Definitions
- the invention is based on a method for processing a material according to the preamble of the first claim.
- the invention also relates to a packaging container for carrying out the method according to the preamble of the independent device claim.
- substances, in particular powder, that are to be mixed with a second substance, in particular a liquid, for their processing are sold in a bag.
- the bag is opened and the amount of the substance to be mixed is placed in a mixing vessel.
- the second substance or mixture of substances is then added and the substances are mixed together in order to further process the mixture.
- An example of such a substance is, for example, concrete or mortar.
- the desired amount of concrete or mortar is removed from the bag and placed in a mixing bowl.
- a cup made of an elastic plastic material is usually used for small quantities.
- water is added as a second substance and mixed intimately with a spatula and the mixture is then processed using a spatula or a trowel.
- this procedure is particularly complex for do-it-yourselfers and additional tools are required.
- soup noodles it is known to offer them in a hard plastic cup, where hot water can then be poured directly into this cup and the noodles can be consumed directly from the cup.
- this packaging requires a large volume and is very complex.
- the object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages of the prior art in a method for processing a material and a packaging container for carrying out the method of the type mentioned at the beginning and to provide a method and a device which are simple to process of the material allowed without additional aids. According to the invention, this is achieved by the features of the first claim and the independent device claim.
- the advantages of the invention can be seen, inter alia, in the fact that the substances are directly in the packaging container, i.e. in the bag, can be mixed and then the mixture can be processed directly from the bag.
- the bag has only small dimensions for storage and thus takes up little storage space.
- the substance mixture can be mixed directly in the bag after it has been closed.
- the mixture can be processed directly from the remaining lower part of the bag. So there are no other tools, i.e. Container needed.
- the lower part of the bag with any remaining remnants of the mixture can be thrown away. There is no need for time-consuming cleaning of tools or containers, which greatly simplifies use.
- the tool required for further processing of the mixture is detachably arranged on the bag.
- Figure 1 is a plan view from the side of a bag according to the invention.
- Fig. 2 is a plan view from above of an inventive bag without filling.
- a packaging container 1 hereinafter referred to as a bag
- the bag 1 consists essentially of two wall elements 2 and 3 and a closable opening 4.
- the opening 4 is closed by means of a cover 5.
- the two wall elements 2 and 3 are circumferentially connected to one another and to the opening 4 by means of a weld seam 6, so that an interior closed off from the outside is created.
- the floor element 7 is welded to the wall elements 2, 3 and can be welded to the wall elements 2 and 3 by additional welds 8 in the corner areas of the floor area in order to reinforce and stabilize these corner areas.
- the wall of the bag can consist of different materials. Usually several layers of different materials are combined per wall element 2, 3 or floor element 7. So the wall of the bag can consist of a polyethylene, which with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is laminated. If, in particular, moisture-sensitive materials are to be kept in the bag, additional vapor barriers may have to be provided.
- PET polyethylene terephthalate
- the lid and the filling opening of the bag can be made of polyethylene or polypropylene, for example.
- the bag can be sealed by known methods, e.g. thermally or by ultrasound.
- the bag advantageously has a tear-open device below the filling opening, comprising a notch 9 and a scoring 10 on the outer wall of the bag.
- the incision is advantageously produced by means of a laser, but can also be carried out by a mechanical cutting device or other methods.
- the film of the bag is scored, but not cut through. The scoring may only be so strong and deep that the bag does not tear open along the scoring itself, but must be such that the bag can be torn open by hand.
- the second substance for example water
- the amount to be filled in can be indicated by means of a filling mark 11 on the bag, but depending on the content of the bag, it may also be more sensible to measure the amount of the second substance to be added beforehand and then to add it.
- the air is pressed out of the bag, the bag is closed with the lid and shaken and, if necessary, kneaded until the desired mixing is achieved.
- the bag is torn open by means of the tear-open device and the upper part is torn off, whereby this part can be thrown away.
- the tear-open device can also be omitted.
- the upper part of the bag can then be cut off, for example, using a cutting tool. If necessary, a cutting mark can then be attached to the bag so that it is clear where the upper part has to be cut off.
- the mixture obtained can now be processed, the remaining part serving as a processing container. Due to the specially designed bottom area, the remaining part stands securely and the remaining part of the bag has a cup shape.
- a spatula or another tool for processing the contents of the bag can be arranged on the bag, which is detachably glued, for example, to the outside of the bag. The mixture can then be processed using this spatula. After processing the mixture, the bag with the spatula can simply be thrown away. This means that no additional tools are required and no tools have to be cleaned.
- the second substance can also be supplied in a second bag, so that an exact mixing ratio can be achieved in each case.
- the use of a second bag is particularly advantageous if water or similar readily available substances are not used as the second substance.
- a third substance can also be added, e.g. Water or a substance from another bag. This is particularly advantageous if e.g. if different substances are mixed early, the shelf life of the substances is reduced, e.g. to avoid a premature chemical reaction. It goes without saying that any other substances can be added as described above. After adding the second substance and any other substances from the second or further bag into the first bag, the procedure is the same as described above, and premixes can possibly also be generated in the bags used.
- a powdered mortar or concrete mixture can be specified in the bag for use in construction. Such mortar mixtures are generally known.
- a previously measured amount of water is added via the opening 4.
- the excess air is then removed from the bag presses, the bag is closed and the bag is shaken and kneaded until an intimate mixture is formed.
- the upper part of the bag with the opening 4 is torn off by means of the tear-open device.
- a spatula detachably attached to the bag was removed from the bag before the water was added. Using this spatula, the ready-to-use mortar mixture can be processed directly from the remaining lower part of the bag. Any residues of the mortar mixture are thrown away with the lower part of the bag.
- Example 2 Analogously to example 1, a mortar mixture is specified in the bag according to the invention.
- a second bag which can have a smaller dimension than the first bag, concrete admixtures are specified.
- First water is added to the second bag, the bag is closed and the additives are dissolved or dispersed.
- the contents of the second bag are then poured into the first bag and, if necessary, filled with water up to the filling mark.
- the procedure is then continued in accordance with Example 1 and the mixture is processed.
- Example 3 For the cosmetics industry, e.g. a powdered face mask can be specified. Analogously to Example 1, water is added, mixed and the mixture thus obtained is processed directly from the bag, i.e. applied. A spatula attached to the bag can also be used for application.
- the bag can contain dried dishes, for example pasta with powdered sauce. Warm or hot water is now added to the bag, mixed and the upper part of the bag is removed. With a fork and / or spoon detachably attached to the bag, the food can be consumed directly from the remaining part of the bag after a corresponding waiting time.
- Example 5
- a resin e.g. an epoxy resin.
- a hardener is specified in a second smaller bag. The hardener is poured from the second bag into the first bag, the first bag is closed after the air has been pressed out. The first bag is then shaken and, if necessary, kneaded to achieve an intimate mixture. Then the upper part of the bag with the opening 4 is torn off by means of the tear-open device. A spatula detachably attached to the bag was removed from the bag before the hardener was added. Using this spatula, the ready-to-use resin mixture can be processed from the bottom part of the bag. Any residues of the resin mixture are thrown away with the lower part of the bag.
- the invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments shown and described.
- the bag according to the invention is suitable for all possible substances and can be used wherever two or more substances have to be mixed with one another and then the mixture has to be processed.
- the invention can thus be used in any areas of application.
