[0013] (実施の形態) 図 1は、この発明の実施の形態に力かる制御装置の構成を示すブロック図である。 以下に説明する制御装置 100は、車両に搭載された TV装置、 DVD装置、カーナビ ゲーシヨン装置等の映像を表示する機能を有する車載機器 110に対して、車両の走 行中における映像の表示や操作を規制するものである。

なお、本実施の形態で説明した制御方法は、予め用意されたプログラムをパーソナ ル 'コンピュータやワークステーション等のコンピュータで実行することにより実現する ことができる。このプログラムは、ハードディスク、フレキシブルディスク、 CD-ROM, MO、 DVD等のコンピュータで読み取り可能な記録媒体に記録され、コンピュータに よって記録媒体力も読み出されることによって実行される。またこのプログラムは、イン ターネット等のネットワークを介して配布することが可能な伝送媒体であってもよい。

請求の範囲
[1] 車載機器の映像表示または操作を制御する制御装置であって、
所定の電波を受信する受信手段と、
前記受信手段による前記電波の受信状態に基づいて、前記車載機器が搭載され ている車両の移動状態を検出する状態検出手段と、
前記状態検出手段の検出結果に応じて、前記車載機器の映像表示または操作を 制御する制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする制御装置。
[2] 前記状態検出手段は、前記受信手段により受信した前記電波の受信状態の変化 に基づいて、前記車両が走行中である力停止中であるかを検出し、
前記制御手段は、前記状態検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、前記車両が走行中 のときには前記車載機器の映像表示または操作を規制し、前記車両が停止中のとき には前記車載機器の映像表示または操作の規制を解除することを特徴とする請求 項 1に記載の制御装置。
