Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft nichtkorrosive Hilfsstoffe zum Aluminiumlöten und zur Veredelung von Aluminiumlegierungen auf Basis von Alkalifluoraluminaten, deren Herstellung sowie deren Verwendung. Die nichtkorrosiven Hilfsstoffe enthalten erfindungsgemäss mitgefällten Metallate. Zur Bildung der Metallate werden Metallverbindungen der Elemente der 2. bis 5. Hauptgruppe des PSE oder Nebengruppenelemente in Form ihrer Salze oder Oxide als Reaktionspartner eingesetzt. Insbesondere werden z.B. deren Halogenide, Nitrate, Karbonate, Sulfate, Phosphate, Borate, Hexafluorosilikate oder Oxide verwendet. Erfindungsgemäss werden die Metallverbindung in die Reaktionsmischung aus Flusssäure und/oder Tonerde-Hydrat und/oder Alkaliverbindung eingetragen, wobei der Zeitpunkt der Zugabe der Metallverbindung in Abhängigkeit vom gewünschten FunktionaIisierungsgrad der Oberfläche varriiert werden kann.
