Chosen 30 subjects, male or female, not having dental caries were fed with the same meal, and then their initial levels of halitosis were measured using Halimeter. Subsequently, each of the above edible film compositions was adhered to the tongue, and then their levels of halitosis were measured again using Halimeter after the film was completely dissolved by saliva. The Halimeter was performed as above mentioned. The values of halitosis were averaged to obtain inhibitory rates on halitosis of the edible film. The results are shown in Table 8.
