Abstract
Ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Phosphatsalzen, insbesondere von Magnesium-Ammonium-Phosphat (MAP-Struvit), aus stabilisiertem Schlamm (S) einer Kläranlage hat die Schritte: a) Entwässern des stabilisierten Schlamms; b) Extrahieren von phosphathaltigem Schlammwasser (P-SW) durch Einbringen von Ammoniakwasser (A) und/oder heißem Prozesswasser (PW2) in den entwässerten stabilisierten Schlamm (S); und c) Ausfällen von Phosphatsalzen aus dem phosphathaltigen Schlammwasser (P-SW) unter Zufuhr einer metallionenaltigen Verbindung (MeX).
