Cette invention se rapporte à un appareil à matrice d'estampage progressive, qui comprend une matrice inférieure, sur la surface supérieure de laquelle est acheminé un matériau de réserve en bande; une presse supérieure montant et descendant contre la matrice inférieure pour l'estampage du matériau de réserve en bande, afin de produire plusieurs feuillets; et un poinçon de formation de trou taraudé d'interverrouillage combiné à la presse supérieure, afin de presser le matériau de réserve en bande pour former un trou taraudé d'interverrouillage. Un trou de poinçon ayant une forme correspondant à une section du poinçon de formation de trou taraudé d'interverrouillage est formé dans une surface supérieure de la matrice supérieure avec un espace libre prédéterminé, pour que le poinçon de formation de trou taraudé d'interverrouillage y soit inséré. En outre, au moins un évidement libre est formé dans une partie du trou de poinçon, pour que le matériau de réserve en bande y soit partiellement poussé, par déformation élastique, lors de la formation du trou taraudé d'interverrouillage.
