Then, by slowly moving the hook of the hoist 5 downward, the engine module can be accurately lowered to the vehicle mounting position. Assuming that the first rail 11 is not configured to be in a synchronized state by this, if the rotating assembly table 1 rotates, the time elapses between the suspended engine module and the vehicle body. As a result, the position of the hoist 5 with respect to the first rail 11 will have to be further finely adjusted while the work is in progress.

It was so complicated. The configuration of this rail network will be described later in detail with reference to another figure (FIG. 3).
- the rail network includes a rail configured to be movable as exemplified in the first rail 11 and a rail configured to be fixed as the second rail 12.
- a plurality of motors 10 are provided for driving a movable rail

They are synchronized with each other. That is, the assembling table control device 32 and the crane control device 35 are connected by the electric synchronization signal path 30 shown in FIG.
- FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the rail arrangement of the crane device according to the embodiment of the present invention.
- the outer circumference of the rotary assembly table described above is substantially equal to the circumference shown as the second rail (fixed) in FIG.
- the first rail 11 (movable) and the second rail (fixed) described above are configured above the rotary assembly stand.
- a more complicated rail network was constructed to cover the rear of the module assembly work 2 set around the rotary assembly stand.
- third rails 13a to 13f are radially arranged as fixed rails corresponding to the above-described module assembly rears 2a to 2h.
- the third rails 13a to 13f are provided above the centers of the module assembling rears 2a to 2h, respectively, in a direction crossing a vertical axis (virtual axis) serving as a rotation center of the rotary assembling table.
- the circumference (virtual circumference) A drawn by the tip of the first rail 11 (movable) and the circumference (also virtual circumference) B connecting the tip of the third rail (fixed) are described.
- a rail network was constructed to transfer the modules radially.
- a rail network for transferring this module to radial travel is composed of two fixedly installed annular rails 15 and 16, and suspended on these annular rails 15 and 16, each of which is radially arranged and set. And a plurality of movable rails 14a to 14f which are configured to be movable in the circumferential direction along the rails 15 and 16.
- the inner ends of the movable rails 14a to 14f are set to rotate along the imaginary circumference A, and the outer ends are set to rotate along the imaginary circumference B.
- the ends of the third rails 13a to 13f can be abutted.
- the upper end of the fourth rail 14d (movable) is brought into contact with the upper end of the third rail 13d (fixed) at the upper part of FIG.
- the lowered hoist 5 can cross the fourth rail 14d (movable). That is, the hoist 5 lifts the module in the rear of the module assembly, crosses the hoist 5 over the fourth rail 14d, and further turns the first rail 11 (movable) to rotate the hoist 5 on the circumference A. Can be introduced into the first rail 11 (movable).
- the reason why the fourth rails 14a to 14f (movable) are configured to be movable with respect to the fifth rail 15 (fixed) and the sixth rail 16 (fixed) is as follows. This is because even if the above work does not always proceed according to the set time, the time width is given a margin. In other words, when a situation occurs in which the work on the turntable exceeds the scheduled time, it becomes impossible to carry the necessary modules to the turntable at the appropriate timing in the next process. At this time, by moving the fourth rails 14a to 14k (movable) slightly downstream, it is possible to go to pick up with a delay. If the process progresses earlier than expected and the required module is required somewhat earlier in the next process, it can be moved earlier by moving it to the upstream side of rotation.

- a configuration similar to the configuration shown in Fig. By repeating the process many times n times, a production line of n processes is formed along the conveyor 1.
- This embodiment is implemented by the method and apparatus shown in FIG. 1, but differs from the first embodiment in that the configuration of the overhead rail on which the hoist 5 travels is simplified. That is, in the first embodiment, another movable overhead rail for transferring the hoist is provided at a position between the overhead rail 11 on the rotary assembly stand and the overhead rails 13a to 13f above the module preparation area. However, this embodiment is characterized in that the movable overhead rail provided at the intermediate position is eliminated.

- the hoist 5 can also travel on the fixed overhead rails 13a to 13f in the longitudinal direction. As many hoists 5 as necessary can be provided in this overhead rail network.
- the hoist 5 when the movable overhead rail 11 is rotated to stop at a position where the fixed overhead rail 13a and its end abut against each other, the hoist 5 It is possible to pass in both directions between the movable overhead rail 11 and the fixed overhead rail 13a after passing the butting position. The hoist 5 can be moved in both directions between the other fixed overhead rails 13b to 13f.
- connection structure of the two overhead rails through which the hoist passes can be provided with a rigid structure according to the weight of the hoist and the maximum weight carried by the hoist. Since the details are not the subject of the present invention, the description is omitted here.
- the operator controls the movable overhead rail 11 and rotates it along the fixed overhead rail 12, Force at one end of the movable overhead rail 11 Just at the tip of the fixed overhead rail 13c Stop at the butting position.
- the operator mechanically connects the tip of the fixed overhead rail 13c and one end of the movable overhead rail 11 by operation.
- the engine module completed to a predetermined stage is suspended on the hoist 5 traveling on the fixed overhead rail 13c, and is in a standby state. Therefore, the operator operates the hoist 5 to move the hoist 5 along the overhead rail 13c, and moves the hoist 5 from the fixed overhead rail 13c to the movable overhead rail 11. After confirming that the hoist 5 has moved to the movable overhead rail 11 properly, release the mechanical connection. Then, the hoist 5 on the movable overhead rail 11 is moved closer to the engine mounting position of the working vehicle. At the same time (or before or after), the position of the movable overhead rail 11 with respect to the fixed overhead rail 12 is changed by operating the power.
- the engine module suspended by the hoist 5 is in a state in which there is no change in the relative positional relationship between the engine on the rotary assembling base 1 and the vehicle being assembled.
- the position of the hoist 5 with respect to the overhead rail 11 and the length of the suspension wire of the hoist 5 are carefully adjusted to accurately approach the mounting position of the vehicle during assembly of the engine module. Can be done. More specifically, the mounting hole formed in the engine module is aligned with the mounting hole on the vehicle side, and a bolt passing through both holes is inserted.
- control system for controlling the apparatus of this embodiment the same control system as that of the first embodiment shown in Fig. 3 can be used. Further, control for synchronizing the position of the overhead rail 11 with the rotation of the rotary assembly table 1 can also be performed using the control flowchart shown in FIG.
- the module is transported from one of the module preparation areas 2a to 2f onto the rotary assembly table 1 using the hoist 5 with the assistance of an operator. That module Once lowered into place on the vehicle being assembled, the hoist 5 is no longer needed. This hoist 5 must be returned to its original position.
- the apparatus according to the present invention is configured so as to be connected to the hoist 5 and to execute “return” to the operating terminal 7 by automatic program control.
- a “return” button is provided on the operation terminal 7.
- the control program started by the “return” operation is implemented in the control device 35 as control means.
- FIG. 10 is a control flowchart illustrating the configuration of this program. That is, the operator on the rotary assembly table 1 unloads necessary equipment from the hoist 5 and inputs a return operation to the operation terminal 7 connected to the hoist 5. Thereby, the control means recognizes the identification code transmitted from the hoist, and recognizes the home position of the hoist by referring to the control history corresponding to the identification code. When it is recognized that the home position of the hoist is on another rail and automatic transfer is necessary, the target hoist 5 is moved to the end of the movable overhead rail 11. At the same time, the movable overhead rail 11 is rotated until its end comes to a position where it abuts with the end of the fixed overhead rail (one of 13a to 13f) at the destination.
- the control means recognizes the identification code transmitted from the hoist, and recognizes the home position of the hoist by referring to the control history corresponding to the identification code.
- the target hoist 5 is moved to the end of the movable overhead rail 11.
- the home position of the return target hoist is recognized by its control history force.
- the home position of the hoist can be recognized by other methods.
- the home position of each hoist is fixedly set in advance, and a table is provided in the control device 35 in which the home position information is associated with the identification code of each hoist.
- the control means controls the hoist in which the return operation is performed.
- the table also refers to this table for the identification coding power of the strike, and recognizes where to return to.
- the position is on another rail, it can be configured to execute the operation for return, respectively.
- the structure of the overhead rail is simpler and simpler than the structures shown in the first and second embodiments.
- the floor area of the vehicle assembly factory can be reduced, and a more economical vehicle assembly factory and its construction method can be provided.
- the hoist when the end of one of the overhead rails is in a disconnected state, the hoist may travel on the hoist scale traveling on the overhead rail until the vicinity of the separation point of the overhead rail. V, the end force of the aerial rail must not fall off.
- the hoist suspended with the maximum allowable weight When one overhead rail is connected to another overhead rail, the hoist suspended with the maximum allowable weight must be able to run smoothly at the connection point.
- the running operation of the hoist is performed by a switch operation of an operator in principle according to the progress of the work. Therefore, even if the switch operation is mistakenly performed, it is necessary for the hoist to automatically stop running just before the end of one of the overhead rails is cut off.
- the hoist is moved to the connecting position with the ends of the two rails securely connected to each other and sufficiently bearing the load. It is necessary to drive through.
- FIG. 11 and FIG. 12 are perspective views of a main part of the connecting device of the present embodiment.
- FIG. 3 to FIG. 20 are explanatory views of an embodiment of the connecting device and the stopper as the safety device.
- the movable overhead rails or the movable overhead rails and the fixed overhead rails are securely connected to each other. It is concerned with the safety structure for transferring the hoist to the public. Also, in this embodiment, the hoist is intended to pass through the connection between one movable overhead rail and another overhead rail or fixed rail when the rail is not ready to be delivered. Then, a structure is provided that forbids the delivery.
- the pair of auxiliary rails 17c that support the movable overhead rails 14c from both sides are provided with couplers 42 at their ends. Since the aerial rail 14c can be connected at both ends in the longitudinal direction, four couplers 42 are provided at both ends instead of two.
- FIG. 11 shows the structure of one end on the outside.
- the fixed overhead rail 13c is provided with a coupler 43 corresponding thereto.
- the connector 42 houses a piston 41, and the connector 43 has a cylindrical hole corresponding to the shape of the tip of the piston that fits when the piston protrudes. When the connection state is formed, the piston 41 is configured to protrude from the connection device 42 toward the connection partner by the electric mechanism.
- the coupler 42 operates to project the piston 41 thereof.
- the distal end of the piston 41 is fitted into a hole of a coupler 43 provided corresponding to the aerial rail 13c on the other side. If this is correctly fitted in the hole of the coupler 43 on the other side, the piston 41 does not proceed any further, so the electric circuit detects this and sends out an electric signal indicating that the connection has been made correctly.
- FIG. 13 and FIG. 14 are plan views of an example illustrating a state where the movable overhead rail 11 is connected to the movable overhead rail 14c when the movable overhead rail 11 moves.
- FIG. 13 shows a state before connection, in which the piston 41 is accommodated in the connector 42.
- FIG. 14 shows the state after connection. As shown in FIG. 14, when the mutual positional relationship between the two rails reaches the connection position, the piston 41 projects from the connector 42 and is inserted into the hollow hole of the mating connector 43. As a result, the connection state is firmly maintained.
- a structure is adopted in which a supporting member that supports the overhead rails on which the hoist 5 travels is not directly connected to each other and that supports the overhead rails, and a coupler is provided on the member.
- one of the support members is an auxiliary rail 17c.
- the piston 41 protrudes from the coupler 42 with respect to the mating coupler 43.
- a coupling completion signal is transmitted to release the stop. If the coupling 42 and the coupling 43 are misaligned and the piston 41 of the coupling 42 is not fully extended, or if it is extended but goes beyond the correct coupling position, this may be the case. This indicates that the connection is in the correct state, and the above connection completion signal will not be sent out. However, as shown in the figure, even if the mutual positions of the couplers 42 and 43 are slightly different, the piston Since the tip of 41 can be fitted into the hole of the coupler 43 with its protruding power, such a connection completion failure does not occur.
- FIG. 15 is a side view illustrating a structure in which the fixed rail is supported on the factory ceiling and a connection structure.
- This drawing shows a state in which one end of the movable rail 14c has reached the connection position with the fixed rail 13c, and the other end has the connection position with the movable rail 11 installed above the rotary assembly table. .
- Each of these movable and fixed rails is The movable rails are fixedly mounted on fixed ceilings 46, which are fixedly mounted on the ceiling.
- the movable rail 14c can be driven by one of the fixed rails 46 by a drive motor 45.
- a first stop 18 is provided near the end of the movable overhead rail 14c. This is a mechanically strong structure, and even if the hoist 5 travels on the overhead rail 14c toward this end, when the hoist 5 is in the blocking position as shown in FIG. 5 physically prevents it from passing through this location. That is, the rotating shaft of the first stopper 18 rotates around an axis orthogonal to the electric motor via an electric motor and a helical gear (worm gear) mounted on the rotating shaft of the electric motor. It is a structure to do. As described above, when the aerial rail 14c and the aerial rail 13c are located linearly and the coupler 42 is correctly connected, an electric signal indicating that the connection is correctly performed is transmitted by an electric circuit.
- the electric signal causes the electric motor to rotate, thereby rotating the first stopper 18 to the flip-up position as shown in FIG. This allows the hoist 5 on the overhead rail 14c to cross the overhead rail 13c without obstacles. If the electric signal indicating that the connection is correct is not sent, the hoist 5 that has traveled on the overhead rail 13c hits the first stopper 18, and the first stopper 18 physically blocks the passage of the hoist 5. That is, as described above, since a spiral gear is provided between the first stopper 18 and its driving motor, even if the hoist 5 tries to pass, the force is applied in the axial direction of the motor, and the stopper 18 is moved. It does not jump up due to the impact.
- FIG. 16 and FIG. 19 are views for explaining the structure of the second stop.
- FIG. 16 is a front view of the fixed overhead rail 13c and the coupler 43 attached to the fixed overhead rail 13c, as viewed from the connection surface (on the movable overhead rail 14c side).
- the second stopper 19 is a bracket that is rotatably mounted on the fixed aerial rail 13c between the pair of couplers 43 so as to be rotatable around the longitudinal axis of the first rail 11. In the state shown in FIG. 16, the hoist traveling on the overhead rail 13c (in a direction perpendicular to the paper surface), It is blocked by the stopper 19 and cannot reach the connecting position.
- the coupler 42 relatively moves toward the coupler 43, and when it reaches the position shown in FIG. 17, the boss 44 provided on the coupler 42 side Is in contact with the vicinity of the upper end of the bracket. Boss 44 is also visible in FIG. However, in FIG. 11, the second stopper 19 abutting on the boss 44 is only partially illustrated because the drawing is complicated. Returning to FIG. 16, in this state, the second stopper 19 is rotated around its axis so that the hoist running on the overhead rail 13c can pass through this position.
- the second stopper 19 has a structure that can be flipped up as long as the connector 42 is at a position where it can be connected to the connector 43. That is, as shown by a broken arrow in FIG. 17, when the position of the auxiliary rail 17c is moved to a position where the connection with the corresponding overhead rail 13c is released, the second stopper 19 is automatically moved by its own weight as shown in FIG. Return to position.
- the second stopper 19 is not supplied with a motor or any other driving force. This is one feature of the present embodiment. Only when the couplers 42 and 43 are actually in the connectable position, the hoist is allowed to pass through the end of the overhead rail 13c at this connection position in conjunction with the relative movement of the movable overhead rail. Will do. This operation is effective even if the power of the factory is out of power without any electric signal or anything related.
- FIG. 18 a structure of the second stopper for further enhancing its function and improving safety will be described.
- This is the structure of the second stop rail provided at the end of the movable overhead rail 11 and the movable overhead rail 14c on the rotary assembly table.
- two stoppers are provided, and the two second stoppers are operated in conjunction with each other. That is, the second stop 19a shown in FIG. 18 has a structure in which the stop position is automatically set by its own weight similarly to the second stop 19 described above. However, the second stopper 19a comes into contact with the boss 44 whose length on the rotational axis force is short, so that the second stopper 19a is flipped up in conjunction with the relative movement of the overhead rail. Te! /, Na ,.
- the second stopper 19a is provided at the end of the movable overhead rail 11 to be connected. When the second stopper 19 is set to the flip-up position, the second stopper 19 is configured to be flipped in conjunction with this.
- a small protrusion 47 is provided on the tip of the second stopper 19 toward the outside.
- the projection 47 is configured to be engaged with the second stopper 19a on the connection partner side.
- FIG. 19 when the second stopper 19 comes into contact with the boss 44 and is flipped up in the direction of the arrow, the second stopper 40a on the other side is flipped up in conjunction with it.
- FIG. 20 when the relative positions of the two overhead rails 11 and 14c are shifted, this locked state is released, and the second stop 19a automatically returns to the original position by its own weight. I do.
- the structure in which the second stover is duplicated is also provided between the movable overhead rail 14 and the outer fixed overhead rail 13, and this point is shown in FIG. 1 by the movable overhead rail 14c. It is shown as a second stopper 19a on the second stopper 19a and a second stopper 19 on the fixed overhead rail 13c.
- the second stop has two overhead rails. Will automatically work in accordance with the relative position of. With this configuration, no matter where the hoist is located on the overhead rail, even if a power failure occurs in which no electric device acts on the force, it is possible to prevent the hoist from being disconnected at the unconnected end. Can be.
- the second stopper shown in FIGS. 18 to 20 can be provided on the fixed overhead rail 13c or the movable overhead rail 14c instead of the second stopper of FIGS. 16 and 17.
- the force described in the case of using the triple-structured overhead rail in the rotary assembly table can be similarly used in a linear movable rail network as shown in the second embodiment.
- a double-structured overhead rail as shown in the third embodiment can be similarly used.
- the present embodiment can be similarly applied to any configuration of an aerial rail in which a movable aerial rail that can be connected only at a vehicle assembly factory is temporarily connected and a hoist is delivered.
- the configuration of the present invention is not limited to an automobile assembling factory, and may be widely implemented in a mass production factory.
