Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de traitement d'un produit à l'aide d'air conditionné, ledit produit étant acheminé depuis un premier passage, dans et à travers un espace clos, vers un second passage et étant traité par zone à l'aide d'air conditionné circulant dans le sens longitudinal de l'espace clos, tandis que l'air conditionné dans une unité de conditionnement conçue à l'extérieur de l'espace clos est mis en contact avec le produit dans l'espace clos et est recyclé vers l'unité de conditionnement. L'air conditionné est alors alimenté vers l'espace clos adjacent à l'un des passages et renvoyé vers l'unité de conditionnement adjacente à l'autre passage, tandis qu'à partir d'un flux d'air ainsi créé entre les deux passages, de l'air est extrait par zone au moins à deux endroits, ledit air extrait étant soufflé à une vitesse accrue en direction du produit, ledit air rejoignant alors le flux d'air.
