将装满羽毛球 13的球筒 2按照球托朝向发射方向堆放在球筒箱 1内, 最下端球筒 2的前后端与球筒箱 1的出球孔 4和推球孔 7位置对应,接通 电源, 推球电机 6运转, 通过皮轮 10带动推球杆 5向前移动, 推球杆 5 穿过推球孔 7进入球筒 1内, 其顶端的推球头 12推动羽毛球 13向前; 此 时抓球套 14处于出球孔 4前方, 羽毛球 13在推球头 12的推动下被推入 抓球套 14内, 当羽毛球球托触动抓球套 14内的微动开关 15时, 抓球套 14将羽毛球球托抓紧, 同时单片机控制器 29接收到微动开关 15的信号, 控制推球电机 6使其停止运转, 使得推球杆 5停止前移; 当抓球套 14抓 紧羽毛球 13时, 中轴电机 22开始顺转, 通过中轴 17带动抓球臂杵 16和 抓球套 14远离机箱 36, 此时被抓球套 14抓紧的羽毛球 13脱离球筒 2, 设于出球孔 4处的分球圏 3挡在两个球中间的空隙中,在前面一个球被抓 取时, 可阻挡下一个球被前一球带出, 当抓球臂杆 16前移至触动到中轴 顶微动开关 19时, 中轴顶电机 18在单片机控制器 29的控制下开始旋转, 通过电机端挡杆 20和抓球臂杆挡杆 21使得抓球臂杆 16旋转到抓球套 14 中的球对准发射孔 30,此时中轴电机 22开始倒转,使抓球臂杆 16带着抓 球套 14和羽毛球 13接近箱壁, 使羽毛球 13套在气嘴 28上, 气嘴 28外 壁粘有魔术贴 37, 魔术贴 37粘住羽毛球 13内侧, 使羽毛球 13不会从气 嘴 28上滑落, 同时羽毛球球托又触动抓球套 14内的微动开关 15,使得抓 球套 14放开羽毛球球托, 然后单片机控制器 29使抓球臂杆 16上升旋转 复位到球筒箱 1的出球孔 4前方。
压缩空气经压缩空气进气孔 23和电气比例减压阀 24进入储气室 25, 然后通过空气电磁阀 26从气嘴 28喷出,推动罩在气嘴 28上的羽毛球 13, 使羽毛球 13被发射出去。
单片机控制器 29的控制程序可根据羽毛球的发射距离来调节设定控 制电气比例减压阀 24的进气和储气室 25的气压,从而达到变化球速的目 的; 单片机控制器 29的控制程序可根据要求调节空气电磁阀 26的开合间 隙, 从而达到变化发球频率的目的。
当这一球被发出后, 紧接着发下一球, 其发射过程和前一球的发射过 程一样。
在不断的发球过程中, 推球杆 5不断前移, 当推球杆 5的后限位片 8 触碰到推球杆后限位开关 9时说明球筒 2内的羽毛球 13已经被推完, 此 时需要进行弃球筒处理,推球杆后限位开关 9被触动后,单片机控制器 29 控制推球电机 6逆转,使推球杆 5退出球筒 2, 当推球头 12触碰到推球杆 前限位开关 11时, 说明推球杆 5已经退出球筒, 此时弃球筒电机 31转动 使弃球筒孔挡板 32打开, 使该球筒 2从弃球筒孔 35滑出, 被弃出球筒箱 1, 因球筒箱 1底部倾斜, 后续球筒会补充到相应位置, 球筒 2滑出弃球 筒孔 35时, 弃球筒孔挡板 32及时合上挡住下一球筒, 此时可继续进行推 球和发球, 依此循环, 运动员可不断的进行练习。
本发明的发射装置也可采用图 6、 7所示的方式实现, 在整个发球过 程中, 其推球过程、 送球过程以及弃球筒处理过程与前述实施方式一样, 只是发射过程不同, 其发射过程如下:
当抓球套 14从出球孔 4处抓住羽毛球 13后, 由中轴顶电机 18带动 抓球臂杆 16旋转, 使抓球套 14和羽毛球 13置于羽毛球拍 38的上方时, 驱动电机 39带动羽毛球拍 38旋转, 当连接到单片机控制器 29的同步开 关 40检测到羽毛球拍 38通过某一位置时, 单片机控制器 29控制抓球套 14放开羽毛球球托, 使得羽毛球 13 自由下落, 并在下落中正好被羽毛球 拍 38击打出去; 同时单片机控制器 29控制抓球臂杆 16上升旋转复位到 球筒箱 1的出球孔 4前方。
单片机控制器 29的控制程序可根据羽毛球的发射距离来调节设定驱 动电机 39的转速和抓球套 14放开羽毛球球托的间隔时间,从而达到变化 球速的和发球频率目的。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种羽毛球发球机, 由机箱 (36)、 推球装置、 送球装置、 发射装 置、弃球筒装置和单片机控制器(29)组成,其特征在于:所述的机箱(36) 内设有球筒箱( 1 ), 球筒箱( 1 )内排放有若干羽毛球球筒(2), 球筒(2) 内装有羽毛球( 13 ), 羽毛球( 13 )按球托朝向发射方向排放, 球筒箱( 1 ) 的前后箱壁上对应设有出球孔(4)和推球孔(7), 出球孔(4)上设有分 球圈 (3), 待发射羽毛球球筒(2)的前后端分别与出球孔(4)和推球孔
(7)位置对应; 所述的推球装置与推球孔(7)相配合, 推球装置、 送球 装置和弃球筒装置协调配合将羽毛球 ( 13 )单个连续提供给发射装置, 再 通过发射装置将羽毛球( 13 )发射出去。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的羽毛球发球机, 其特征在于: 所述的推球装 置包括推球杆(5)、 包容外壳 (34)、 设于包容外壳 (34) 内的推球电机
(6)和皮轮(10), 包容外壳 (34)设于推球孔(7)后端, 推球杆 (5) 经包容外壳 (34)、 推球电机(6)和皮轮(10) 穿过推球孔(7)进入球 筒( 2 ) 内, 推球杆 ( 5 )顶端带有推球头( 12 ), 推球杆 ( 5 )可在推球电 机(6)和皮轮( 10)的带动下前后移动; 所述的送球装置包括中轴( 17)、 中轴电机(22)、 抓球臂杆(16)、 抓球套(14)、 抓球套微动开关 (15)、 中轴顶电机(18)和中轴顶微动开关 (19), 中轴 (17)后端插设于机箱
( 36 )内,前端设有抓球臂杆( 16 ),抓球臂杆( 16 )上端带有抓球套( 14 ), 抓球套(14) 内设有微动开关(15), 中轴(17)上设有中轴电机(22), 中轴(17)顶端设有中轴顶电机(18), 中轴顶电机(18)上靠近抓球臂 杆(17)侧设有中轴顶微动开关(19); 所述的弃球筒装置包括弃球筒电 机(31 )、 弃球筒孔(35)和弃球筒孔挡板(32), 球筒箱 ( 1 )底侧箱壁 上开有弃球筒孔(35), 弃球筒孔(35)外设有弃球筒孔挡板(32); 所述 的单片机控制器 (29) 与推球电机(6)、 电气比例减压阀 (24)、 空气电 磁阀 (26)、 中轴电机(22)、 抓球套微动开关 (15)、 中轴顶电机(18)、 中轴顶微动开关(19)和弃球筒电机(31)连接。
3. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的羽毛球发球机, 其特征在于: 所述的发 射装置包括储气室(25)、 电气比例减压阀 (24)、 空气电磁阀 (26)和气 嘴(28), 储气室 (25)前端通过空气电磁阀 (26)和气嘴(28)连通, 气嘴(28) 前端于机箱 (36) 箱壁上开有发射孔(30), 储气室 (25)后 端设有电气比例减压阀 (24)和压缩空气进气孔(23 p
4. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的羽毛球发球机, 其特征在于: 所述的发 射装置包括羽毛球拍(38)、 驱动电机(39)和同步开关(40), 羽毛球拍
( 38 )设于机箱( 1 )前部, 由驱动电机( 39 )带动旋转; 驱动电机( 39 )、 同步开关 (40)和单片机控制器(29)连接。
5.如权利要求 3所述的羽毛球发球机,其特征在于:所述的气嘴(28) 可设于一炮筒 (27) 内, 气嘴(28)后部对应的炮筒 (27)设有连通的开 口。
6.如权利要求 3所述的羽毛球发球机,其特征在于:所述的气嘴(28) 外壁上粘有魔术贴 (37)。
7. 如权利要求 2所述的羽毛球发球机, 其特征在于: 所述的推球杆 (5)后端带有后限位片 (8)。
8. 如权利要求 2所述的羽毛球发球机, 其特征在于: 所述的包容外 壳(34) 内靠近推球孔(7)处设有推球杆前限位开关 (11), 外壳(34) 末端外壁上设有推球杆后限位开关(9); 推球杆前限位开关(11 )和后限 位开关 (9) 与单片机控制器(29)连接。
9. 如权利要求 2所述的羽毛球发球机, 其特征在于: 所述的抓球臂 杆( 16) 下端设有抓球臂杆挡杆(21 ), 中轴顶电机( 18) 下端设有电机 端挡杆( 20 )。
