Abstract

L'invention concerne une caisse en bois (1) destinée au conditionnement de produits d'hortofruticulture. Cette caisse est composée d'une base (5), de deux grands côtés (2), de deux petits côtés (3) et de quatre coins de renfort (4), ces éléments étant assemblés les uns aux autres par un système de languettes et de rainures (6). Cet ensemble comprend également quatre coins de renfort disposés dans les coins intérieurs de la caisse (1), qui sont fixés aux grands (2) et aux petits (3) côtés au moyen d'une colle à séchage rapide. Les côtés et les coins de renfort présentent des cavités (4.1) au niveau de leur zone de mise en contact qui permettent d'assurer une pénétration optimale de la colle, d'éviter que la caisse ne se désunisse, et d'augmenter la résistance de ladite caisse. Les caisses (1) de grande taille comprennent au niveau de la partie extérieure de leur base (5) des lattes de renfort (5.2) disposées de manière transversale par rapport à l'orientation de la fibre du bois de la base (5).
