Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire une solution concentrée à base de substances biologiques, comme par ex. des virus, des particules virales, des anticorps, des protéines, à l'aide d'un système de bioréacteur avec une unité de filtration sous forme de membrane ou de système membranaire. L'intégration d'une unité de contrôle de paramètres destinée à représenter différents niveaux d'un ou de plusieurs paramètres de processus pendant le processus de production permet d'influer de manière positive sur les rendements et le niveau de concentration des produits labiles. Le bioréacteur et l'unité de filtration sont regroupés en un système de bioréacteur, de sorte que lors de la filtration, les substances biologiques labiles soient refroidies et retenues dans le système membranaire, le filtrat pouvant éventuellement être renvoyé dans le bioréacteur.
