Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé pour relier au moins un insert (1) disposé à l'intérieur (48) d'un contenant en plastique (32) avec une paroi (30) dudit contenant en plastique (32) dans le cadre d'un processus de moulage par centrifugation, ce procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) perçage d'une ouverture (6) dans une paroi (2) du moule (4), b) fixation provisoire d'un élément de maintien (20) dans cette ouverture (6), un élément de fixation (8) étant fixé de façon amovible à l'extrémité de cet élément qui s'étend à l'intérieur (24) du moule (4), c) mise en oeuvre du processus de moulage par centrifugation pour former la paroi (30) du contenant en plastique (32) de telle sorte qu'une section d'ancrage (14) de l'élément de fixation (8) soit incorporée par liaison de forme dans ladite paroi (30) du contenant en plastique (32) et qu'une section de maintien (10) de l'élément de fixation (8) destinée à maintenir l'insert (1) soit dégagée, d) retrait du moule (4) et de l'élément de maintien (20) de la paroi (30) du contenant en plastique (32), e) raccordement d'un élément d'ancrage et/ou d'étanchéité (38) à la section d'ancrage (14) de l'élément de fixation (8).
