Abstract

Selon l'invention, un mélange intime de fibres discontinues présente entre 10 et 75 parties en poids d'au moins une fibre discontinue d'aramide, entre 15 et 80 parties en poids d'au moins une fibre discontinue cellulosique, ignifuge, et entre 5 et 30 parties en poids d'au moins une fibre discontinue polyamide. Le mélange intime de fibres discontinues permet d'obtenir des fibres et des tissus qui sont ignifuges, également appelés ininflammables, et qui peuvent être utilisés pour fabriquer des articles ignifuges, tels que des vêtements.
