利用本发明, 由于在现网中新增一个能够构造和发送完成来电短消 息的 LDTS, 对现网中的其他设备无需改动, 所以对现网的影响非常小, 实现难度非常小, 实现成本也非常低, 非常有利于未完成来电通知业务 的推广和应用。
由于 LDTS将构造的至少包含有主叫号码和呼叫时间的未完成来电 短消息发送给被叫用户, 被叫用户可以及时全面的获取主叫用户的呼叫 信息; 并且, 在实现未完成来电短消息通知业务的过程中, 呼叫并未接 通, 主被叫用户都不必支付费用, 所以非常有利于未完成来电通知业务 的推广和应用。

用户登记前转时, 可以仅登记遇忙前转(CFB ), 只有用户忙时才发 送未完成来电短消息;也可以仅登记无应答前转(CFNA ), 当用户关机、 不在服务区或者签约 D D业务等情况时才发送未完成来电短消息; 也 可以登记无条件前转( CFU ),只要有主叫呼叫就发送未完成来电短消息, 用于不方便接听电话时使用; 也可以登记缺省前转(CFD, 为无应答前 转 CFNA和遇忙前转 CFB之和)号码, 在用户忙、 关机、 不在服务区 或者签约 DND等情况时发送未完成来电短消息。 以上所述各种需要应 用未完成来电短消息通知业务的信息一般被存储在 HLR 中, 在被叫用 户不可及时, HLR将根据存储的信息确定该不可及状态属于上述哪种情 况。
在 HLR上登记前转的过程中, 用户可以在 HLR操作台上直接进行 登记, 也可以釆用 FEATURE操作方式进行登记。 如图 4所示, 图 4为 用户采用 FEATURE操作方式登记缺省前转的方法流程图, 该方法包括 以下步據:
步骤 401:用户拨叫缺省前转(CFD )登记并激活业务码, MSC/VLR 向 HLR发送业务请求调用 (FEATREQ ) 消息, 其中包含的前转号码为 未完成来电短消息通知号码;
步骤 402: HLR登记缺省前转(CFD ), 向 MSC/VLR返回业务请求 结果(featreq ) 消息, 指示前转号码设置成功;
步骤 403: HLR向 MSC/VLR发送资格指示调用(QUALDIR )消息 修改用户配置信息, 其中包含有呼叫业务指示(CFI ), 用于将缺省前转 ( CFD )激活;
步骤 404: MSC/VLR收到资格指示调用 (QUALDIR ) 消息后更新 用户配置信息, 并向 HLR返回资格指示结果响应 (qualdir ) 消息。
上述步骤 302中, 交换设备根据设置的前转号码向 LDTS发送的主 叫用户呼叫信息中至少包含有主叫号码和当前时间。
上述步骤 303中, LDTS根据主叫用户呼叫信息构造的未完成来电 短消息至少包含有主叫号码和当前时间。 在 LDTS将构造的未完成来电 短消息发送给被叫用户时, 在移动通信网络中, LDTS—般情况下先将 未完成来电短消息发送给被叫归属 SMC, 由被叫归属 SMC在被叫用户 可及时将未完成来电短消息发送给被叫用户; 在公用电话网中, LDTS 一般情况下将未完成来电短消息直接发送给被叫用户。
为了能够更加清楚地说明本发明提供的这种实现未完成来电短消 息通知业务的方法, 以下结合具体的实施例并参照附图, 对本发明提供 的技术方案进行详细说明。
如图 5所示, 图 5为依照本发明第一个实施例实现未完成来电短消 息通知业务的方法流程图。 在本实施例中未完成来电短消息通知号码为 前缀与被叫号码组合的形式, 用户是在 HLR上签约未完成来电短消息 通知业务的, 该方法包括以下步驟:
步骤 501 : 当主叫用户呼叫被叫用户时, 主叫 MSC/VLR向被叫 HLR 发送位置请求调用 (LOCREQ ) 消息, 请求被叫用户的位置信息。
步骤 502: 被叫 HLR收到 LOCREQ消息后, 发现有针对被叫用户的 呼叫信息, 则判断被叫用户的开机状态、 漫游状态、 未完成来电短消息 通知业务签约状态、 未完成来电短消息通知业务类型及激活状态等, 具 体包括以下步骤:
al、 HLR检查被叫用户是否开机, 如果被叫用户开机, 则执行步骤 bl; 否则, 执行步骤 dl;
bl、 HLR判断被叫用户是否漫游, 如果是, 那么执行步驟 cl; 否贝' J , 执行步驟 dl;
cl、 HLR向被叫用户漫游地的 MSC/VLR^送路由请求调用
( ROUTREQ ) 消息以获取被叫用户的漫游号码(TLDN ), 如果 TLDN 获取失败, 那么执行步骤 dl; 否则, 被叫用户漫游地的 MSC/VLR向 HLR 返回被叫用户的 TLDN, HLR向主叫 MSC/VLR返回 TLDN, 主叫
MSC/VLR根据取回的 TLDN建立自身与被叫用户漫游地 MSC VLR之间 的呼叫, 如果建立成功, 则执行普通的呼叫流程; 否则, 执行步骤 dl; dl、 HLR检查被叫用户是否签约未完成来电短消息通知业务, 如果 签约了未完成来电短消息通知业务, 则执行步骤 el; 否则, 结束本流程; el、 HLR检查被叫用户签约了未完成来电短消息通知业务中遇忙前 转、 无应答前转、 无条件前转或缺省前转中何种类型的通知业务, 以及 签约的通知业务是否已激活, 如果被叫用户已签约上述通知业务中的任 何一个, 且签约的前转业务已激活, 则执行步骤 503; 否则, 结束本流 程。
步驟 503: 被叫 HLR向主叫 MSC/VLR返回位置请求结果(locreq )消 息, 指示被叫用户当前状态及被叫用户签约的前转业务已激活。
步骤 504: 主叫 MSC/VLR获知被叫用户当前状态及被叫用户签约的 前转业务已激活后,向被叫 HLR发送前转号码请求调用( TRANUMREQ ) 消息, 请求前转号码。
步驟 505: 被叫 HLR向主叫 MSC/VLR返回携带前转号码的前转号码 请求结果(tramimreq )消息, 其中携带的前转号码为未完成来电消息通 知号码。
步驟 50.6: 主叫 MSC/VLR收到 tranumreq消息后, 根据 tranumreq消息 中包含前转号码的前缀部分向 LDTS发送路由信息, 在路由信息中至少 包含有未完成来电消息通知号码, 然后主叫 MSC/VLR向 LDTS发送至少 包含有主叫呼叫信息的 IAM消息, 主叫呼叫信息中至少包含有主叫号码 和当前时间;
在 ISUP中继信令中, IAM消息中可能没有携带主叫的呼叫信息, 此 时 LDTS将向主叫 MSC/VLR^送信息请求(INR ) 消息, 以请求主叫的 呼叫信息; 主叫 MSC/VLR收到 INR消息后, 将主叫的呼叫信息携带在信 息请求响应 (INF ) 消息中返回给 LDTS。
步骤 507: LDTS根据路由信息中前转号码的被叫号码部分直接获取 被叫号码, 并根据主叫的呼叫信息中的主叫号码 XXX和当前时间构造未 完成来电短消息, 如号码 XXX于某时某分呼叫, 然后将构造的未完成来 电短消息携带在 SMDPP消息中发送给被叫归属 SMC。
步骤 508: 被叫归属 SMC收到 SMDPP消息, 向 LDTS返回 smdpp响应 消息, 指示已收到未完成来电短消息, 并在被叫用户可及时将未完成来 电短消息发送给被叫用户; 如果被叫用户不可及, 被叫归属 SMC将緩存 该短消息, 并在用户可及时自动将緩存的短消息发送给被叫用户。
步驟 509: LDTS向主叫 MSC/VLR返回地址全(ACM ) 消息, 指示 IAM消息已收全,然后利用 ACM消息建立的语音信道对主叫用户播放已 通知被叫等类似的提示语音。
步驟 510: LDTS向主叫 MSC/VLR^送释放(REL )消息指示释放中 继, 拆除语音信道; 主叫 MSC/VLR译放资源后, 向 LDTS返回 RLC消息 指示释放完成。
在上述实施例中用户在归属 HLR上签约未完成来电短消息通知业 务, 是由归属 HLR来检查用户是否签约了未完成来电短消息通知业务 的, 如果用户是在 LDTS上签约未完成来电短消息通知业务, 则由 0DS 来检查用户是否签约了未完成来电短消息通知业务。
如图 6所示, 图 6为依照本发明第二个实施例实现未完成来电短消息 通知业务的方法流程图, 该方法与图 5所示的方法流程图基本一致, 仅 有以下区别:
步驟 602是将步骤 502调整为: 被叫 HLR收到 LOCREQ消息后, 发现 有针对被叫用户的呼叫信息, 则判断被叫用户的开机状态、 漫游状态、 未完成来电短消息通知业务类型及激活状态等, 具体包括以下步骤: a2、 HLR检查被叫用户是否开机, 如果被叫用户开机, 则执行步驟 b2; 否则, 执行步骤 d2;
b2、 HLR判断被叫用户是否漫游, 如果是, 那么执行步骤 c2; 否则, 执行步骤 d2;
c2、 HLR向被叫用户漫游地的 MSC发送 ROUTREQ消息以获取被叫 用户的 TLDN, 如果 TLDN获取失败, 则执行步骤 d2; 否则, 被叫用户漫 游地的 MSC向 HLR返回被叫用户的 TLDN, HLR向主叫 MSC/VLR返回被 叫用户的 TLDN, 主叫 MSC/VLR根据获取的 TLDN建立自身与被叫用户 漫游地 MSC/VLR之间的呼叫, 如果建立成功, 则执行普通的呼叫流程; 否则, 执行步骤 d2;
d2、 HLR检查被叫用户签约了遇忙前转、 无应答前转、 无条件前转 或缺省前转中何种类型的前转业务, 以及签约的前转业务是否已激活, 如果被叫用户已签约上述前转业务中的任何一个, 且签约的前转业务已 激活, 则执行步驟 603; 否则, 结束本流程。
步骤 607是将步骤 507调整为: LDTS根据路由信息中前转号码的被 叫号码部分直接获取被叫号码, 并根据自身存储的签约信息检查该被叫 用户是否签约了未完成来电短消息通知业务, 如果该被叫用户签约了未 完成来电短消息通知业务,则根据主叫的呼叫信息中的主叫号码 XXX和 当前时间构造未完成来电短消息, 如号码 XXX于某时某分呼叫, 然后将 构造的未完成来电短消息携带在 SMDPP消息中发送给被叫用户归属的 SMC; 否则, 结束本流程。
在本发明所举的两个实施例中, LDTS不仅包含有数据库模块 105, 而且还包含有语音模块 106。 其中, 数据库模块 105上可以保存有用户 的签约信息, 利用该信息可以判断用户是否开通了未完成来电短消息通 知业务; 语音模块 106用于对主叫用户播放已通知被叫等类似的提示语 音。 在实际应用中, 由于上述两个模块实现的是附加业务功能, 该附加 业务功能的实现与否对实现本发明目的没有直接影响, 所以在 LDTS中 可以不包含上述两个模块 , 也可以仅包含上述两个模块中的其中一个模 块。 这样的技术方案同样能够实现本发明的目的, 与本发明的技术思路 是一致的, 应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
另外, 在本发明所举的两个实施例中, LDTS 为用户分配的未完成 来电短消息通知号码是前缀与被叫号码组合的形式。 在实际应用中, 如 果 LDTS为用户分配未完成来电短消息通知号码是前缀与分配号码組合 的形式, 那么 LDTS的数据库模块 105中还应保存有前转号码与被叫号 码之间对应关系。在 MSC/VLR根据前转号码中的前缀部分路由到 LDTS 以后, LDTS可以根据前转号码, 在前转号码与被叫号码之间对应关系 中获取被叫号码。 如果 LDTS为用户分配未完成来电短消息通知号码是 公共号码的形式,那么在交换设备向 LDTS发送的 IAM消息中还应包含 有被叫号码, LDTS根据 IAM消息来获取被叫号码。 这样的技术方案同 样能够实现本发明的目的, 与本发明的技术思路是一致的, 应包含在本 发明的保护范围之内。
另外, 在本发明所举的两个实施例中, LDTS是作为一个新增设备 在网络中单独设置的。 在实际应用中, LDTS也可以与其他网絡设备进 行合设, 如与 MSC进行合设。 在 MSC进行合设时, 需要对 MSC进行 改造,在 MSC中新增一个短消息构造模块,并对 MSC的软件进行升级, 使 MSC能够处理未完成来电短消息通知业务在实现过程中的各种信令 及流程。 这样的技术方案同样能够实现本发明的 的, 与本发明的技术 思路是一致的, 应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
另外, 在本发明所举的两个实施例中, LDTS获取被叫号码分别是 在步驟 507和步骤 607中根据路由信息中前转号码的被叫号码部分直接 获取的。 在实际应用中, LDTS可以在收到主叫 MSC/VLR发送的路由 信息之后, 将构造的未完成来电短消息发送给被叫用户归属的 SMC之 前的任何时候来获取被叫号码。 这样的技术方案同样能够实现本发明的 目的,与本发明的技术思路是一致的,应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 另外, 在本发明所举的第一个实施例中, HLR在判断被叫用户的开 机状态、 漫游状态、 前转业务签约及激活状态以后, 对该被叫用户是否 签约了未完成来电通知业务进行了判断。 在本发明所举的第二个实施例 中, LDTS在获取被叫号码之后, 构造未完成来电短消息之前, 对该被 叫用户是否签约了未完成来电通知业务进行了判断。 在实际应用中, 可以不判断该被叫用户是否签约了未完成来电通知业务。 在判断该被叫 用户是否签约了未完成来电通知业务时, 如果是由 HLR进行判断, 该 判断可以在将构造的未完成来电短消息发送给被叫用户归属的 SMC之 前的任何时候进行。 如果是由 LDTS进行判断, 该判断可以在获取被叫 号码之后, 将构造的未完成来电短消息发送给被叫用户归属的 SMC之 前的任何时候进行。 这样的技术方案同样能够实现本发明的目的, 与本 发明的技术思路是一致的, 应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
以上所述的具体实施例, 对本发明的目的、 技术方案和有益效果进 行了进一步详细说明, 所应理解的是, 以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施 例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所做的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种未完成来电短消息通知设备, 其特征在于, 至少包括: 主控模块, 用于对设备中的其他模块进行控制和调度;
中继信令处理模块, 用于将接收自交换设备的信息发送给主控模 块, 并根据主控模块的指令向交换设备发送信息;
短消息构造模块, 用于根据主控模块的指令构造未完成来电短消 息, 并将构造的未完成来电短消息通过主控模块发送给短消息发送模 块;
短消息发送模块, 用于将短消息构造模块构造的未完成来电短消息 发送给被叫;
所述的中继信令处理模块、 短消息构造模块和短消息发送模块分别 与主控模块直接相连。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述交换设备在移 动通信网络中为移动交换中心、 拜访位置寄存器或归属位置寄存器, 在 公用电话网中为交换端局的交换机。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的设备, 其特征在于, 该设备进一步包括: 数据库模块, 用于保存数据信息, 该模块与主控模块直接相连, 根 据主控模块的指令存入或输出数据信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的设备, 其特征在于, 该设备进一步 包括:
语音模块, 用于播放语音, 该模块与主控模块直接相连, 根据主控 模块的指令播放语音。
5、 一种实现未完成来电短消息通知业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包 括以下步骤: A、 设置前转号码为未完成来电短消息通知号码;
B、 交换设备检测到主叫用户呼叫被叫用户未接通, 根据设置的前 转号码将主叫的呼叫信息发送给未完成来电短消息通知设备;
C、 未完成来电短消息通知设备根据主叫的呼叫信息构造未完成来 电短消息, 并将构造的未完成来电短消息发送给被叫用户。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A中所述未完 成来电短消息通知号码, 是在用户登记前转之前根据用户的申请, 或者 在用户开通未完成来电短消息通知业务时 ¾1据通信系统的触发, 由未完 成来电短消息通知设备为用户进行分配的。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A中所述设置 前转号码为未完成来电短消息通知号码包括:
设置遇忙前转号码, 或无应答前转号码, 或无条件前转号码, 或缺 省前转号码为未完成来电短消息通知号码。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 B中所述根据 设置的前转号码将主叫的呼叫信息发送给未完成来电短消息通知设备 为:
交换设备根据设置的前转号码向未完成来电短消息通知设备发送 至少包含有主叫呼叫信息的初始地址消息;
或者交换设备接收到未完成来电短消息通知设备发送的信息请求 消息, 根据设置的前转号码将主叫的呼叫信息包含在信息请求响应消息 中返回给未完成来电短消息通知设备。
9、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步驟 A中所述未完 成来电短消息通知号码为前缀与被叫号码组合的形式,步骤 C中所述将 构造的未完成来电短消息发送给被叫用户之前进一步包括:
未完成来电短消息通知设备根据前转号码的被叫号码部分直接获 取被叫号码。
10、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A中所述未完 成来电短消息通知号码为前缀与分配号码组合的形式, 步骤 C中所述将 构造的未完成来电短消息发送给被叫用户之前进一步包括:
未完成来电短消息通知设备根据前转号码, 在数据库模块中的前转 号码与被叫号码之间的对应关系中获取被叫号码。
11、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A中所述未完 成来电短消息通知号码为公共号码的形式, 步骤 B中所述交换设备应向 未完成来电短消息通知设备提供被叫信息, 步骤 C中所述将构造的未完 成来电短消息发送给被叫用户之前进一步包括:
未完成来电短消息通知设备根据交换设备提供的被叫信息直接获 取被叫号码。
12、 根据权利要求 5、 9、 10或 11任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 被叫用户签约未完成来电短消息通知业务的签约信息存储于未完成来 电短消息通知设备, 在未完成来电短消息通知设备获取被叫号码与将未 完成来电短消息发送给被叫用户之间, 所述步骤 C进一步包括:
未完成来电短消息通知设备根据自身存储的被叫号码信息检查该 被叫用户是否签约了未完成来电通知业务, 如果该被叫用户签约了未完 成来电短消息通知业务,则继续执行步骤 C中所述构造未完成来电短消 息或者将构造的未完成来电短消息发送给被叫用户; 否则,结束本流程。
13、 根据权利要求 5、 9、 10或 11任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 被叫用户签约未完成来电短消息通知业务的签约信息存储于被叫归属 位置寄存器, 步骤 B所述交换设备检测到主叫用户呼叫被叫用户未接通 之后进一步包括:
被叫归属位置寄存器检查被叫用户是否签约未完成来电短消息通 知业务, 如果签约了未完成来电短消息通知业务, 则继续执行步骤 B中 所述根据前转号码将主叫的呼叫信息发送给未完成来电短消息通知设 备; 否则, 结束本流程。
14、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 C中所述主叫 的呼叫信息至少包括主叫号码和当前时间。
15、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 C之后进一步 包括:
未完成来电短消息通知设备向交换设备返回地址全消息, 并在返回 地址全消息以后对主叫用户播放提示语音。
