Patentansprüche claims

Windabweiser für eine mittels eines beweglichen Dachteils (3) verschließbare und wenigstens teilweise freigebbare Dachöffnung (2) in einem Fahrzeug mit einem zwischen einem in einem Dachoffnungsrahmen (13) integrierbaren, bü- gelförmigen Basiselement (10) und einem darüber angeordneten bügeiförmigen Ausstellelement (7) aufspannbaren Netz (11 ), wobei dass Ausstellelement (7) mittels mindestens einer in seitlichen Bügelendbereichen (7a) des bügeiförmigen Ausstellelementes (7) angeordneten Kurvenbahn (12) ausstellbar ist, dad urch ge ken nzeichnet, dass das Ausstellelement (7) oberseitig ein linienförmiges, flexibles Element (9) zur Abdichtung eines während des öffnungs- und/oder Schließvorganges des Dachteils (3) bestehenden spaltartigen Zwischenraums (8) zwischen einer Unterseite (3a) des Dachteils (3) und dem Ausstellelement (7) aufweist.1.
