Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von transgenen Pflanzen und/oder Pflanzenzellen mit einer erhöhten Pathogenresistenz, wobei die transgenen Pflanzen bzw. Pflanzenzellen einen im Vergleich zum Wildtyp veränderten Gehalt und/oder eine veränderte Aktivität von mindestens einem Actin­ depolymerisierenden Faktor (ADF) aufweisen. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls die Verwendung von Nukleinsäuren, die für mindestens einen ADF kodieren, zur Herstellung von transgenen Pflanzen bzw. Pflanzenzellen mit einer erhöhten Pathogenresistenz. Weiterhin betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung Nukleinsäuresequenzen, die für einen ADF kodieren.
