- Serum free medium containing 1 mM IBMX was added to each well followed by 10 ⁇ l of test compound (1 :10 stock solution (25 mM compound in DMSO) into 50% DMSO/PBS) diluted 10X in PBS with 0.1% BSA. Additionally, lubricating agents such as magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulfate and talc are often very useful for tabletting purposes.
