Abstract

Des éléments longitudinaux de largeur donnée sont obtenus à partir d'un panneau de bois aggloméré de type 'fini' d'une épaisseur adéquate, au moyen de systèmes et de dispositifs connus. La partie de ces éléments sans enduit de finition est d'abord façonnée de manière à obtenir des formes voulues, qui sont ensuite revêtues d'une fine couche de matière plastique telle que du PVC ou un produit équivalent, pour former une section (P), à partir de laquelle des pièces d'une longueur déterminée sont réalisées par coupe à angle droit. La réalisation de cadres de portes (A) de meubles composés d'éléments formant des montants (H) et/ou des traverses (T), tous obtenus selon le procédé connu de 'formage sous pression', peut présenter des avantages par rapport aux éléments formant des montants (H) ou des traverses (T), dont les extrémités sont plates et forment des angles droits, lesquels créent une liaison perpendiculaire avec des parties plates disposées sur les faces internes des éléments formant les traverses (T) opposées correspondantes ou les montants (H) opposés correspondants, ces traverses ou ces montants étant toujours obtenus par ledit procédé de 'pression de membrane' et devant avoir des extrémités enduites.
