Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de fusion d'adhésif comprenant une unité de fusion et d'application à filière (10, 12, 15) conçue pour faire fondre et pour appliquer ensuite un adhésif sous forme de granulé ou de bloc (7). Le système de fusion selon cette invention est constitué d'un récipient (1) comprenant un couvercle hermétique (3), une grille de chauffage électrique chauffée (4) et une plaque de pression (2), ainsi que d'un chauffage par le fond (5) à régulation de température électrique. Une pompe (10) pour l'adhésif fondu, un filtre (15) et un porte-filière (12) comprenant une filière plate sont placés après le système de fusion. La pompe (10) avec le filtre (15) qui est raccordé directement côté sortie (15) et le porte-filière (12) qui y est directement raccordé sont montés de manière compacte dans un bloc thermoconducteur (17). Un orifice d'évacuation de fond (11) du récipient (1) débouche dans ce bloc thermoconducteur, côté raccord de pompe. Ce bloc thermoconducteur est relié sur toute sa longueur et de manière étendue au fond à chauffage thermostatique du récipient (1).
