信号。 以便更正错误。此自动检査功能, 对于确保语 音导览内容的正确安装, 提供保障。

该第二无线收发模块 33, 是为一符合 IEEE802. 15 PAN (个人局域网)的收发模块, 利用其无方向性及很好的穿透性的特点, 使参观者能在自由移动的状态下接收该主机 2所传送下载的语音导览数据数码文件。
该微控制器 34是耦接至该第一无线收发模块 32及第二无线收发模块 33, 用以控 制该子机 3的整体运作。
该存储器 35, 除供微控制器( CPU ) 34运作之用外, 可另增扩 351部分, 用以贮 存从该主机 2下载的语音导览数据数码文件。
该显示装置驱动电路 40, 耦接至该微控制器 34, 接受该微控制器 34的控制, 用 以驱动该显示装置 41。
该显示装置 41, 是为一液晶显示器可为单色或彩色, 其耦接至该显示装置驱动电 路 40, 用以显示该语音导览数据的语系选单信息, 及其它信息如操作指示和电池存量 等。
该按键组 43, 经一控制接口耦接至该微控制器 34, 用以选择、 设定该语音导览数 据的语系, 其进一步可包括一向上钮 432、 一向下钮 433, 以方便使用者操作。
该声音输出装置 42, 耦接至该微控制器 34, 用以将贮存于存储器 351中的语音导 览数据数码压缩文件, 予以解压缩后播出; 其进一步包括: 解压缩器 421 ; 数字至仿 真转换器 422; 音频放大电路 423 ; 喇叭 424; 以及按键组 425; 音量调整器 426等。
其中, 该解压缩器 421, 较佳是使用硬件方式解压缩技术, 将该压缩的语音导览 数据执行解压缩; 经数字至仿真转换器 422, 输入到音频放大电路 423, 而由喇叭 424 播出。 该声音输出装置 42, 尚包含回放、 快转、 逆转、 暂停等按键组 425。

请参照图 4, 其绘示本发明的语音导览系统的主机 2与导览器子机 3的联机及数 据下载方法的流程示意图。 如图所示, 本发明提供的一种展览场的语音导览系统的主 机 2与导览器子机 3的联机及数据下载方法, 其包括下列步骤: 首先参观者须先将导 览器子机 3的电源开启, 系统同时重置 (步骤 1) ; 使用选择钮 432、 433选择语音导览 数据的语系 (步骤 2) ; 选定语系后, 将子机 3指向主机 2的红外通讯装置 22按下发射 按键 431 (步骤 3) ; 该发射按键 431被按下时, 该子机 3以红外发送其 IEEE802. 15的 地址码及指定语系代码等数据给主机 2 (步骤 4)以启动该主机对该特定子机的联机程 序; 主机 2完成红外接收程序后, 响应该发射子机 3并以其地址码进行 IEEE802. 15呼 叫 (page)程序 (步骤 5); 该主机 2此时进入 IEEE802. 15模式, 其发光二极管指示装置 27变成第一特定颜色如蓝色, 子机的发光二极管指示装置亦然, 此时参观者可停止指 向的姿势 (步骤 6) ; 待联机完成微微网建立后, 该导览器子机 3透过该第二无线收发 模块 33 IEEE802. 15从该主机 2下载语音导览数据数码文件 (步骤 7); 下载完成时, 该接收子机 3离开该微微网, 其指示装置 37变为绿色, 表示下载完成并已离线 (步骤 8); 该接收子机 3的显示装置 41,显示下载的语音导览数据的语系,供参观者确认 (步 骤 9) ; 参观者按下按钮 425的回放键, 开始播放语音导览数据 (步骤 10)。
于该步骤 2中, 参观者可使用选择钮 43 (请参照图 3)选择语音导览数据的语系, 其中该语音导览数据的语系可为中文、 英文、 法文或日文等。
于该步骤 3中, 参观者选定语系后, 按下导览器子机 3的发射按键 431。
于该步骤 4 中, 该发射按键 431 被按下时, 该子机 3 先以红外方式发送其 IEEE802. 15的地址码及指定语系代码等数据给主机 2以启动主机 2对子机 3的 802. 15 呼叫联机程序, 以建立二者间的微微网。
于该步骤 6中, 该主机 3的指示装置 37会变成第一特定颜色如蓝色, 以显示进入 802. 15通讯模式, 该指示装置 37可为多色系发光二极管。
于该步骤 7中, 该接收子机 3透过该第二无线收发模块 33以 802. 15无线通讯方 式从该主机 2下载语音导览数据数码文件,且该指示装置 37保持为第一特定颜色如前 述的蓝色。 于该步骤 8中, 下载完成时该子机 3退出 802. 15联机的微微网, 其指示装置 37 变为第二特定颜色, 表示下载完成, 且该第二特定颜色可为绿色。
于该步骤 9中,该子机 3的显示装置 41显示下载的语音导览数据的语系供参观者 确认, 该显示装置 41为液晶显示器 (LCD), 如欲重选则可重新进入步骤 2。
于该步骤 10中, 参观者按下接收子机 3的按钮 425中的回放键, 开始播放语音导 览数据。
请参照图 5, 其绘示本发明的博物馆语音导览系统的语音档案的建立及管理方法 的流程示意图。 如图所示, 本发明提供一种博物馆展览场的语音导览系统的语音档案 的建立及管理方法, 本实施方案利用预先录制完成的移动式存储卡为媒体。 其包括下 列步骤: 展览场的管理人员将展出文物 1 的身分鉴别号码输入至一主机 2, 以完成该 主机 2与展出文物 1 的锁定 (步骤 1) ; 插入预先录制的语音导览数码文件的存储卡 5 至该主机 2的一存储器插槽 21中(步骤 2) , 其中该语音导览数码文件的存储卡 5内含 该展出文物 1的身分鉴别号码; 该主机 2自动比对存储卡 5中的身分鉴别号码与在步 骤 1输入主机的展出文物身分鉴别号码是否相符 (步骤 3); 若符合则进入待机状态 (步 骤 4) ; 若不符合则启动一警示装置 29 (步骤 5), 以提醒管理人员更换该语音导览数码 文件的存储卡 5。 因为博物馆中展出文物一般均数量众多, 如发生建档错误, 将很难 实时更正, 因此自动检查功能对管理工作能提供很大的帮助。 于该步骤 1中, 展览场的管理人员将展出文物 1的身分鉴别号码输入至一主机 2, 以完成该主机 2与展出展览对象 1的锁定。 其中, 该身分鉴别号码可为光学条形码或 射频身分 (RFID)鉴别芯片。 其输入方法应为机器方式如光学扫描, 射频读码等以避免 人因错误。
于该步骤 2中,插入语音导览压缩文件的存储卡 5至该主机 2的存储器插槽 21中, 其中该语音导览数码文件的存储卡 5内含该展出文物 1的身分鉴别号码。 其中, 该语 音导览数码文件是使用 MP3 (注: MP3是活动图像专家组 MPEG标准 MPEG- 1及 MPEG- 2的 音频压缩规范第 3层的习称)或类似压缩技术,且该语音导览数码文件是为多语系语音 导览数码压缩档。
请一并参照图 6a〜图 6b,其分别绘示本发明另一实施方案的展览场的语音导览系 统的语音档案的建立及更新维护方法的流程示意图, 本实施方案进一步免除了移动式 存储卡的人力操作, 简化了管理工作。 如图 6a所示, 本发明的展览场的语音导览系统 的语音源文件建立是先以集中方式为之, 本发明的展览场的语音导览系统包括一中央 计算机系统 6, 该中央计算机系统 6包括有至少一局域网(LAN)无线通讯模块 61, 一中 央处理器 62及一数据库 63, 该无线通讯模块 61较佳是为 IEEE802. 11无线通讯模块, 且于该数据库 63中储存有全部展出文物 1的语音导览数码文件。于展场档案建立及维 护时, 展览场的管理人员可使用一便携式计算机 64或类似工具, 利用 IEEE802. il无 线网络通讯方式, 经由通讯模块 61与中央计算机系统联机, 将中央计算机数据库 63 中, 相关的语音数码文件下载至便携式计算机 64之中。此便携式计算机除具备与中央 计算机联机的 802. 11通讯能力外, 另具备 IrDA的红外功能, 只要将此便携式计算机 靠近展览文物的主机 2的红外收发端, 两者便会自动完成联机进入对象推入模式, 管 理员便可将语音文件推入主机 2的内存中, 如此, 建档及更新维护工作实际上可以随 时立即完成。
请参照图 6b, 其绘示本发明另一实施例的展览场的语音导览系统的语音档案的建 立及管理方法的流程示意图。 本发明的展览场的语音导览系统的语音档案的建立及管 理方法, 是利用一便携计算机管理工具为中间媒介, 其包括下列步骤: 展览场的管理 人员使用一专用的便携式计算机读入展品的身分鉴别号码 ID (步骤 1);透过 802. 11无 线网络,该便携式计算机以此身分鉴别号码 ID在中央计算机数据库中搜寻其导览语音 文件, 并下载至该便携式计算机中 (步骤 2), 将已下载完成该特定语音文件的便携式 计算机的 IrDA通讯端与该特定 ID的主机 2的 IrDA端靠近 (步骤 3); IrDA通讯先比对 便携式计算机语音文件与主机 2的 ID是否相符, (步骤 4)如相符者则进入推入模式, 便携式计算机将语音文件推入主机 2的内存 5中(步骤 5)并进入待机状态; 步骤 4的 比对若不相符, 则发出警示 (步骤 6)以进行重新操作 (步骤 7)。
本实施例中的便携式计算机为较通用的工具, 该便携式装置工具亦可为特别设计 的工具,其可能为基本架构如图 3所示的子机,唯将其低功率 802. 15个人局域网络 (PAN) 模块代的以 IEEE802. lib或 g局域网络 (LAN)模块,此项改变所费其实很小,因为 802. 15 与 802. lib或 g均为 2. 4GHz ISM(Industrial, Scientific, Medical , 工业、 科学、 医 学)频段的无线通讯技术, 其天线等结构均为类似。
其它如 IrDA- DATA等标准的物理层及软件则均可通用。 音频输出亦可保留, 但需 恢复图 2主机中的条形码读入接口 212如 USB (通用串行总线), 以便利用读码器 4输 入文物的 ID (身分鉴别号码)。
802. 11与 802. 15在现场实际上不会同时运作,因此亦可并存于此便携式管理工具 内而不必考虑相互的干扰, 以方便管理人员模拟参观者的实际操作情形, 如此则可成 为一全型便携式管理设备。
前述的实施例, 本发明的语音导览系统的通讯方法主要以红外 IrDA模式先将子机 的 802. 15模块的内建地址号码传送给主机, 再由主机依收到的地址, 对要求联机的特 定子机开始呼叫(PAGE)程序, 建立联机, 其原因有二; 其一为红外的指向性好, 不会 有误选发生, 其二为标准的 802. 15呼叫(PAGE)程序将对所有的可能在休眠 (Sleep)状 态的 802. 15单元进行呼叫(paging) , 因此将对全部信道进行扫描, 实际上非常耗时。 以 802. 15. 1为例约为 10. 24秒, 若先以红外模式提供地址, 则可节省大量时间, 使用 者将无久候的感觉。 另外, 子机可以预设为只收讯的模式, 不作搜寻 (SCAN)动作, 电 池能量也可以节省。
但是 802. 15 , 其没有方向性的通讯特性亦有其优势, 例如当设定为自动发现 (dicover)模式时, 只要进入有效的通讯范围(10 公尺), 各单元便会自动发现对方, 然后进入待机状态, 待需联机时唤醒对方即可。
采用何种通讯组合当视实际需要而定, 各种情况实际上均有其利弊。
综合而言, 如前述的实施例, 釆用红外线, 802. 15、 802. 11 的组合在目前的技术 现状, 较为有利, 可以在节约能源 (这对于手持装置是非常重要的), 抗干扰、 制作成 本、 使用方便性诸方面取得最佳化, 但对本发明而言并不是一种限制。
前述各实施例均以语音导览为主, 但是其手持的导览器子机的图文显示装置亦可 显示导览的图文信息, 且可为彩色、 静态、 动画等乃至为明显的技术延伸, 因此本发 明并不限制以图文方式为语音导览的辅助。
所以, 经由本发明的实施, 其可将每一文物的语音导览内容以分散的型式分别存 置于各该文物固定配属的主机中, 参观者手持的导览器则设有必要的通讯手段, 将各 文物主机中预存的多语系语音文件依使用者的指示, 将选定的语系语音文件下载至手 持的导览器中, 再行回放聆听, 因此, 可解决现有导览装置的缺点, 解决了传统导览 器管理更新工作, 必须批式作业的困扰。
本发明所揭示的, 乃较佳实施例, 举凡局部的变更或修饰而源于本发明的技术构 思而为熟习该项技艺的人所易于推知者, 俱不脱本发明的专利权范畴。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种语音导览系统, 其至少包括一主机装置及一子机装置; 该主机是配属于一 展览物件, 依附或紧邻该展览物件, 而专属于该展览物件;其特征在于:
该主机至少包括一无线通讯模块及一数码存储器装置; 该存储器装置贮存有该展 览对象的语音导览数据数码文件, 该数码档可经由该无线模块传送下载至子机; 该子机是供参观者手持携带的便携式语音导览器; 该子机至少包括一无线通讯模 块、 一供贮存下载语音数码文件的存储器装置, 及一将下载的语音文件以音频播放的 音频输出装置; 以及
该语音导览系统的语音导览数据, 是以分散型式存置于各展览对象的专属主机内; 该参观者手持的导览器是一语音数码文件无线下载及播放工具。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的语音导览系统, 其特征在于: 另包括一中央计算机数据库 系统及至少一管理员便携装置;
该中央计算机数据库系统是一集中式数据库系统, 或是以网络联系的分布式数据 库系统;
该管理员便携装置是为一便携计算机或特别设计的专用便携装置, 该管理员便携 装置包括一无线网络或有线网络方式, 从中央计算机数据库下载各该展览对象的导览 数据语音文件的装置; 该管理员便携装置具有将该下载的语音数码文件以无线对象推 入方式, 将数码档推入各该展览对象专属主机的装置。
3.如权利要求 2所述的语音导览系统, 其特征在于: 所述该管理员便携装置的无 线推入装置为符合红外数字协会标准的装置。
4.如权利要求 1所述的语音导览系统, 其特征在于: 所述该主机及子机, 各包括 两个相异的无线通讯模块; 第一无线通讯模块及第二无线通讯模块;该第一无线通讯 模块为指向性无线模块, 用以启动主机与子机间的联机程序; 该第二无线通讯模块为 无指向性无线模块, 用以下载数码档。
5.如权利要求 4所述的的语音导览系统, 其特征在于: 所述该第一无线通讯模块 为红外无线通讯模块;第二无线通讯模块为美国电器电子工程师协会的 IEEE802. 15模 块。
6.如权利要求 1 所述的的语音导览系统, 其特征在于: 所述该语音数码文件存储 器为可抽换式的移动式存储装置。
7.如权利要求 1 所述的的语音导览系统, 其特征在于: 所述该展览对象为单件或 一组数件。
8.如权利要求 1 所述的的语音导览系统, 其特征在于: 所述该主机及子机内另各 包含一射频感应身分鉴别号码无线电射频身份鉴别芯片防盗装置及一示警蜂鸣装置。
9.一种语音导览系统的主机内的语音数码文件存储器的建构方法, 其特征在于: 以可移动存储器为媒体, 并具自动核查的能力, 包括下列步骤: 将展览对象的身分鉴 别号码读入其配属主机中; 将预先录制完成的语音数码文件存储卡插入主机的存储器 插槽; 该语音数码文件亦录有各该相关文物的身分鉴别号码; 该主机以其内建的软件, 自动比对插入的语音文件存储器中的身分鉴别号码与主机中的文物鉴别号码是否相 符; 若相符则进入待机状态, 并启动一待机指示灯; 若不相符则发出警示信号。
10.—种语音导览系统的语音数码文件的建构方法, 其特征在于: 以便携式管理工 具为媒体, 并具自动核查的能力, 包括下列步骤: 管理员以其便携装置由中央计算机 数据库中搜寻并下载所需的导览数据语音文件; 管理员以其便携装置, 将从中央计算 机数据库下载的语音文件, 以无线对象推入方式推入各该相关主机的存储器装置中; 该主机以其内建的软件自动比对由管理员便携装置推入的语音文件的展览对象身分鉴 别号码与主机中的文物鉴别号码是否相符; 若相符则进入待机状态, 并启动一指示装 置; 若不相符则发出警示信号。
11.一种语音导览系统的主机装置, 其是配属于一展览物件, 依附或紧邻该展览对 象, 而专属于该展览对象;其特征在于: 所述该主机至少包括一无线通讯模块及一数 码存储器装置; 该存储器装置贮存有该展览对象的语音导览数据数码文件;
以便参观者手持至少一子机参观该展览对象时, 通过由该无线通讯模块可从该主 机装置下载语音数码文件并以音频播放该语音数码文件。
