Abstract

Beschrieben werden wasserfreie Metalloxidkolloide und/oder Metalloxidpolymere der allgemeinen Formel: [M(O)X3X4]n (1) in einem aprotischen, organischen Lösemittel oder Lösemittelgemisch, wobei M = Si, Ge, Sn, Ti, Zr oder Hf ist; und X3 und X4 = unabhängig voneinander O1/2, H, Alkoxy (-OR), wobei R einen Organorest mit 1 - 20 C-Atomen darstellt, Alkyl mit 1 bis 20 C-Atomen oder Aryl mit 6 bis 20 C-Atomen sind, wobei die Alkyl- oder Arylreste einen oder mehrere weitere Halogensubstituenten, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe F, Cl, Br oder I tragen können; und n typische Werte zwischen 10 und 1.000.000 einnimmt.
