Abstract

L'invention propose un procédé de réalisation d'un arbre (10) qui comporte un premier tronçon, un deuxième tronçon cannelé et un troisième tronçon (T3) comportant une face (22) d'épaulement de butée pour le lanceur, comportant les étapes suivantes : - a) usinage de ces trois tronçons; - b) réalisation des cannelures extérieures du deuxième tronçon; - c) traitement thermique de surface d'au moins une partie axiale de l'arbre de lanceur (10); caractérisé en ce que le procédé comporte une étape supplémentaire, préalable à l'étape de traitement thermique, pour réduire les contraintes mécaniques résiduelles résultant des étapes antérieures au traitement thermique. Cette étape supplémentaire est une étape de recuit, notamment par chauffage par induction, d'au moins une portion axiale (18-22, T3) de l'arbre de lanceur (10).
