The bag body 11 is made of a known flexible material. For example, materials such as aluminum, barrier films, and plastics can be used.
Moreover, the bag body 11 may be entirely made of the same material, or may be made of two or more kinds of materials. In the case where two or more materials are used, for example, the portion of the bag 11 that is joined on the discharge port 12 side and the opening of the bag 11 are made of a soft plastic such as polyethylene. A form in which the portion is formed of aluminum can be employed.
In this embodiment, the bag body 11 is connected in the direction from the upper part of the discharge port 12 side toward the opening. (The hatched portion in FIGS. 1 and 2).
The respective openings themselves of the bag 11 are not connected.
According to the present invention, the contents filled in the bag body 11 can be discharged without being mixed.
In addition, by not connecting the openings of the bag 11, for example, when the contents are food, the opening of the specific bag 11 is selected, the opening of the specific bag 11 is directly closed, and the specific bag 11 is opened. The contents filled in the bag body 11 can be selectively eaten.
In addition, it is also possible to adopt a form in which the opening of the bag body 11 is joined.
Also, the opening of the bag body 11 is welded and sealed at both sides and the upper end thereof. The same applies to the embodiments described later.
The method of welding the openings of the bag body 11 and the method of connecting the openings are not particularly limited, and can be formed by a known method (for example, crimping under heating conditions, etc.) using known equipment.
As another form, one partition 14 extends from a portion (F in FIG. 5) where two bag walls of adjacent bag bodies 11 are connected. It can also be configured to extend to (FIG. 5).
According to this embodiment, the thickness of the ejection port 12 is reduced by reducing the number of sheets forming the ejection port 12 . As a result, for example, even when the contents of the bag 11 are eaten by directly touching the ejection port 12, the ejection port 12 can be easily held in the mouth. In addition, since the thickness of the discharge port 12 is reduced, the bag body 11 can be easily torn when opened. A means for opening the discharge port 12 will be described later.
In addition, the structure of the portion extending from the bag body 11 to the discharge port 12 is not limited to this. For example, two partitions 12 may extend to the ejection port 12 from a portion where two bag walls of the adjacent bag bodies 11 are connected.
The size of the bag body 11 is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately designed depending on the size and amount of contents, the assumed user of the packaging container 1, the situation where the packaging container 1 is assumed to be used, etc. .
In this embodiment, the discharge port 12 is formed by each opening of a plurality of bags 11 (FIGS. 1 and 2). That is, in this embodiment, a separate pouring device is not provided for discharging the contents of the bag 11, and each opening is sealed.
According to this embodiment, the contents filled in the bag body 11 can be taken out without being mixed.
Alternatively, for example, the discharge port 12 may be sealed by integrally sealing the bag walls of the bag body 11 .
In this case, all the openings of the plurality of bags 11 can be opened by opening the discharge port 12 once.
Here, the form of the unsealing means of the discharge port 12 is not particularly limited. For example, a gap may be provided in the welding allowance formed by welding either or both of the left and right edges of the opening of the bag body 11 . In this embodiment, the discharge port 12 can be opened starting from the cut provided in the welding margin.
When the welding allowance is provided on both the left and right edges of the opening, the cut may be provided only on one side, or the cut may be provided on both sides.
The upper end of the discharge port 12 may be welded for sealing, and either or both of the left and right edges may be welded to form a gap in the welding allowance. In this case, it is preferable to provide a gap in the welding margin of the left and right edges located below the welding margin formed for sealing at the upper end of the discharge port 12 .
The number of cuts provided in the welding allowance is not particularly limited.
Further, it is also possible to adopt a form in which fine scratches are provided at predetermined intervals on the surface of the welding allowance formed by welding either or both of the left and right edges of the opening of the bag body 11 . The diameter of fine scratches is preferably 1 mm or less, more preferably 0.5 mm or less. The predetermined interval is preferably 1 mm or less, more preferably 0.5 mm or less.
This form employs a so-called Magic Cut (registered trademark) structure, and by applying stress to the welding allowance provided with fine scratches, the ejection port can be easily opened.
In addition, perforations are formed from one end to the other end of the welding margin formed by welding either or both of the left and right edges of the opening of the bag body 11, and the discharge port 12 is formed along the perforations. It can also be in the form of being unsealed. In this case, the perforation is preferably formed with the welding margins of the left and right edges located below the welding margin formed for sealing at the upper end of the discharge port 12 as end points.
Further, a slit is formed in the bag body 11 from one end to the other end of the welding margin formed by welding either or both of the left and right edges of the opening of the bag body 11 to form a thinned portion. It can also be in the form of In the case of this embodiment, by pulling the end of the bag 11, the bag 11 is torn along the slit, and the discharge port 12 can be opened. In the case of this embodiment, it is preferable to attach a handle to the side of the discharge port 12 rather than the slit so that the bag body 11 can be easily torn. Also in this embodiment, the slits are preferably formed with the welding margins of the left and right edges located below the welding margin formed for sealing at the upper end of the ejection port 12 as end points.
Note that the configuration of the ejection port 12 is not limited to the above. For example, the discharge port 12 can be configured to connect one pouring tool to each opening of the bag body 11, or can be configured to connect one pouring tool to the opening of the bag body 11 collectively. can also be
The pouring tool is not particularly limited as long as the contents filled in the bag body 11 can be taken out of the bag body 11. For example, a spout can be used as the pouring tool.
According to the present invention, the bag walls of the plurality of bags 11 are independent of each other on the bottom side, and are joined together on the discharge port 12 side. (Fig. 4).
In this embodiment, the plurality of bags 11 are combined so as to overlap each other in the thickness direction.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it can be set as the packaging container which does not become too wide, and is easy to hold with one hand.
The method of joining the plurality of bags 11 is not particularly limited, and for example, they may be joined so as to line up in the width direction of the bags 11 .
In this embodiment, even after the discharge port 12 is opened, the plurality of bags 11 are kept connected. For example, the plurality of bags 11 may be configured so that the coupling of the plurality of bags 11 is maintained after the discharge port 12 is opened by welding the outlet 12 side of the plurality of bags 11 by a known method or the like. However, the method is not particularly limited.
According to this aspect, the filled contents can be taken out without being mixed. In addition, it is possible to prevent the plurality of bags 11 from coming apart after the discharge port 12 is opened, thereby reducing waste.
In the present invention, there are no particular restrictions on the content filled in the bag body 11 of the packaging container 1 .
For example, it may be a liquid such as a drink, a semi-solid such as nursing care food or baby food, or a solid such as ordinary rice and/or side dishes.
When the content is a solid, it is preferable to fill the solid with a size smaller than the inner diameter of the ejection port 12 because of ease of ejection from the ejection port 12 . Moreover, when filling with a solid having a size larger than the inner diameter of the opening of the bag body 11, it is preferable to fill with a solid that is soft enough to be crushed by pressing with a hand.
