Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Flussmittel zum Auftragen auf und zur Reduzierung von Oxidschichten auf einer metallischen festen oder schmelzflüssigen Oberfläche bestehend zumindest aus Kalium, Fluor und Anteilen an Wasser, wobei das Flussmittel aus einem Reaktionsmittel aus Anteilen an Zirkonfluorid und/oder Lithiumfluorid und/oder Natrium-Siliziumfluorid und/oder Kaliumkryolith und/oder Kalium-Aluminiumfluorid (KaAIF4) und Anteilen an Salzen auf Basis von Zirkon und/oder Lithium und/oder Kalium und/oder Natrium und/oder Bismut und/oder Bor und/oder Titan gebildet ist. Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Gießen von Aluminiumbasis-Legierungen, und der Einsatz des erfindungsgemäßen Flussmittels zur Reduzierung von Oxidschichten auf schmelzflüssigen Aluminiumbasis-Legierungen.
