  • the pot and the accessory according to the invention can be made of the most suitable materials; preferably the pot and the accessory will be made of stainless steel, with triple base (3 ply capsule) (stainless steel-copper/aluminium-stainless steel) for an optimised diffusion of the heat; while the handles will be made of material having a low heat conduction as wood, resin, bakelite, etc.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une casserole pour la cuisson des pâtes (10) présentant la forme d'un cône tronqué et comportant des sections ellipsoïdes (11) et des poignées (12). Cette casserole permet de déterminer la quantité d'eau nécessaire pour cuire une quantité donnée de pâtes.
