Thereby, some of the odors, hot air, and noxious gases produced from the cooking apparatus may disperse into a room, thus making indoor air dirty.

Further, the air curtain allows odors, hot air, and noxious gases existing around the range hood to be more easily and smoothly discharged to the atmosphere.
