Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement permettant de préparer un produit à base de ginseng puissant pharmacologiquement et son extrait qui peut produire une grande quantité de ginsènoside Rg5 présentant de nombreuses activités pharmacologiques, grâce à l'application d'amplitudes sélectionnées de pression et de températures dans le procédé. La composition comprend, de plus, le ginseng ainsi obtenu et son extrait utilisés en tant que médicament ou aliment de soins dans la prévention ou le traitement de nombreuses maladies, en particulier le cancer.
