- the wall panels are stacked in multiple layers in the height direction, if a horizontal force such as an earthquake is applied, the overturning moment is accumulated and the axial force applied to the anchor bolts or studs on the wall panel legs is increased. Become oversized. To prevent this, the rigidity of the wall panel can be improved to reduce the deformation of the wall panel, and anchor bolts can be used to fix the wall panel to the foundation. It is possible to increase the number of doors, but such measures will affect the cost of building a steel house, and the interlayer deformation angle of the entire building will be excessive. There arises a problem that it becomes impossible to satisfy the specified limit value.
- the present invention reduces the axial force applied to the wall panel legs when a horizontal force is applied due to an earthquake, etc., and at the same time increases the horizontal rigidity of the entire building and reduces the interlayer deformation angle.
- the purpose is to provide a reinforcing structure for the upper part of the opening between the wall panels that makes it possible to realize a steel house structure of 3 stories or more.

- Fig. 4 (a) since both ends of the boundary beam 1 were conventionally connected to the end of the adjacent boundary beam 1 by simple screw joints 16, when a horizontal force such as an earthquake is applied, the boundary beam 1 There was a problem that shear deviation occurred between both ends, and the rotation angle of the boundary beam 1 increased.
- Fig. 4 (b) shows that horizontal forces such as earthquakes were applied by connecting both ends of the boundary beam 1 to the end of the adjacent boundary beam 1 via a shear plate 11 capable of transmitting shearing force. This is intended to prevent shear shear and reduce the rotation angle of boundary beam 1.
- Fig. 5 (a) and Fig. 5 (b) are a schematic diagram showing a state where a horizontal force is applied to the upper part of the wall panel of the conventional steel house shown in Fig. 3, and a wall panel when a horizontal force is applied. Is a diagram showing the moment distribution that occurs in is there.
- the leg portion of the wall panel 4 is fixed to the foundation 12 via a hole-down hardware (not shown) and an anchor bolt 5, and the boundary beam 1 is arranged above the opening 13 between the wall panels 4.
- the bending rigidity of boundary beam 1 is low, the connection between both ends of boundary beam 1 and the end of the adjacent boundary beam is weak, and the upper part of wall panel 4 and boundary beam 1 are only connected with screws 16. Therefore, when a horizontal force due to an earthquake or the like is applied, the boundary beam 1 does not bear bending stress, and a large axial force is generated at the legs of the wall panel 4.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram and a diagram showing a monetary distribution generated on a wall panel 4 when a horizontal force is applied.
- the reinforced boundary beam 7 is fixed to the boundary beam 1 to improve the bending rigidity of the boundary beam 1, or both ends of the boundary beam 1 are joined to the ends of the adjacent boundary beam 1 via the shield plate 11. Therefore, when a horizontal force is applied to the wall panel 4, the axial force generated at the legs of the wall panel 4 can be reduced to 60 to 80% compared to the conventional one.
- the boundary beam can be reinforced while adhering to the formation, so it can be fixed with a tapping screw. And workability is good.
