Definitions

  • the present invention relates to containers and packaging products.
  • Patent Document 1 discloses a container in which a fluid is stored in a flexible storage portion so that an ingestor or a caregiver can easily take out the fluid. The ingestor or the caregiver can take out the fluid contained in the accommodating portion by pressing the accommodating portion.
  • Patent Document 1 since the container described in Patent Document 1 has only one accommodation space for accommodating the fluid, only one type of fluid can be accommodated. Therefore, there is a problem that the taste, texture, viscosity, appearance, and odor of the liquid substance upon oral ingestion are uniform, and the ingestor tends to get tired of it. For example, when it is difficult to orally ingest a liquid substance due to a cause such as bitterness and roughness, the ingestor feels discomfort in the tongue and throat, and stresses the ingestor. In addition, if the smell or taste of the liquid that rises from the stomach due to aspiration etc. is not preferable to the ingestor after nasal or enteral ingestion, the ingestor may feel discomfort and stress the ingestor.
  • the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and provides a container capable of reducing the burden on an ingestor who ingests a fluid, and a packaged product containing the fluid in the container.

It has a flexible accommodation part and a port which is open for free passage of the above-mentioned plurality of accommodation spaces, and takes out the above-mentioned fluid which was extruded from the plurality of accommodation spaces along an extrusion direction.
  • the container configured as described above it is possible to take out from the port two or more kinds of fluids having different tastes, textures, viscosities, appearances and odors. This makes it possible to reduce the burden on the ingestor by controlling the taste and texture, the retention time on the tongue, the appearance, the odor, etc. that the ingestor feels when ingesting the fluid.

Description

Containers and packaging products
The present invention relates to containers and packaging products.
Patients and persons requiring nursing care, especially children and the elderly, may have difficulty in orally ingesting food, nutritional supplements, and drugs due to various diseases and weak constitutions. Therefore, oral, nasal, or enteral liquids such as liquid foods in which liquids such as meals, nutritional supplements, and medicines are fluidized so that the user can easily take them are known.
For example, Patent Document 1 below discloses a container in which a fluid is stored in a flexible storage portion so that an ingestor or a caregiver can easily take out the fluid. The ingestor or the caregiver can take out the fluid contained in the accommodating portion by pressing the accommodating portion.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-2339
However, since the container described in Patent Document 1 has only one accommodation space for accommodating the fluid, only one type of fluid can be accommodated. I will end up. In addition, when the color of the fluid is unsightly, there is a problem that the ingestion of the fluid is discouraged by the ingestor. Therefore, when ingesting a fluid by using a container that can store only one type of fluid as in Patent Document 1, the ingestor may be burdened.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and provides a container capable of reducing the burden on an ingestor who ingests a fluid, and a packaged product containing the fluid in the container. The purpose is to
In the container according to the present invention which achieves the above object, a plurality of storage spaces capable of storing two or more kinds of fluids having different tastes, textures, viscosities, appearances and odors are formed. It has a flexible accommodation part and a port which is open for free passage of the above-mentioned plurality of accommodation spaces, and takes out the above-mentioned fluid which was extruded from the plurality of accommodation spaces along an extrusion direction.
With the container configured as described above, it is possible to take out from the port two or more kinds of fluids having different tastes, textures, viscosities, appearances and odors. This makes it possible to reduce the burden on the ingestor by controlling the taste and texture, the retention time on the tongue, the appearance, the odor, etc. that the ingestor feels when ingesting the fluid.

<First Embodiment>
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a container 1 according to this embodiment.
The container 1 is a flexible container in which a plurality of storage spaces 11 to 13 capable of storing two or more types of fluid P having different types of at least one of taste, texture, viscosity, appearance and odor are defined. It is composed of a housing portion 10 and a port 20 which communicates with the plurality of housing spaces 11 to 13 and takes out the fluid P extruded from the plurality of housing spaces 11 to 13 along the extrusion direction.
Here, in the present specification, the "fluid P" is a semi-solid liquid food that is taken orally, nasally, or enterally, and the liquid food and a solid drug (oral drug) are mixed. It is defined as containing at least one of a mixture and a semi-solid drug.
Also, "semi-solid form" is defined to include thickened, sol-like, or jelly-like forms. Here, the thickened liquid is a liquid with high viscosity. The sol is a colloid in which a solid dispersoid is dispersed in a liquid dispersion touch. The jelly form is a solid containing a large amount of liquid.
Also, “liquid food” includes nutritional supplements for patients with diseases, nursing food for care recipients, baby food for babies, etc. The "solid drug" includes powders (powder / fine granules), tablets, capsules and the like.
The ingestor slides the plurality of fluids P stored in the plurality of storage spaces 11 to 13 from the port 20 by sliding the finger toward the port 20 while pressing the storage portion 10 with the finger. It can be pushed out and taken out. In this specification, the direction in which the plurality of fluids P are extruded from the container 10 is defined as the "extrusion direction", and is indicated by the arrow X in each drawing. Further, since the fluid P flows along the extrusion direction X, the rear side of the extrusion direction X (right side of FIG. 1) is referred to as “upstream side”, and the front side of the extrusion direction X (left side of FIG. 1). It is called "downstream side".
In the present embodiment, the container 1 that contains the oral fluid P will be described.
(Container)
2A to 2D are views showing a cross section of the accommodating portion 10 orthogonal to the extrusion direction X. As shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 2A to 2D, the housing portion 10 is composed of two films, a front side film 10a and a back side film 10b. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2A to 2D, the accommodating portion 10 has a first fusion-bonding portion 10c in which outer edge portions are heat-fusion-bonded to each other while leaving a part of the two laminated films 10a and 10b. .. The accommodating portion 10 is formed in a bag shape by the first fusion bonding portion 10c. The accommodation unit 10 is not limited to the configuration including two films, and may be formed, for example, by heat-sealing the end portion (opening) of a tubular sheet.
As shown in FIG. 1, the accommodating portion 10 is formed inside the first fusion-bonding portion 10c of the two laminated films 10a and 10b, and from the upstream end of the accommodating portion 10 in the extrusion direction X. It has two second fusion-bonding portions 10d that are heat-fusion-bonded so as to extend linearly to the end portion on the downstream side. The accommodating part 10 includes three first accommodating spaces 11, a second accommodating space 12 and a third accommodating space 13 between the two films 10a and 10b by the first fusing part 10c and the second fusing part 10d. The accommodation space is partitioned and formed. It should be noted that the number of accommodation spaces is not limited to three as long as it is plural. Further, the joining method of the two films 10a and 10b is not limited to the heat fusion like the first fusion bonding section 10c and the second fusion bonding section 10d, and may be bonded via an adhesive, for example. ..
Of the outer edge portions of the two films 10a and 10b, the portions which are not heat-sealed by the first welding portion 10c form a plurality of openings 11H to 13H which communicate with the plurality of accommodation spaces 11 to 13, respectively. The first opening 11H connects the first accommodation space 11 and the port 20. The second opening 12H connects the second accommodation space 12 and the port 20. The third opening 13H connects the third accommodation space 13 and the port 20.
The two films 10a and 10b are formed of a flexible film made of resin. Examples of the flexible film include thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene.
2A is a sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. FIG. 2B is a sectional view taken along the line BB of FIG. FIG. 2C is a sectional view taken along the line CC of FIG. FIG. 2D is a sectional view taken along the line DD of FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 2A to 2D, in the present embodiment, the fluid P comprises three types of fluids P1 to P3. Different types of fluids P1 to P3 are stored in the plurality of storage spaces 11 to 13, respectively.
The line AA in FIG. 1 is located on the upstream side in the pushing direction X in the housing section 10. As shown in FIG. 2A, the ratio of the cross-sectional area A2 to the total area of the cross-sectional areas A1 to A3 (hereinafter referred to as “total cross-sectional area A1 to A3”) occupies the largest half (50%) or more. The ratio of the cross-sectional area A1 to the total cross-sectional area A1 to A3 and the ratio of the cross-sectional area A3 are almost the same.
BB line in FIG. 1 is located downstream of the AA line in the extrusion direction X in the housing section 10. As shown in FIG. 2B, the ratio of the sectional area A1 to the total sectional area A1 to A3 and the ratio of the sectional area A2 are substantially the same. The ratio of the sectional area A3 to the total sectional area A1 to A3 is the smallest.
The CC line in FIG. 1 is located downstream of the BB line in the extrusion direction X in the housing section 10. As shown in FIG. 2C, the ratio of the cross-sectional area A1, the ratio of the cross-sectional area A2, and the ratio of the cross-sectional area A3 to the total cross-sectional areas A1 to A3 are substantially the same.
The line DD in FIG. 1 is located downstream of the line CC in the pushing direction X in the housing section 10. As shown in FIG. 2D, the ratio of the sectional area A2 to the total sectional area A1 to A3 is the smallest. The ratio of the cross-sectional area A1 to the total cross-sectional area A1 to A3 and the ratio of the cross-sectional area A3 are almost the same.
As described above, in the cross section orthogonal to the extrusion direction X of the accommodation unit 10, the ratio of the plurality of accommodation spaces 11 to 13 to each other gradually changes along the extrusion direction X. With such a configuration, the ingestor extrudes the fluid P from the accommodating portion 10 along the extrusion direction X to be accommodated in the plurality of accommodating spaces 11 to 13 according to the ratio of the cross-sectional areas A1 to A3. It is possible to take out the plurality of fluids P1 to P3 from the port 20 while changing the ratio of the plurality of fluids P1 to P3.
Note that the ratio of the cross-sectional areas A1 to A3 can be variously modified by the arrangement of the second fusion-bonded portion 10d. For example, the ratio of the plurality of accommodation spaces 11 to 13 to each other may be changed stepwise (stepwise).
(port)
As shown in FIG. 1, the port 20 is heat-sealed to the end portion of the housing portion 10 on the downstream side in the extrusion direction X. The port 20 has a mouth portion 21 through which a plurality of fluids P are taken out, and a plurality of communication portions 22 to 24 that communicate the mouth portion 21 and each of the plurality of openings 11H to 13H. That is, the first opening 11H communicates with the first communication portion 22. The second opening 12H communicates with the second communication portion 23. The third opening 13H communicates with the third communication portion 24.
In the present embodiment, the mouth portion 21 is composed of a cylindrical member having one opening having a substantially constant cross section. The mouth portion 21 is divided into a plurality of portions so as to correspond to each of the plurality of communication portions 22 to 24 and is divided along the direction perpendicular to the central axis direction of the cylinder (flow direction of the fluid P). It may be configured by an opening.
The plurality of communication parts 22 to 24 communicate the plurality of storage spaces 11 to 13 of the storage part 10 with the mouth part 21. The plurality of communication portions 22 to 24 are partitioned and formed by heat fusion, adhesion, or the like, similarly to the plurality of accommodation spaces 11 to 13. Further, the inner diameters of the plurality of communicating portions 22 to 24 become smaller as they go from the corresponding plurality of openings 11H to 13H toward the mouth portion 21. Thereby, the fluid pressure for pushing out the plurality of fluids P to the mouth 21 can be secured.
With the configuration of the port 20 as described above, the fluid P accommodated in the plurality of accommodation spaces 11 to 13 sequentially passes through the plurality of openings 11H to 13H and the plurality of communication portions 22 to 24 and the mouth portion 21. Is extruded in the state of being divided up to. Thereby, the plurality of fluids P1 to P3 can be taken out from the mouth portion 21 of the port 20 in a divided state. Note that the container is not limited to the form in which the plurality of fluids P1 to P3 are taken out from the port 20 in a state of being divided for each type, and may be taken out in a mixed state.
Explain how to use the container 1 described above. 3A to 3E are views for explaining a method of using the container 1 according to the first embodiment.
The container 1 shown in FIG. 3A is in an initial state in which a plurality of fluids P1 to P3 are stored in a plurality of storage spaces 11 to 13. The ingestor slides the fingers toward the port 20 while pressing the sections D1 to D4 from the upstream end to the downstream end in the extruding direction X of the accommodating section 10 with the fingers to slide the plurality of accommodating sections. The fluid P contained in the spaces 11 to 13 is taken out from the port 20.
First, as shown in FIG. 3B, the ingestor presses the accommodation spaces 11 to 13 in the section D1 so as to crush them. As a result, the volumes of the storage spaces 11 to 13 for the fluid P are reduced by the capacity of the plurality of storage spaces 11 to 13 in the section D1. Therefore, the plurality of fluids P1 to P3 corresponding to the capacities of the plurality of accommodation spaces 11 to 13 in the section D1 are pushed out from the port 20. Here, referring to FIG. 2A, the ratio of the cross-sectional area A2 of the second accommodation space 12 within the range of the section D1 shown in FIG. 3B occupies more than half of the total cross-sectional areas A1 to A3. Therefore, the volume of the fluid P2 accounts for more than half of the total volume of the fluids P1 to P3 accommodated in the accommodation spaces 11 to 13 in the section D1 shown in FIG. 3B. Therefore, when the section D1 is pressed, the volume of the fluid P2 taken out from the port 20 occupies more than half of the total volume of the fluids P1 to P3. Therefore, the ingestor has the strongest taste and smell of the fluid P2. Also, the texture that the ingestor feels depends on the fluid P2 with the highest proportion, and the ingestor feels the texture of the fluid P2 most strongly.
Also, the higher the viscosity of the fluid P, the longer the residence time on the tongue of the ingestor, and the longer the ingestor feels the taste, texture and smell of the fluid P. Conversely, the lower the viscosity of the fluid P, the shorter the residence time on the tongue of the ingestor, and the shorter the time the ingestor feels the taste, texture and odor of the fluid P. Therefore, for example, when the viscosity of the fluid P2 is high, the ingestor takes a longer time to feel the taste, texture and smell of the fluid P2, so that the ingestor further enhances the taste, texture and smell of the fluid P2. feel. On the other hand, when the viscosities of the fluids P1 and P3 are low, the time for the ingestor to feel the taste, texture and smell of the fluids P1 and P3 is shortened, so that the ingestor has a taste and texture of the fluids P1 and P3. And it doesn't smell much. By changing the viscosities of the plurality of fluids P1 to P3 in this way, it is possible to control the time for physically feeling the taste, texture, appearance, odor, and the like.
Next, as shown in FIG. 3C, the plurality of accommodation spaces 11 to 13 in the section D2 adjacent to the downstream side of the section D1 in the extrusion direction X are pressed so as to be crushed. In this case, referring to FIG. 2B, within the range of section D2 shown in FIG. 3C, the ratio of cross-sectional area A1 to the total cross-sectional area A1 to A3 and the ratio of cross-sectional area A2 are almost the same, and the ratio of cross-sectional area A3 is Is the smallest. Therefore, when the section D2 is pressed, the volumes of the fluid P1 and the fluid P2 taken out from the port 20 are substantially equal to each other, and occupy most of the total volume of the fluids P1 to P3. Therefore, the ingestor most strongly feels the taste, texture and odor of the same amount of the fluid P1 and fluid P2.
Next, as shown in FIG. 3D, the plurality of accommodation spaces 11 to 13 in the section D3 adjacent to the downstream side of the section D2 in the extrusion direction X are pressed so as to be crushed. In this case, referring to FIG. 2C, in the range of section D3 shown in FIG. 3D, the ratio of cross-sectional area A1 to the total cross-sectional area A1 to A3, the ratio of cross-sectional area A2, and the ratio of cross-sectional area A3 are substantially the same. Is. Here, as shown in FIG. 3D, the cross-sectional areas A1 to A3 change within the range of the section D3, but the average values of the cross-sectional areas A1 to A3 within the range of the section D3 are equal. Therefore, when the section D3 is pressed, the volumes of the fluids P1 to P3 taken out from the port 20 are almost equal. Therefore, the ingestor feels the taste, texture and odor of the plurality of fluids P1 to P3 mixed in the same amount.
Next, as shown in FIG. 3E, the plurality of accommodation spaces 11 to 13 in the section D4 adjacent to the downstream side of the section D3 in the extrusion direction X are pressed so as to be crushed. In this case, referring to FIG. 2D, within the range of section D4 shown in FIG. 3E, the ratio of cross-sectional area A1 to the total cross-sectional area A1 to A3 is substantially the same as the ratio of cross-sectional area A3, and the ratio of cross-sectional area A2. Is the smallest. Therefore, when the section D4 is pressed, the volumes of the fluid P1 and the fluid P3 taken out from the port 20 are substantially equal to each other and occupy most of the total volume of the fluids P1 to P3. Therefore, the ingestor most strongly feels the taste, texture and odor in which the fluid P1 and the fluid P3 are mixed in the same amount.
As described above, the container 1 according to the present embodiment changes the proportion of the plurality of fluids P1 to P3 stored in the plurality of storage spaces 11 to 13 while changing the ratio of the plurality of fluids P1 to P3 for each type. It can be taken out from the port 20 in a divided state.
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a state where the ingestor has ingested the fluid in the container 1 according to the first embodiment.
When the mouth is directly attached to the port 20 of the container 1 according to this embodiment and a plurality of fluids P1 to P3 are ingested, or as shown in FIG. In any case, the plurality of fluids P1 to P3 are taken out from the port 20 in a state of being divided for each type. Therefore, it is possible to control the ratio of the plurality of fluids P that hit the tongue T of the ingestor, and the taste and texture that the ingestor feels when ingesting the plurality of fluids P1 to P3 and the tongue T of the ingestor. The above residence time, appearance, odor, etc. can be changed. Therefore, the ingestor can ingest a plurality of liquids P1 to P3 orally while enjoying the meal without getting tired.
Further, when the taste, texture, viscosity, appearance and odor ratio of the plurality of orally ingested liquids P1 to P3 are changed, if the ingestor can enjoy the meal without getting tired, the liquids without change The amount of activity of the tongue T of the ingestor is increased and the tongue T can be trained as compared with the case of ingesting orally. This leads to improvement of the tongue and appetite. Further, the muscle strength of the tongue T of the ingestor is reduced, and it is possible to prevent dryness of the mouth caused by the ingestion of the ingestor, so that the immunity of the ingestor can be improved. Therefore, ingestion of the fluid P by the container 1 according to the present embodiment can contribute to the health of the patient who has a disease, who needs care, and an infant.
As described above, the container 1 according to the present embodiment has a plurality of storage spaces 11 to 11 each capable of storing two or more types of fluids P having different tastes, textures, viscosities, appearances and odors. A plurality of fluids P extruded along the extrusion direction X are taken out from the plurality of accommodation spaces 11 to 13 in communication with the flexible accommodation section 10 in which 13 is defined and formed, and the plurality of accommodation spaces 11 to 13. And a port 20 that is
According to the container 1 as described above, two or more kinds of fluid P can be taken out from the port 20. As a result, the type or proportion of the fluid P that touches the tongue of the ingestor can be selectively changed. Therefore, by controlling the taste and texture, the retention time on the tongue, the appearance, the odor, etc., which the ingestor feels when ingesting the fluid P, the burden on the ingestor is reduced. can do.
Further, in the cross section of the accommodation portion 10 orthogonal to the extrusion direction X, the ratio of the plurality of accommodation spaces 11 to 13 to each other changes along the extrusion direction X. Accordingly, it is possible to take out from the port 20 while changing the ratio of the plurality of fluids P1 to P3 having at least one of taste, touch, and viscosity different. This makes it possible to change the taste and texture felt by the ingestor, the retention time on the tongue, the appearance, the odor, etc. when the fluid P is orally ingested. Therefore, the ingestor can take the fluid P orally while enjoying the meal without getting tired.
The liquid P that can be stored in the storage unit 10 is at least one of a semi-solid liquid food that is orally ingested, a mixture of the liquid food and a solid drug, and a semi-solid drug. Including one. This allows the ingestor to take a plurality of liquids P without any burden when ingested, without being influenced by the taste or texture of the liquid food or the medicine.
<Second Embodiment>
Next, the container 5 according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. The same components as those in the first embodiment described above are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing the container 5 according to the second embodiment. FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the container 5 according to the second embodiment. 5 and 6 are sectional views in which a part of the second bag portion 50b is cut away in order to explain the inside of the second bag portion 50b. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, in the container 5 according to the second embodiment, at least one of the accommodation spaces 51 and 52 of the accommodation unit 50 is contained in another accommodation space 52. The point is different from the first embodiment described above. In addition, as in the first embodiment, the container 5 according to the present embodiment stores the oral fluid P.
(Container)
As shown in FIG. 5, the accommodating portion 50 has a plurality of bag portions 50a and 50b. The first bag portion 50a is housed inside the second bag portion 50b. The 1st bag part 50a divides and forms the 1st accommodation space 51 in the inside. The second bag portion 50b defines a second accommodation space 52 between itself and the first bag portion 50a. In addition, although the number of the accommodation spaces of the container 5 according to the second embodiment is described as two, the number of the accommodation spaces is not particularly limited as long as it is plural.
The upstream end 10e of the first bag portion 50a in the extrusion direction X is joined to the second bag portion 50b by heat fusion. As a result, the first bag portion 50a is configured integrally with the second bag portion 50b so as not to move relative to the second bag portion 50b in the extrusion direction X. The method of joining the end portions 10e is not limited to heat fusion, and may be attached using an adhesive, for example.
As shown in FIG. 6, the first bag 50a has a first opening 51H that connects the first accommodation space 51 and the port 60 (see FIG. 5). The second bag portion 50b has a second opening 52H that connects the second accommodation space 52 and the port 60 (see FIG. 5). The opening position X1 of the first opening 51H is arranged upstream of the opening position X2 of the second opening 52H in the extrusion direction X. As a result, the timing of taking out the fluid P4 accommodated in the accommodation space 51 from the port 60 can be delayed from the timing of taking out the fluid P5 accommodated in the accommodation space 52 from the port 60.
Also, the cross-sectional area of the second opening 52H is larger than the cross-sectional area of the first opening 51H. As a result, the fluid P4 can be taken out from the port 60 in a state of being enclosed with the fluid P5. As a result, when the liquid P4 containing a solid drug or the like that is difficult to ingest due to bitterness or roughness is stored in the storage space 51, and the liquid P5 that is easy to ingest in taste or texture is stored in the storage space 52, A plurality of fluids P can be taken out from the port 60 with the animal P4 wrapped with the fluid P5.
The bag portions 50a and 50b are formed of a flexible film made of resin as in the case of the housing portion 10 of the first embodiment described above. Examples of the flexible film include thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene.
(port)
As shown in FIG. 5, the port 60 is different from the above-described first embodiment in that it is configured with only a mouth portion without a communication portion. The port 60 is directly attached to the downstream end of the first bag portion 50a of the housing portion 50 in the extrusion direction X by a joining method such as heat fusion. The first opening 51H and the second opening 52H communicate with the port 60. The configuration of the port 60 is similar to that of the mouth portion 21 of the first embodiment described above.
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a state where the ingestor has ingested the fluid in the container 5 according to the second embodiment.
When a plurality of liquids P are ingested by directly opening the port 60 of the container 5 according to the present embodiment, or as shown in FIG. In any of these cases, the plurality of fluids P are taken out from the port 60 in a state in which the one fluid P5 accommodated in the plurality of accommodation spaces 51 and 52 surrounds the other fluid P4. For this reason, only one fluid P5 taken out from the port 60, that is, the fluid P5 that is easily ingested, can be brought into contact with the tongue T of the ingestor. The ingestor hardly feels the taste or texture of the fluid P4 that is difficult to ingest, and feels only the taste or texture of the fluid P5 that is easy to ingest. This makes it possible to control the taste and texture felt by the ingestor, the residence time on the tongue T of the ingestor, the appearance, the odor, etc. when orally ingesting a plurality of liquids P, thereby reducing the burden on the ingestor. can do.
As described above, in the container 5 according to the present embodiment, among the plurality of accommodation spaces 51, 52, the first accommodation space 51 (corresponding to at least one accommodation space) is the second accommodation space 52 (other accommodation spaces). Equivalent to). For example, when the fluid P4 that is difficult to ingest due to bitterness or roughness is stored in the first storage space 51 and the fluid P5 that is easy to ingest is stored in the second storage space 52, the fluid P4 is wrapped with the fluid P5. In this state, it can be taken out from the port 60. As a result, only the fluid P5 can touch the tongue of the ingestor. Thereby, when the ingestor orally ingests a plurality of fluids P, it is difficult to feel the taste and texture of the fluid P4, which is difficult to ingest, and only the taste and texture of the fluid P5, which is easy to ingest, are controlled. It is possible to reduce the burden on the ingestor.
In addition, the housing portion 50 has a plurality of openings 51H and 52H that communicate the plurality of housing spaces 51 and 52 with the port 60, respectively, and the first opening portion 51H of the first housing space 51 included therein is It is arranged on the upstream side in the extrusion direction X with respect to the second opening 52H of the second accommodation space 52 included therein. As a result, the timing of taking out the fluid P4 accommodated in the first accommodation space 51 from the port 60 can be delayed from the timing of taking out the fluid P5 accommodated in the second accommodation space 52 from the port 60. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably control the fluid P4 that is difficult to ingest so as not to hit the tongue of the ingestor, and it is possible to further reduce the burden on the ingestor.
<Third Embodiment>
Next, the container 7 according to the third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 to 10. The same components as those in the first embodiment described above are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.
FIG. 8 is a schematic view of the container 7 according to the third embodiment. As shown in FIG. 8, the container 7 according to the third embodiment differs from the first embodiment described above in that a spoon-shaped accessory 9 is attached to the tip of the port 80. In addition, as in the first embodiment, the container 7 according to the present embodiment stores the oral fluid P.
(Container)
As shown in FIG. 8, the accommodation portion 70 of the container 7 according to the third embodiment corresponds to the plurality of accommodation spaces 71 and 72 defined by the second fusion-bonding portion 10d and the plurality of accommodation spaces 71 and 72. It has a plurality of openings 71H and 72H. In the form shown in FIG. 8, in the cross section orthogonal to the extrusion direction X of the accommodation portion 70, the ratio of the plurality of accommodation spaces 71, 72 occupying each other changes along the extrusion direction X. This makes it possible to take out the plurality of fluids P from the accommodation unit 10 in a state of being divided by type, while changing the ratio of the fluids P respectively accommodated in the plurality of accommodation spaces 71, 72. In addition, although the number of the accommodation spaces of the container 7 according to the third embodiment will be described as two, the number of the accommodation spaces is not particularly limited as long as it is plural. Further, the proportion of the fluid P may be formed so as to be constant along the extrusion direction X.
(port)
The port 80 is different from the above-described first embodiment in that the port 80 includes only a mouth portion without a communication portion. The port 80 is directly attached to the downstream end of the housing portion 10 in the extrusion direction X by a joining method such as heat fusion. The port 80 communicates with the first opening 71H and the second opening 72H. The port 80 is composed of a plurality of openings 82a, 82b, the inside of which is divided along the direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the fluid P so as to correspond to each of the plurality of openings 71H, 72H.
FIG. 9 is a sectional view of the port 80 and the spoon-shaped accessory 9. The port 80 is configured so that the spoon-shaped accessory 9 can be attached thereto. In the form shown in FIG. 9, the port 80 is composed of a cylindrical portion 81 formed at one end thereof with one opening having a substantially constant cross section, and a divided portion 82 including a plurality of openings 82a and 82b. To be done. The spoon-shaped accessory 9 (a mounting part 91 described later) is fitted into the cylindrical part 81 of the port 80 by being fitted therein.
(Spoon-shaped accessory)
As shown in FIG. 9, the spoon-shaped accessory 9 has a mounting portion 91, a plurality of communicating portions 92 and 93, and a ball portion 94.
The mounting portion 91 has a cylindrical shape, and is fitted into the cylindrical portion 81 of the port 80 by a slight indentation or the like. In the present embodiment, the mounting portion 91 is fitted inside the port 80 in the form shown in FIG. 9, but may be fitted outside.
The plurality of communication parts 92, 93 are formed by dividing the inside of the cylindrical member along a direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the fluid P. The first communication portion 92 communicates with the first opening 71H. The second communication portion 93 communicates with the second opening 72H. As a result, the plurality of communication portions 92, 93 can be taken out from the plurality of openings 71H, 72H in the state in which the fluids P6, P7 are divided by type.
The ball portion 94 holds the fluids P6 and P7 flowing out from the plurality of communication portions 92 and 93 in a state of being divided into types. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the ball portion 94 has a first opening 92H that communicates with the first communication portion 92 and a second opening 93H that communicates with the second communication portion 93. The arrangement, number and shape of the openings of the ball portion 94 can be modified in various ways.
The plurality of fluids P6 and P7 accommodated in the plurality of accommodation spaces 71 and 72 sequentially pass through the port 80, the plurality of communication portions 92 and 93, the plurality of openings 92H and 93H, and are divided into the ball portion 94. Is pushed out. Accordingly, the plurality of fluids P6 and P7 are taken out to the ball portion 94 in a divided state, and the arrangement of each fluid P on the ball portion 94 can be determined.
When a plurality of fluids P are ingested from the spoon-shaped accessory 9 according to the present embodiment, the plurality of fluids P6 and P7 are in a state of being divided for each type, and the arrangement of the fluids P6 and P7 is It is determined on the spoon-shaped accessory 9. Therefore, the type of fluid P that touches the tongue of the ingestor can be determined in advance. Therefore, the taste and texture, the retention time on the tongue, the appearance, the odor, etc. felt by the ingestor when orally ingesting a plurality of fluids P6 and P7 are controlled so that the ingestor can easily take them, and the burden on the ingestor is controlled. Can be reduced.
In addition, when the ingestor is a person requiring care, by using the container 7 provided with the spoon-shaped accessory 9 according to the present embodiment, the person requiring care puts the mouth directly on the port 80 and the fluid P by himself. When it is difficult to eat the food and the caregiver assists, the caregiver once receives the plurality of fluids P taken out from the port 80 in the spoon-shaped accessory 9 and then carries them to the mouth of the care recipient. be able to. Accordingly, for example, the caregiver can assist the meal of the care recipient with one hand.
The method of attaching the attachment portion 91 of the spoon-shaped accessory 9 to the port 80 can be modified in various ways. For example, a male screw portion having a spiral convex shape is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting portion 91 of the spoon-shaped accessory 9, and a spiral concave shape is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 81 of the port 80. The configured internal thread portion may be formed. In this case, the mounting portion 91 of the spoon-shaped accessory 9 can be attached to the port 80 by screwing the male screw portion into the female screw portion. The form in which the male screw portion and the female screw portion are provided is not limited to the above, and the male screw portion is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 81 of the port 80, and the inner peripheral surface of the mounting portion 91 of the spoon-shaped accessory 9 is formed. You may form a female screw part in.
As described above, the container 7 according to the present embodiment further includes the spoon-shaped accessory 9 that can be attached to the tip of the port 80. This makes it possible to take out the fluid P stored in the accommodation spaces 71 and 72 from the port 80 in a divided state and determine the arrangement of the fluid P on the ball portion 94. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably control the taste and texture, the retention time on the tongue, the appearance, the odor, and the like that the ingestor feels when orally ingesting the fluid P, and it is possible to reduce the burden on the ingestor.
Although the container and the method of using the container have been described above through the embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the configurations and the methods of use described in the embodiments, and may be appropriately changed based on the description of the claims. It is possible.
For example, the container according to the first embodiment or the second embodiment can be used for nasal intake or enteral intake. The ingestor cannot feel the taste and texture of the fluid P on the tongue T when ingesting the fluid. However, the taste and smell of the fluid P may be felt due to aspiration after ingestion. When the container according to the first embodiment or the second embodiment contains two or more kinds of fluids in which at least one of taste and odor is different, the taste and odor of the fluid P that the ingestor feels by the aspiration is controlled. can do. This can lead to satisfaction of the recipient after nasal or enteral intake.
Also, the lengths of the plurality of accommodation spaces in the accommodation unit along the extrusion direction may be changed so that the ratio of the plurality of accommodation spaces to each other in the cross section orthogonal to the extrusion direction of the accommodation unit may be substantially constant. In this case, the type of liquid food taken out from the port increases stepwise (stepwise) as the ingestor presses the accommodation section with a finger. This allows the ingestor to gradually change the taste and texture, the retention time on the tongue, the appearance, the odor, etc. that the ingestor feels when orally ingesting a plurality of liquids.
In addition, the container is not limited to the form in which the fluid contained in the accommodating portion is taken out from the port by pressing all the accommodating spaces at the same time. You may take it out from. In this case, the type of liquid food taken out from the port can be selected. For example, when the water jelly is stored in one of the plurality of storage spaces and the fluid is stored in the other storage spaces, the water jelly can be removed from the port after the fluid is removed from the port. This allows a nasal or enteral tube connected to the port to be flushed with water jelly.
