Description

METHOD FOR PROCESSING A MATERIAL AND PACKING CONTAINER TO CARRY OUT THIS METHOD Technical Field The invention is based on a method for processing a material according to the preamble of the first claim. The invention also relies on a packaging container for carrying out the method according to the preamble of the independent device claim. Prior Art It is often the case that materials, in particular powdered materials which are intended to be mixed with a second material, in particular with a liquid, for processing, are sold in a bag. For the purpose of mixing with the second material, the bag is opened and the amount of the material to be mixed is put in a mixing vessel. After that, the second material or the mixture of material is added and the materials are mixed together to further process the mixture. An example of this material is for example concrete or mortar. The desired quantity of concrete or mortar is taken from the bag and taken to a mixing vessel. For small quantities, a container made of an elastic plastic material is normally used for this purpose. Water is then added as the second material and mixed intimately with a spatula, and the mixture is then processed by a spatula or a trowel or spoon. However, this procedure is complicated, particularly for an employee of various tasks or fix-all, and they require additional tools.
In the food sector, for example soups or creams in the form of powder are sold in bags. To consume the products, the bag is opened and the powder is put in a container, where water or milk is added afterwards, it is stirred and the product can be eaten after a little time. The consumer of the products in this way requires additional tools to prepare the products. For noodle soup, it is known to provide these in a container made of hard plastic, where water can be added directly into this container and the noodles can be consumed directly from the container. However, these packages require a large volume and are very expensive. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The invention is based on the objective, in a method for processing a material and a packaging container to carry out the method, of the type mentioned at the beginning, to avoid the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a method and a device that allows simple processing of the material without additional auxiliaries. In accordance with the invention, this is achieved by the features of the first claim and the device-independent claim. The advantages of the invention will be seen, among others, since the materials can be mixed directly in the packaging container, ie in the bag, and then the mixture can be processed directly from the bag. The bag only has small dimensions for storage and in this way, it occupies little storage space. After the addition of other materials, the mixture of materials can be prepared directly in the bag, after the latter has been closed. After it has been torn In the upper part, the mixture can be processed directly from the remaining lower part of the bag. In this way, no other tools are required, ie containers. Following the processing of the mixture, the bottom of the bag with any remaining residues of the mixture, can be discarded. The complicated cleaning of tools or containers is eliminated, which simplifies the application considerably. Further advantageous refinements of the invention arise from the sub-claims. For example, it is particularly fast if the tool required for further processing of the mixture is disposed removably in the bag. Brief Description of the Drawing In the following text, when using the drawings, exemplary embodiments of the invention will be explained in greater detail. In the various figures, identical elements are provided with the same reference symbols. Figure 1 shows a view from the side of a bag according to the invention; Figure 2 shows a view from the top of a bag according to the invention, without filling. Only the essential elements for an immediate understanding of the invention are illustrated. Forms for Implementing the Invention A packing container 1, designated as a bag in the following text, for containing a material, is illustrated in Figures 1 and 2. The bag 1 comprises substantially two wall elements 2 and 3 and an opening for 4. The opening 4 is closed by a cover 5. The two wall elements 2 and 3 are circumferentially connected to each other and to the opening 4 by a welded seam 6, such that an internal space is sealed from the outside . A lower element 7 must advantageously be arranged additionally in the lower region of the bag 1, by means of this element the bag is secure, for example on a table or shelf. The bottom element 7 is welded to the wall elements 2, 3 and can be welded to the wall elements 2 and 3 by additional welds 8 in the corner regions of the bottom region, to reinforce and stabilize these regions of corner. Depending on the application, the wall of the bag may consist of different materials. Usually, a plurality of layers of different materials are combined for each wall element 2, 3 and bottom element 7. For example, the wall of the bag may consist of a polyethylene that is laminated with polyethylene terephthalate (PET). If moisture-sensitive materials are to be kept in the bag in particular, additional vapor barriers may have to be provided. The lid and the filling opening of the bag can be made of polyethylene or polypropylene, for example. The welding of the bag can be carried out by known methods, for example thermally or by ultrasound. Below the filling opening, the bag advantageously has a tear-opening device comprising a notch 7 and a dotted line 10 in the outer wall of the bag. The dotted line is advantageously produced by a laser, but it can also be carried out by mechanical cutting devices or other methods. The film in the bag has the dotted line but it is not cut through. The application of lines of Points should not be carried out so intensely and deeply that the bag is torn on the dotted line by itself, but should be such that the bag can be torn by hand. Through the opening 4, the second material, for example water, is placed in the appropriate amount. The amount to be fed may be indicated by a fill mark 11 on the bag but, depending on the contents of the bag, it may also be faster to measure in advance the amount of the second material to add and then add it. Then the air is expelled from the bag, the bag is closed with the lid and stirred and possibly kneaded until the desired complete mixing has been achieved. After that, the bag is torn by the tearing device and the top part is detached, it being possible for that part to be discarded. Instead of tearing by opening the bag by opening the tearing device, the tear opening device can also be omitted. The upper part of the bag can then for example be cut by a cutting tool. In any case, a cut mark must be applied to the bag, so that it is clear when the upper part must be detached by cutting. The mixture obtained can then be processed, the remaining part serves as a processing vessel. By means of the specifically configured bottom region, the remaining part remains secure and the remaining part of the bag is cup shaped. A spatula or other tool for processing the contents of the bag can be disposed in the bag, for example it is detachably attached to the outer side of the bag. By means of this spatula, the mixture can be processed. After processing the mixture, the bag can simply be discarded with the spatula. This way no additional tools are required, nor do tools have to be cleaned. The second material can also be supplied in a second bag at the same time, so that in each case an exact mixing ratio can be achieved. The use of a second bag is advantageous, particularly when the second material used is not water or materials that are similarly readily available. Following the addition of the second material of the second bag, or before this, a third material can also be added, for example water or a material of an additional bag. This is advantageous in particular if, for example, in the case of premature mixing of different materials, the capacity of the materials to be stored is reduced, for example in order to avoid a premature chemical reaction. It goes without saying that any desired additional substances can be added as previously described. After the addition of the second material and possible additional materials of the second or extra bags in the first bag, the procedure is exactly as described above; if appropriate, pre-mixes can also be produced in the bags used. Example 1: For the application in the construction sector, a mixture of concrete or mortar powder can be provided in the bag. These mortar mixtures are known in general. As the second material, a previously measured amount of water is added through the opening 4. After that, the excess air is squeezed out of the bag, the bag is closed and the bag is stirred and kneaded until a intimate mix. The top of the The bag with the opening 4 is detached by the tearing device. A spatula fixed removably to the bag has been removed from the bag prior to the addition of water. By means of this spatula, the mortar mix that is now ready for use can be processed directly from the remaining lower part of the bag. Any possible residues of the mortar mix are discarded with the bottom of the bag. Example 2 In a manner analogous to Example 1, a mortar mixture is provided in the bag according to the invention. Concrete additives are provided in a second bag that may have smaller dimensions than the first bag. First of all, water is now placed in the second bag, the bag closes and the additives dissolve or disperse. After that, the contents of the second bag are emptied into the first bag and in any case filled with water, up to the filling mark. After that, the additional procedure corresponds to Example 1 and the mixture is processed. Example 3: For the cosmetics industry, for example a powder mask can be provided in the bag. In a manner analogous to Example 1, water is added, mixed and the mixture obtained in this way is processed directly from the bag, ie applied. A spatula adapted in the bag can also be used for the application. Example 4: As an example of the food industry, dry foods may be contained in the bag, for example pasta, with a powder sauce. Warm or warm water is added to the bag, mixed and the top of the bag It is removed. By using a fork and / or spoon fixed in removable form to the bag, the food can be consumed directly from the remaining part of the bag after an appropriate waiting time. Example 5: A resin, for example an epoxy resin is provided in a first bag. A hardener is provided in a second, smaller bag. The hardener is emptied from the second bag in the first bag, the first bag is closed after the air has been removed by compression. After that, the first bag is stirred and possibly kneaded in order to achieve an intimate blend. The upper part of the bag with the opening 4 is detached by the tearing device. A spatula fixed removably in the bag has been removed from the bag prior to the addition of the hardener. By means of this spatula, the resin mixture that is now ready for use can be processed from the bottom part of the bag. Any residues of the resin mixture are discarded with the bottom of the bag. Of course, the invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiments illustrated and described. The bag according to the invention is suitable for all possible materials and can be used each time two or more materials have to be mixed together and the mixture to be processed. In this way, the invention can be used in any desired application areas.
