Abstract

L'invention concerne des composés aromatiques aryl-éthylène et leur utilisation comme semiconducteurs organiques. Ces composés peuvent servir dans des dispositifs électroniques tels que: transistors organiques à film mince (OTFT), dispositifs d'affichage, diodes électroluminescentes, cellules photovoltaïques, photodétecteurs, et cellules de mémoire.
