Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Zement (9). Dabei werden Zementklinker (1) und sulfathaltiges Material (11) sowie gegebenenfalls weitere Bestandteile (2, 12) gemeinsam in einer Wälzmühle (4) auf Mehlfeinheit gemahlen. Das sulfathaltige Material (11) wird in einer separaten Anlage (10) aufgeheizt, entwässert und bis zum gewünschten Grad kalziniert, direkt anschliessend in die Wälzmühle (5) gefördert und hier gemeinsam mit den übrigen Bestandteilen gemahlen.
