在橡塑行业生产过程中, 特别是在橡塑炼胶机、 压延机的辊筒使用中, 生 产产品最宽宽度是辊筒面工作长度来决定的。 在工作中, 通过辊筒之间的相对 转动, 把胶化橡塑挤压成薄片, 其薄片的宽度大小就决定了产品幅度大小和产 量的多少。 其辊筒一般用冷激铸铁或锻钢或中间球铁外层冷激铸铁制成中空轮 或钻孔轮。 因为材料及制作条件的原因, 辊筒长径比一般在 3.5以下, 其辊面 工作尺寸(直径 X长度)在 f 850mm X 3500mm以下, 这给生产宽幅 3500以上 压延产品设置了障碍。 设计一种辊筒长径比突破 3.5, 辊面工作尺寸大于 # 850mmX 3500mm以上的辊筒来生产宽幅压延产品是本发明的所在。 发明内容
为了克服因辊筒长径比小、 工作面尺寸窄的缺点, 本发明设想技术方案是 改变辊筒的制作工艺结构及材料成份, 来增大辊筒的长径比, 从而得到加大辊 筒工作面的尺寸, 以克服市面上不能生产压延宽幅 3500以上产品的区域。本发 明是通过如下的技术措施来实现技术方案的: 一种大型橡塑炼胶机、 压延机的 压辊, 它包括: 轴承组 1、车壁 2、支架 3、悬挂杆 4、旋转接头 5、压缩弹簧 6、 螺帽 7、辊筒 8、内管 9、塞头 10和堵头 11组成,其特点在于所述的用槽钢(也 可以用角钢) 制成的支架 3固定在轴承组 1和车壁 2上, 圆钢制成的悬挂杆 4 穿过支架 3中间长孔, 下端螺纹连接固定在旋转接头 5上, 上端在穿过支架 3 后外套一(屈强系数 K为 0.1kg/mm-2kg/mm, )压缩弹簧 6, 压缩弹簧 6的上部 螺紋连接相应螺帽 7, 限制并压缩弹簧 6, 以拿在工作中弹簧 6脱落悬挂杆 4, 旋转接头 5被套接固定在辊筒 8的左端; 辊筒 8为冷激铸件、 芯球铁外包冷激 铸件和铬镍合金锻钢其中之一材件制成, 其工作面长度

确 认 本 范围内, 工作面直径 D= 850mm- 1525mm范围内; 辊筒 8中间加工有大孔 D2 (见附图 1 ), 供热媒体进出, 在辊面圆周向心距离 E二 15mm-150mm范围处 的圆周上 C距均布与母线平行的散热钻孔 D3 (见附图 1和附图 3), 以供热媒 体能充分均匀加热辊面, 在大孔 D2与散热钻孔 D3之间有斜钻孔 D4, 以便热媒 能从大孔 D2进入散热钻孔 D3。 图中箭头表示热媒流向 N向代表热媒进入辊筒 流向, P向表示热媒流出辊筒流向。在辊筒 8二端与散热钻孔 D3做同心塞头圆 孔 D5, 深 5mm-100mm, 并装膨胀塞头, 以防热媒外泄。 在旋转接头 5和辊筒 8中心穿入内管 9, 其内管 9直径 D7二 30mm- # 260mm范围内, 内管 9右端 的长度与辊筒 8的 长度右端面平齐, 套焊在内管 9上的中间塞头 10塞住在 大孔 02的中间, 中间塞头 10长度 L2=20mm-300mm范围内, 直径比相应 D2 小 lmm-20mm, 其位置在辊筒 8之辊面长度 1^的中部, 以防进油未到轮面就 回流。 内管 9及中间塞头 10可随辊筒 8—起转动。 在辊筒 8中间的大孔 02最 右端固定一堵头 11, 以防热媒外泄, 上述各组件均为金属材料制成, 辊筒 8的 辊面再经热处理以确保硬度。
本发明的积极效果在于通过对辊筒 8材料的改进、 结构改进、 各孔分布形 式创新及辊筒面热处理来确保整个辊筒在大的长径比情况下有较高强度不变 形。 通过孔的分布形式确保辊筒面温度分布均匀, 从而达到辊筒面微观热胀相 同, 使辊筒面素线平直, 使相对运行的二辊面之间有二条平行直线, 这样胶化 橡塑物料经过此间隙后就可有一个厚度均匀的宽幅成品, 本发明使大幅面的压 辊生产成为可能, 是大型橡塑炼胶机、 压延机技术的一大进步。 附图说明

ί 865mm, 其结构形式见图 1。 中间钻孔 D2= # 200mm, 在辊面下距离 E=50mm的下方圆周上均布 D3= 35mm孔,其孔中心距 C=65mm、孔 D5= 50mm、深 50mm、钻孔 D4= # 30mm。 中间塞头 D6= # 190mm、 L2=300mm, 套焊在 D7= 50mm的内管 9上, 内 管 9固定在 f 125mm旋转接头 5上。悬挂杆 4为直径 27mm,长 600mm圆钢 制作, 支架用 120型槽钢制作, 弹簧 6套在悬挂杆 4螺纹外的 120型槽钢上, 用 M27螺帽 7控制弹簧 6的逃逸, 弹簧 6线径 5mm, 自由长 150mm, 内径 30mm, 屈强系数 K= 1.5kg/mm。 旋转接头 5被固定在辊筒 8左端, 弹簧 6 被压缩的压力与旋转接头 5重量相当, 当热媒由 N向进入后, 沿内管 9经右侧 D4孔回到达 孔, 经左侧 D4孔回到 D2孔, 经 P向流出。 在 D2孔最在侧末端 用 M210锥管堵头 11密封。 整个辊面在升温后的工作状态下, 辊面温度均匀, 温差小于 1.5°C。 生产 PVC薄膜时, 其成品宽度 3500mm、 厚度 0.11mm, 在横 向宽度 3500mm方向上产品经过测试厚度精度差 0.01mm。
